I arrived late so actually stayed in their sister hotel off the town square. Rustic but good size room. Substantial breakfast. Lovely town, well worth and explore.

No heating in the whole building - it was really cold everywhere (outside temperature was higher than inside). Room was dirty (especially bathroom), elevator got stuck while we used it, broken curtains, etc. - We will not come back.

Staff were super, really nice and helpful. Hotel was old, tired, unloved. Breakfast was awful … I want my breakfast money refunded.

Pire expérience de ma vie d’hôtel Personne n’était là à la réception de l’hôtel Tout semble fantôme, une sorte de manoir maléfique et très sale Mon vol a été retardé et nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 à l’hôtel Mon hôtel était réservé pour trois jours Personne n’était à la réception. J’ai donc appelé le numéro que j’ai dû trouver sur le site Internet car rien n’était affiché nulle part. Ils m’ont dit que l’hôtel était complet et qu’il ne pouvait pas m’accueillir Je me suis retrouvé dehors sans hôtel avec ma famille et mon enfant de deux ans Une. Situation inacceptable. Le personne de l’hôtel n’a même pas dénié me répondre au téléphone pour trouver une solution. Le site hôtel.com n’a pas voulu non plus me trouver une solution de relogement. Par chance, je n’ai pas eu accès aux chambres car vu l’état de l’hôtel, je n’aurais pas été étonné de ressortir de ce logement délabré avec infection et maladie. Je pèse mes mots et je reste respectueux, mais mes pensées sont très loins de ce que je peux écrire ici !
