Die Unterkunft ist alles in allem gut. Mir hat die Kommunikation zu den Öffnungszeiten des Pools gefehlt. Ich war morgens schwimmen und wurde rausgeschmissen weil es außerhalb der Schwimmzeiten war, die nirgends kommuniziert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat Auswahl, erinnert jedoch eher an ein Intercontinental Buffet aus den 2000ern. Das modernste war, eine Auswahl sämtlicher Milchalternativen.

Loved the duplex apartment! Staff were friendly! What negatively impacted our stay was the drilling noise from the work to install a jacuzzi just outside of our duplex! We mentioned it to a staff member who said this was the worst day and after the noise would be much less! Over some 5 days later it was still ongoing. On our holidays we do like to lie in get up late and breakfast outside! Therefore the noise significantly impacted our enjoyment! We mentioned it again and were to receive some kind of discount! To date we have heard nothing! This jacuzzi I stallion was clearly planned so why put anyone in one of the duplexes that are right opposite the work? Why weren’t we moved when we first complained about the noise? Why were we offered discount and yet have heard nothing! Aside from the noise issue would thoroughly recommend the apartment, pool, facilities etc

Frühstück in der Nebensaison im benachbarten eo Suite hotel ca. 10 min Fußweg, Frühstück gut: Müsli, Joghurt, Brot, Brötchen, Toaster, Streichkäse, Marmeladen abgepackt aber die Schokocreme war gut, Obst, Aufschnitt, Rührei, Omlett wird wunschgemäß frisch zubereitet, frisch gepresster O-Saft, Tomatensaft. Haus Nr. 53 vom Haupteingang (24 h) rechtsseitig gelegen, ist dem Pool zugewandt direkt am Kinderbecken, die Sonne kommt mittags rum. Auf dem kleinen Balkon gibt es einen kleinen Wäschetrockner. Auf der Terrasse befinden sich Kunststofftisch, Stühle und 2 Liegestühle. Um den Pool gibt es viele Liegestühle, die morgens auch desinfiziert werden. Es ist eine relativ saubere Anlage. Im Haus befindet sich unten das Fernsehzimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch und 1 Sessel. Die Pantry war mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, 2 Cerankochplatten, Toaster und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank war sauber. Oben befindet sich das Duschbad, Schlafzimmer mit Schiebetürenschrank, Safe. Zugang zum Balkon. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig.

wonderful place to stay, compared to the price. Spacious & clean apartments , cleaned and bedding changed and new towels regularly. Big pool and sunbathing areas. Nearby small market . Restaurant and bar are is ok, enjoyed the good breakfast in the mornings. Staff was Great, especially Life guard " Socorrista " and restaurant personal, always friendly with Big smile ! The only minus is that apartments need to update , especially bathroom is very oldfashioned & worn out. We was also missing space on counters, hat racks. But anyway. Overall the Hotel is value of money!

Het keurige kleinschalige resort ligt ingesloten tussen grotere resorts aan een drukke weg. Helaas daardoor nogal wat last van geluidsoverlast. De huisjes zijn ook gehorig. Prima prijs kwaliteit en een bijzonder vriendelijke service. In het restaurant kun je terecht voor een eenvoudige maar nette en goed betaalbare maaltijd en ontbijt. Goede bediening. Het huisje was erg schoon. Wel is de staat van het interieur hier en daar twijfelachtig. De foto’s op de site zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Maar goede bedden en airco. Leuk zwembad en even te relaxen, verwacht geen mega voorzieningen maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Dikke prima alles bij elkaar!

Väldigt sparsamt inrett få lampor smutsigt. Ingen städning på 9 dagar mer än byte av sängkläderna några gånger. Handukar varje dag. Man tog sopor. Men inte riktig städning på 9 dagar. Absolute ingen mysfaktor. golven 1 gång.

El bungalow estaba repleto de hormigas como nidos la cual tengo fotos. Las limpiadoras solo dejaban las toallas y se iban y los pisos llenos de porqueria. Y una noche fuimos a pedir unas pizzas y el cocinero hizo un comentario en alto quejandose por pedir comida.

Una cosa que me llamó la atención fue que en la papelera de la cocina encontrara un plástico de cervezas, se lo comenté a la señorita de recepción, me dijo que fue un despiste de las chicas de la limpieza. A la noche estaba yo sentada fuera y vino una huésped a preguntarme si allí se le había quedado una caja roja con 2 copas porque a ella le habían dado el apartamento antes y se cambiaron de ropa y el plástico de cervezas era de ellos, me quedo lo duda si me limpiaron el baño después que ellos salieron, me parece poco higiénico y más que fui con un niño de 7 años, por todo lo demás bien.

Downside very basic self catering utensils and not one english tv channel out of over 50 channels caters more for german tourists first time we have experienced this in a canary island resort. Gute Anlage mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches Personal. Die Küchenzeile und das Badezinmer sind stark abgenutzt. Warmes Wasser reicht leider nicht für zwei Personen zum Duschen... Die Anlage liegt außerhalb zwischen Faro de Maspalomas und Playa del Ingles und den Dünen. Jeweils ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.
Gute Anlage mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches Personal. Die Küchenzeile und das Badezinmer sind stark abgenutzt. Warmes Wasser reicht leider nicht für zwei Personen zum Duschen... Die Anlage liegt außerhalb zwischen Faro de Maspalomas und Playa del Ingles und den Dünen. Jeweils ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. This property is a bit like a Premier Inn. It does what you want it to. Short walk to Yumbo. Longer walks to beaches but bus stop outside the hotel and taxi rank a short walk away. Negatives are that the decor is showing its age and could do with updating in all areas. Tricky door locks! Staff were very engaging and tried to ensure any quirks were quickly sorted.

Leider hatten wir das Bungalow direkt an der Straßenseite. Es war öfters mal sehr laut in der Nacht durch die Auto's. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft preisleistung top.

Vi hadde 1/2 pensjon men vi måtte velge fra en meny. Kelnerne forstod lite og gjorde sine egne valg som ikke stemte med våre valg, nok pga lite engelsk kunnskaper. Vi lå rett med en tennisbane som det var aktivitet fra tidlig om morgen til sene kvelder. Det ble meget forstyrrende. Ellers var personalet hyggelig

A nice quiet resort hotel away from hustle and bustle nightlife. Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Direct bus to and from airport a very short distance away. Was a good base to get to Acualand, Sioux City and other activities from. Very reasonably priced

Loved the duplex apartment! Staff were friendly! What negatively impacted our stay was the drilling noise from the work to install a jacuzzi just outside of our duplex! We mentioned it to a staff member who said this was the worst day and after the noise would be much less! Over some 5 days later it was still ongoing. On our holidays we do like to lie in get up late and breakfast outside! Therefore the noise significantly impacted our enjoyment! We mentioned it again and were to receive some kind of discount! To date we have heard nothing! This jacuzzi I stallion was clearly planned so why put anyone in one of the duplexes that are right opposite the work? Why weren’t we moved when we first complained about the noise? Why were we offered discount and yet have heard nothing! Aside from the noise issue would thoroughly recommend the apartment, pool, facilities etc

This property is a bit like a Premier Inn. It does what you want it to. Short walk to Yumbo. Longer walks to beaches but bus stop outside the hotel and taxi rank a short walk away. Negatives are that the decor is showing its age and could do with updating in all areas. Tricky door locks! Staff were very engaging and tried to ensure any quirks were quickly sorted.

Rolig sted midt i Maspalomas. Et stykke fra strand, men så var vi heller ikke interessert i det. Fint bassengområde. Nydelig og rikholdig frokostbuffet. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for turer på sykkel på veg eller i fjellet. Buss stopper rett borti gata, så enkelt å komme seg rundt. Hyggelig personale. Kort vei til diverse restauranter og grei dagligvarebutikk rett i nærheten. Grei leilighet med soverom og bad oppe og oppholdsrom med TV og kjøkkenkrok nede. Ikke tilrettelagt for bevegelseshemmede.

Leider hatten wir das Bungalow direkt an der Straßenseite. Es war öfters mal sehr laut in der Nacht durch die Auto's. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft preisleistung top.

Prinzipiell kann man bei einer 3 Sterne Buchung natürlich nicht mit Erwartungen von 5 Sternen anreisen. Uns jedenfalls hat es in der Unterkunft gut gefallen. Es gibt natürlich auch kleinere Mängel über die sich die Hotel Verantwortlichen sich mal Gedanken machen müssten, wie zum Beispiel das Essen. Dies war leider Abends oft kalt und schon viel zu durch gebraten, wie zum Beispiel Fisch etc. Auch hat das Frühstück leider keinerlei frisches Gemüse wie zum Beispiel Tomaten, Gurken etc. Das ist eigentlich schon in den einfachsten Hotels schon Standard. Auch sind die verschiedenen Angebote nicht einmal gekennzeichnet um zu wissen, was man da zu essen bekommt. Das muss man dann halt erraten. Wenn dort in der Zukunft noch mal die Stellschrauben nachgestellt werden, kann man dort gerne wieder Urlaub machen. PS. Auch sollte man mal über eine Renovierung der Bungalows nachdenken, die sind leider auch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber wie gesagt es sind nur 3Sterne. Zum Personal gibt es eigentlich nur eins zu sagen, und das ist wirklich so gemeint. Sie alle dort waren sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne so weiter.

Great stay for the price. Staff are friendly and accommodate all of your needs. Properties are a little dated inside but you get what you pay for. Food is varied every evening and decent quality. Only minor down points are the WiFi connection is intermittent at times.

Le diner, n'est pas mieux malgré des plats différents chaque soir, la cuisine n'est pas du tout exceptionnelle, voire insipide parfois. Je ne recommande pas du tout la demi-pension.

La chambre rien a dire et le personnel courtois mais au niveau du repas du soir tout est à revoir très déçu de la demi pension. Pas de choix, pas de cuisines, pas de réassort et des plats vides ... Nous avons du allés manger dehors les 2 derniers soirs tellement nous voulions du changement et manger bien tout simplement.
