We will stay here again. Clean rooms, friendly staff and easy parking. The property is in a quiet part of town and it is close to The Great Passion Play. They also have discount tickets for the Passion Play.

This is a great place to stay. Very clean. Very affordable. Great location. Only cons were I wish the pool would stay open later and the soaps provided were awful. I forgot to bring mine. Had to run to the store and buy some. Just remember to bring your own soaps. Other than that everything was great! Will definitely stay here again.

This place is dated, but well maintained and clean. The bed was fabulous! Like 12 inch memory foam I’m guessing. Staff was super courteous and friendly. It’s also very close to The Passion Play. There is a pool also.

This is a great motel! The grounds are very well kept. The rooms are some of the cleanest in Eureka Springs! The pillows were just right! The only complaint I could have was about the A/C unit in the room. It was in the upper 90’s and the a/c couldn’t keep up. It would cycle off more than it did on.But we survived and it could have been much worse! We come to ES and very August for the VW weekend and we’ve found our new place to stay!

It was convenient, seemed clean, but an update on linens would have helped. Staff was great. Older motel, everything could use an update, especially the linens and towels. Parking lot was small and hard to navigate when full.

The staff was incredibly nice & helpful. The bed and pillows were AMAZING! However, it's an older property in much need of updating and repairs. There were a lot of bugs in my room, but NOT bedbugs. There was no phone to the front desk. There was a major disturbance outside one night that made me question my safety, but this was not the hotel's fault. The shower was great. The hot water was fast to come up. Thank you.

Our room was extremely clean. There wasn’t even any dirty buildup around the baseboards in the bathroom or the bedroom that I’m used to finding at even some of the finer hotels. The staff (sorry I didn’t get his name) was so very friendly and helpful. Checkin was fast and easy. We chose The Regency Inn to stay because of its proximity to The Great Passion Play. I’m so glad we did. We were right across the street from an antique store and right down the road from more antique stores and lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

My first time in Eureka Springs. Room was clean and quaint. Has a cozy feel to it. Bed is a 12” memory foam mattress and I got the best sleep! Easy motorcycle access. Check in was super easy, the gal at the desk was very sweet. We will be visiting again!

It was a typical, generic room. While it was clean and tidy, the shower had very little pressure, the beds were worn out and lumpy, and the toilet was child size. Very difficult to use, as I have a bad back. On a positive note, the AC went down very low, which we like. Should have been priced about $30 lower.

Room was very comfortable. The lady in the office went out of her way to see that we two ladies traveling by ourselves had a nice comfortable room and helped us get the tickets we needed to the Passion Play. She was very friendly and helped us with directions. This was my second stay here, and I will stay again if I have the opportunity.

Staff was super friendly. Very clean rooms. Microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge were nice to have. Only inconvenience was that there was no room cleaning or replenishment of towels,coffee, soap or shampoo and it was by request only. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Whoever checked us in was the nicest person ever! The room was clean, TV worked well, and the area was quiet and safe. The only issue I encountered was gps taking us down some crazy backroad that my car could not go through so, watch out for that if you're going here. It's also conveniently right by a gas station and not far from downtown Eureka!
