The parking lot is sketchy.. no privacy for guests. It’s hard to get to and out of the garage due to busy traffic intersection. With that being said the noise from the outside is so obvious even in the room. Pricing is fair.

The property was very nice but no in hotel dining. Area around hotel was sketchy so didn’t feel safe to walk. There was no transportation to airport which is one reason we booked there and saw that they had transportation when reviewing property details. Breakfast in morning was good and pretty good variety and dining room was clean. They also provided coffee and ice water for guests free of charge throughout the day.

The website advertised an airport shuttle and there was not one. The room itself was clean and well kept. We stayed in the area for a football game at SoFi and it was worth it to not have to sit in traffic for hours afterward as we just walked back. There were not too many restaurants close by to walk to however. The elevator was broken, laundry was out of service, and their patio they have was also closed.

Did not sleep at all the first night due to the noise (unreal). There were ants in the bathroom. Only one electrical socket worked. Day 2/Room 2, went out for the day. Came back later found makeup all over the pillowcases. Went to front desk, was told they could not change the linen. I could change it if I wanted to. Day2/Room3. Did not feel safe at all. Checked out in the am on day three. Was suppose to stay for 4 nights, barely made 2. This place is suspect, be careful.

It seemed like we came into a room with rotting meat and found bacon on the fridge just left there and the most off putting smell ever , staff was nice and cleaned it but even after we found that there was stains everywhere including the bed sheet and shower curtain. Always smelt weird everytime we came into the room and the window had no screen on it so we felt unsafe to leave it open if we werent sitting right in front of it.

It was fine, but loud. The walls are pretty thin and we could hear everything in the hall and in the room next to us. Also, the AC made a beeping noise every time it was ready to start cooling. We were up all night.

Very affordable and spacious. We traveled with family and it was plenty of room for us. 20 min to hermosa beach and 30 min to Santa Monica beach which was very nice. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner seemed to not fully cool the room no matter how low we put it. We will stay again

Room is nice. Weirdly, it was the same exact room we had last month. People at the front guest are not friendly. We arrived and the lobby was full of people checking in. This was 2:45pm. They would not check anyone in til 3pm. Started making a list so they knew what order people arrived in; but did not even use the list. Then the elevator quit working so we had to take 4 flights of stairs.

Due to travel disruptions, which were out of my control, I wasn't able to make my reservation. I reached out as soon as I knew I wasn't going to make to cancel my reservation. They ignored my message and subsequently charged me the reservation as well as a no-show fee. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service. Took me three days to get in touch with them via phone. At which point they told me this was out of their control.

I booked hotel through expedia, expedia showed me that the hotel has shuttle service. I ended up waiting 50 minutes before shuttle arrived. Shuttle guy dropped me at holidays inn and asked me to walk from there. Once reached to receptionist, she said this is not even the right address. It suppose to be different address. And she moved me out of the line. She could have helped me to figure out instead of ignoring me. Terrible job of expedia, hotel and shuttle service.

For the area it is not a bad place to stay. I appreciated the morning breakfast bar and the free coffee. Parking was a little tight at times but at least there is parking available. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. During our stay I found one bug, but who's to say if that is a hotel issue or if it just came in on our shoes or something. I smooshed it and didn't see another one so I'm not too upset about it. The area is a little noisy as it's on the intersection of two busy streets and a freeway onramp. We heard the occasional ambulance/cop siren race by us but not so much to be a bother. We stayed here for the convenience of being close to SoFi and I think it was a good choice for the area. People said Inglewood can be sketchy but I didn't feel unsafe here at any point.

The elevator takes a long time and the close door button doesn't work. The hotel breakfast was sub-par, the orange juice was watery, and the eggs were not good or fluffy. The restrooms in the lobby need a key card. I checked out and turned in my room keys to the front desk before 7 am and was still emailed to check out online. Lastly the alarm clock wasnt cleared and it went off at 6 am but I never set it to go off.

I book this Hotel and did call and talk to someone letting them know I had fractured my foot unfortunately, i need a comodations for handicap they told me they had some. First thing I showed up the lobby is on the second floor I go out for a meal and then when I came back to my room there only elevator was broken with no word if when they are fixing it so they cancel my reservation im stranded with my sister with no room to go to and try to figured out where fo go by this time it was close to might
