Tropical paradise. Lush greenery, flowers and butterflies everywhere. Wonderful gym facilities, pool and grounds. They have a nice spa that offers massages at a decent rate. Both Western and Indonesian food are available in the restaurant. Laundry service is fast and reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The family room was large and comfortable and stayed cool even without and AC - although we did have one and used it at night. Rooms have a water kettle, tea and coffee and a refrigerator. A great stay!

The best kept secret around. Very clean, quiet, beautiful grounds, gym, pool, and dining area - all right there. The staff is over the top nice and the food is good.

The resort is beautiful and great when they are not full. But when they have lots of rooms occupied there is no hot water for showers. After over 12 hours waiting for a shower we were told they could not help it since there were so many people. The same thing happened on several days. They also book large groups who take over the resort and are very very loud with no consideration for others… from before 5am - after 11 pm. I requested to talk with management but it never happened. The staff is very nice but there isn’t much they can do. The resort stays fully booked and they won’t move you to a less noisy area or a place with a shower. We booked our room over 4 months in advance but were told that was the only available place. I highly recommend if the resort isn’t fully booked.
