Room was clean, but had v strong tobacco smell which I am not used to, in hotel. Breakfast was included for added convenient, food was v good too. I like it and will choose this hotel when I visit Hakodate next trip.

Walkable from train station, lots of restaurants nearby. Lawson down stairs. Fast and easy check-in. Coin laundry on site. Best free breakfast!
