駅前の好立地なだけに立体駐車場なので荷物を全部一度に出さなきゃ後で取りに行くことは出来ないし、車を出すのにも順番で時間がかかる。コンセントがベッドに付いていないので、ベットで皆ながら携帯の充電はできない。コンセントがデスクの下。カードキーは差し込んでいないと電気付かないタイプ。なので減点した。Wi-Fiは十分使えた。

If you took the Shinkansen from the Tokyo area, you just take the escalator down and go to your left. After you exit the cute train station, the hotel is right there. Check in and out is through a kisok, but if you need assistance or have questions, there are staff members right there. The free Japanese breakfast was different each day and very good. The staff who run the breakfast are very efficient and fast. The breakfast area does get crowded but there are options to take your food up to your room if you want with take out boxes. At night, if you go to the castle ruins, there were floating lights around the moat area. The animatronic dinosaurs right outside the train station and hotel was fun to see.

9階で宿泊。チェックアウト時にエレベーターに乗れなくて3回見送りました。2機しかなく、狭いのでチェックアウトが集中しそうな時間帯は、余裕を持って行動した方がいいです。設備は新しくはありませんでしたが、清掃は行き届いていて気になるところはありませんでした。

部屋はとても清潔でした。前回福井のアパホテルを選んだら汚かったので、今回は絶対に東横インが良いと思い、早めに予約しました。朝食のブュッフェも調度良い品数で、味も良かったしまた泊まりたいと思いました。駐車場も近くに幾つかあり、すぐ近くに停められたのでその点も良かったです。フロントの女性も丁寧に案内してくれてとても安心して泊まることが出来ました。ただ、トイレの便座が小さくて少し不便でした。

一人だけフロントに酷い態度の人がいました。他の人はきちんとにこやかに対応されています。部屋のエアコンのフィルターにはかなりホコリが溜まっていたので、少し効きが悪い印象はありました。ただ、金額と立地と考えると、一人のスタッフ以外不満は特にありません。夜中も出し入れ可能な立体駐車場はありがたかったです。次回福井に行く際のリピートも視野に入るくらい良い滞在でした。

There was no space in a twin bedroom for our three year old child. No extra bed could be put into the room and the bed is definitely too small for an adult and a child. Although we stated all our details during the booking, there was no hint to this problem. Hence, we had to book an additional room and pay its full price on arrival. That was an inconvenient and bad surprise.

チェックインからチェックアウトに至るまでリセプションスタッフの対応に残念な気持ちになりました。今回の滞在は、東横インに連泊後、一泊の小旅行で他の地域に宿泊、また同じ東横インに宿泊というものでした。最初の連泊後のチェックアウト時に、大きな荷物を預かってもらえないかリセプションに尋ねたところ、受けられない旨を伝えられました。東横インの規約にあるものだと思いますが、不自由な印象を持ちました。

The staff were not accommodating or particularly welcoming I accidentally booked a smoking room They said for 2 days they had no other room And didn’t care that we were non smokers The extraction fan in the bathroom did not work The breakfast was very average unlike other hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed in Japan I would not stay here again

雪の中でしたので駅から屋根続きでとてもアクセスが良いです。イベント客が多くてロビーが混雑していましたが、スタッフさんがテキパキと手続きをしてくれました。朝食は雪の影響か満室だった事もあるのかパンが無くて残念でした。機会が有れば次も利用したいです。

the location is the best near fukui station, convenience store and restaurants. you can go down and get your breakfast in to go box in order to eat in your own room which is great! and you can leave your luggages before and after check-in / check-out time

If you took the Shinkansen from the Tokyo area, you just take the escalator down and go to your left. After you exit the cute train station, the hotel is right there. Check in and out is through a kisok, but if you need assistance or have questions, there are staff members right there. The free Japanese breakfast was different each day and very good. The staff who run the breakfast are very efficient and fast. The breakfast area does get crowded but there are options to take your food up to your room if you want with take out boxes.
