レンタカーを借りる予定だったのでホテル備え付けの駐車場を利用できるか事前に確認したところ、予約等は必要ないと言われたが、当日のチェックイン時に駐車場はすでに空いていないと言われた。別の駐車場を用意してくれるということもなく、費用の建て替えなどもないと言われた。正直に行って残念という感想。室内清掃についても、環境のためと理由をつけて2日に一度しか行っていない。正直もう利用することはないと思う。
