We paid extra for the jetted tub and it did not work

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, charged for ice

Nothing amazing but not bad for the price. Close to stadiums for concerts. Pool chairs weren’t the cleanest. Room seemed clean. Fridge worked well. Surprisingly quiet even though close to major roads and airport.

Booked jacuzzi tub, but couldn’t check in early. Gave me a bed with a queen and double bed with Trash under beds. I was charged for Jacuzzi room and didn’t get it

Stayed 3 nights 1st floor if you are not a inner city regular you may be a little apprehensive but proximity to venue and airport was great!! Staff was great!! No visable bugs room was old but clean, toiletries avaliable white smaller towels clean.. no bed bugs...gap under door had to put a towel..cats patrolled the parking lot nightly... Overall property was dirty a hose powerwasher would help the sidewalks ....walkways parking lot needed leaf blowing to get rid of drug paraphernalia baggies..no visable needles..... Within 5 minunits of arrival police presence checking on parking lot seemed very nice..continued to patrol.... booked specifically for concert @ Kia forum and pool ... pool had debris in it when I went to swim closes @ 9 ....Never went swimming.. seen others in it next day having a great time. Ice machine in public/outside charged 25 cents for a bucket of ice Parking lot is smaller but had a spot ever time I arrived Next to expressway noise was not bad for a motel.. A cleaner outside sidewalks parking lot would improve my review...

Checking in people were fighting at the pool across from the office. Nothing was done. Parking terrible people didn’t park correctly I was afraid of my car being damaged. Ants all over the tub/shower. Pulled back the bed sheets one of the beds had hair on the sheets. Nasty. I will NOT book a room here ever again nor recommend anyone.

The beds were ok, but the carpeted floors were super black, sticky, and dirty everywhere we walked. My son's feet turned black after 5 minutes with no shoes. It looked like someone spilled car oil all over the pathways of the carpet. We all wore shoes the rest of the time. There was mold growing under the soap dish too. And there were noisy people outside of our room for over an hour in the middle of the night, keeping us awake. This was in room 102. On the plus side, the pool was ok, and we had no issues with it car in the parking lot.

I have been coming to Crystal Inn for over 10 years now. Never have I ever been disappointed. Whatever the challenge has been, there are always reasonable and nice. They are clean and the staff does a great job doing that. The floors are clean, the showers are clean, and the linen is clean. The beds are very comfortable and most importantly to me….i hear very little noise when I stay here. This is my go-to spot. Thanks guys!

This place looks good in the pictures and at first glance it does look good from the street and parking lot. However once you get into a room that all changes. Rooms are filthy. Barely cleaned if at all. The bare minimum is done. I’d recommend finding a different place unless this is all that is available.

Property was ok just , nothing special just a place to sleep for the night, rooms are very outdated.

The bed was really hard and pillows were only 3 flat ones. The comforter old and not comfortable. We didn’t like the smell of the room. There was a huge brown stain on the bottom of the bed. Only 1 key card given a $5 if you need another or lose the plastic card.

Room & staff was good. Check in & out was super quick & easy. However, WiFi was spotty and not always available for the 4 days that I was there..

The room was great but the walls are a bit thin so if people are loud outside you can hear them in your room.

My stay was great, the bed was so comfortable and I got the best sleep. We will return for sure in the near future. Thank you Crystal Inn Suites for a great stay!

The staff was friendly and rii.s were clean and comfortable. No issues checkinf in or out and it was a great location with a great price for one night. Will stay there again.

We were regular customers for over 3 months bcz we were waitn for an apartment,. Normally, we had a sustainable relationship with the staff and bcz it was economical, we didn’t complain about the conditions (broken old furniture, roaches, mold, etc.). We were there frequently. However, the last (and final) stay was demeaning… bcz I thought we had a good rapport, the room had a leak somehow… It wasn’t bothersome for us but I reported it to the front desk and the attendant accused us of causing the leak. I was offended bcz I was simply telln them for their knowledge but the attendant rudely dismissed my details to the point where the waitn customer noticed how rude he was. I requested (and was given) a refund for th e remainder stay… and upon their investigation, they found that the leak was caused by a plumbn issue… yet, he never apologized… we will never patronage this establishment agn, and will not recommend them anymore bcz of this demeaning behavior… I was sooo disappointed bcz they received thousands of dollars from us… to the prospective consumers, please know that you have options and you are appreciated, elsewhere.

The rooms could be cleaner and the customer service was horrible

Cleanliness was not so bad, crumbs on the floor and not so clean tables. I was much more disappointed with staff, very disappointed. We got better service from housekeeping staff. When I first arrived the gentleman at the front desk was descent enough to communicate with. Went to front desk later that evening to ask about vending machine and got an “I don’t know if it works” and that was it. Went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, and got a stare down from a lady at the front desk. I said good morning “ and she didn’t even respond. It was so uncomfortable that I no longer wanted the coffee. Thought she might say something to me the way she was looking. I will “NEVER “ go back there and I would not recommend anyone else to. Oh and then I requested to pay for my room on the property, “FOR A REASON “, but before I had the opportunity to do that, they charged my card. Highly disappointed!

Room wasn’t ready had to wait

Let’s be honest, I chose this hotel because it was one of the most affordable within LA. The rooms were not ready for us at the check in time. There were questionable activities going on in the parking lot each night. However, the rooms met our need of a place to take a shower and get some rest. It’s very close to the Intuit Dome. About 15 minutes to Manhattan Beach. There is a large shopping mall and beach about a 20 minute drive away in Torrance Beach. Close access to freeways.

The area wasn’t the best but the hotel was nice and close to SoFi stadium! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a three night stay. Would stay there again!

For a quick trip to LA for a concert or event this spot really is the perfect convenient spot.

We we’re in town for the night to attend Taylor Swift Concert. So for a last minute hotel it met our needs. Walking distance to sofi stadium.

The hotel was sort of unsafe feeling. Although we had no issues, the first night we got there, there were about 7 police cars across the street that had shut down the whole street. Staff was friendly though so that was a plus. We walked into the room and it was clear the hotel has not been fixed in a while. We were missing a bedside table, there was one that was completely missing the bottom drawer and the top drawer was not working either. The shower head was spewing water out of the pipe as it seemed it was not tightened and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. We went to a concert and it was a quick drive to Sofi stadium. We walked back from the stadium afterwards which was past midnight and it did not feel too unsafe as there were tons of people still walking also and there were a ton of cars backed up trying to reach the freeway. If you do not mind an uneasy feeling and the rooms being a bit run down, this place is a cheap and passable hotel!

Was in town for a concert, very nice stay and within walking distance of the forum

Not a real good area in fact, I saw two hookers coming out of one of the rooms going to get coffee at the office.

This was reasonable place to walk to So-Fi stadium, proximity to LAX and easy pickup for ride shares to the next location.
