Je ne publie jamais. odeur de moisie dans la chambre ,système pour mettre l'électricité avec la carte cassé ,plinthe décollé ,moisissure dans la salle de bain, aucune isolation au niveau de la porte et de la fenêtre. résultat ,je n'ai pas dormi dans la chambre je suis parti et j'ai qd meme payé

La literie est super! En revanche je ne me suis pas sentie obligée de respecter quoique ce soit en trouvant des poils/cheveux dans les coins de la SDB, de ma moisissure sur les carreaux de douche, scarabée et écoulement pleins de cheveux 😱 . J'aimais beaucoup loger ici mais la qualité de l'hygiène laisse plus qu'à désirer... Dommage

Une odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre confirmée par le personnel Demande de changer: plus aucune chambre Je leur demande un remboursement, nous allons nous trouver un autre hôtel Une chambre twin est libre et nous est proposée où aucune odeur rien... quelle joie de respirer... nous acceptons la twin... il était tard donc nous n'avons pas fait les difficiles... Le lendemain nouvelle chambre attribuée: même problème alors proposition pour une tentative de nettoyage de la chambre initiale à coup de produit parfumé aux senteurs gourmandes: choc olfactif des plus intense: nausée et maux de tête! Irrespirable! Nous avons, de nouveau, demandé à changer de chambre! Nous ne nous y attendions pas pour un Kyriad

Un kyriad 3 étoiles qui ne mérite pas cette classification. Chambre type motel peu confortable et glaciale à l'arrivée. Cette manie actuelle de ne pas chauffer les chambres avant l'arrivée des client. Enormement de bruit du fait d'un cours de sport le soir à quelques mette de la chambre !! Très cher pour les prestation tout juste digne d'un 2 étoiles

Décevant, l’accueil est très agréable mais les ouvertures fenêtres et porte date des années 80-90 insonorisation avec l’extérieur inexistante bruit de bourdonnement toute la nuit sans compter les voisins qui fumaient sur la coursive regardant des vidéos sur leur portable. Une nuit horrible je n’y reviendrai pas

Let me start with what I liked: The room was comfortable, excellent bed, pillows, and linen. The room had a smart contemporary feel. Tea, coffee, and snack in the room a nice touch. Two minor things that did not feel right: 1) I was told my breakfast was not included and it was (not the manager's fault) and 2) I was asked for the city tax on the way out and I had already paid it. I thought both could have been avoided with more attention to detail. The most important thing is that I slept well. Breakfast was eatable.

Bed was horrible - it sloped in the middle and was awful. We hardly slept a wink there. OUtside is nice with chairs to sit. Breakfast just okay. Would never stay there again.

The room was relatively clean, but some hair on the bathroom floor. Room smelt abit musty. Breakfast was underwhelming with some ingredients running out and not replaced.
