Room was okay . Beds were quite uncomfortable and so were the pillows . Toilet was very poor and was a big shock . Hotel staff at reception were very nice but we did not get any cleaning despite clicking the cleaning button . However the one thing that makes this hotel not receive a 1 star review is the location which is fantastic for nearby restaurants and shops and boat tours . Probably wouldn’t book again but location definitely helps !

The staff named kareem was good . The room was clean and spacious but Air con was not functional it was controled from the reception so they keep on turning it off thus make very warm humid. Also WiFi was keep on logging you out.

First of all wrong configuration of the room as we booked two beds but only one in room. Was moved for second and third nights. Showers in both rooms leaked all over bathroom floor. Hose on shower heard leaked badly. Mold around shower fixture because of constant leaking. No shelves of racks inside shower for shaving or shower accessories not real problem but suggestions. Breakfast was very good. View from top was great. Staff was helpful. Close to downtown.
