There was no microwave at the property and no restroom facility within your room. You have to leave your room and walk down the hall to use a shared restroom

I got a room where it was a shared bathroom, the issue is there was no shelf or any form of support in the area for showers. It was even dangerous as the floor was went from the water and to dress back I almost fell. There was not even a place to put the soap. That should be addressed ASAP.

Rooms were clean but just be aware there is no bathroom, microwave or refrigerator in the room. also Rooms are pretty small

Affordable place to stay with communal shower and toilet. In my room fridge was a bit noisy.

For the price, the property is nice. It has a shared bath arrangement, but for $130 less than the next room available, it is very nice. The restroom facilities were clean and not overused.

The air conditioner worked amazing. I felt like our parking was secure. The only thing that surprised me on check in was that it was a shared bathroom and showers. But honestly they were very clean.

They kinda catch you off guard with the shared bathroom but honestly to me it wasn't a big deal considering the price. It's right across the street from the Intuit Dome so if there is an event they will rent out the extra spots in the parking lot. Also they ask for a 40 cash deposit that is refunded after you check out. Over all it was a pleasant stay for the price.

They gave me such a hard time trying to check in , after being approximately 5 hours in traffic , I was told I had to pay an extra $80 for my car to park in THEIR PARKING LOT because of the event. Very rude staff , roaches in my room, such an inconvenience. Would definitely never recommend to anyone.

For the price, surprisingly nice! Bathrooms very clean, but no soap, but you have soap and towels in your room. Room had a refrigerator. Bed not very cushy, but no surprising. Overall, very happy. Was not prepared with $100 cash deposit, but teller machine is provided in the lobby.

Bed was dirty sheets stained

Always a good but cheap stay. Staff is diligent and there is Wifi. Bathroom is cleaned decently. Room floors are very greasy/dirty. Wear house shoes.

Very clean hotel

The property smelled and when I lifted the covers there were stains on the sheets

It is well maintained, rooms and facilities are clean, bed is clean and firm, staff is nice.

For sure getting what you payed for. Reeks of cigarettes, shared bathroom, bad area, dirty sheets, and rats in the walls. Feel bad since it’s family owned but would not recommend, even for a night

The room was not cleaned. There was a beer can in the room. Also, the sheets were damp/wet. They took $100 cash deposit (ATM there was used to get $100/- costing additional $6.00.) Requested another room. They did not provide any. Left the hotel in few minutes and took another hotel nearby. They refused ti return the deposit immediately, stating that they will give it after the reservation ends in three days. Never going back to thi hotel, again.

I arrived from LAX at ~1am and did not realize the front desk closed at 12am. But still the clerk checked me in, which I was very thankful for. There is alot of street noise but the ac unit in the room effectively drown out the noise and made the room very comfortable. The room was small and no-nonsense, but had a tv, large minifridge and sink. The room was clean and the bed had clean fresh linens. The shared bathroom was clean and locked securely, as did the room, which felt safe. The smoke detectors in the hallways beeped all night, but the ac effectively drown that out as well. I had to catch public transportation which was very easy within 1 block of the hotel. It was a good value hotel room for a 1 night stay while I was enroute between stops.

Rooms are extremely small, bathrooms are shared and also have extremely small stalls. Just an uncomfortable situation for anyone. Also overpriced for what you have to deal with

Nobody was there to check me in, property was closed and nobody warned me about that, no refund, terrible service, terrible property

The staff is awful. The receptionist had his whole family basically living there with an air mattress on the floor. When it came time for checkout , they were too lazy to wake up and check us out . Didnt wanted to refund me my cash deposit .

Staff was really nice to me and my Wife. They clean the restrooms (Shared) every single morning. Jack n the box is right next door, McDonalds and Starbucks.

I never stayed at the property; when I arrived at 4 pm and they told me the room would not be available until 7:30 pm and when I came back they told me they had overbooked and my room was cancelled and My money would be placed back on my Card; Still today My money has not being put back on my card; please Advise how do I get My Money back? I never stayed there at all!

Nowhere on Expedia they disclose that you need to deposit $100.- cash. They have an ATM machine in the hallway and say you can get the cash out of that ATM. This is a pure scam. They force you to give them a $100.- cash deposit instead of putting a $100.- hold on your credit card. The fact that they have an ATM in the hallway is because they will get commission of the ATM fees! I also had to ask for a deposit receipt that they wrote on a sticky note. Don't stay at this place!

BEWARE the rooms do not have a bathroom. you have to use the hallway bathroom. The staff at the check in counter is VERY rude! and demanding. not a great experience. Avoid this place.

BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS: If you get a shared bathroom/shower room is not bad. It’s like a gym bathroom. Showers with curtains in one side and continuing with the bathroom. The only thing is that there is no shelf space to put your toiletries so a plastic vac would help. They give you towels but there is just one hook to put a bag and there is two showers, so plan accordingly. LOCATION: It was really nice and convenient for me since I went just for a concert night but it was noisy in the night, not for the concerts but the cars and ambulances that rotate in that area. It is a little far from downtown which means uber and Lyfts are expensive (50$ more) BUT there is bus stops close and they can take you anywhere if you have the time. There is a McDonald’s in the side and Starbucks on the front. The McDonald is combine with a mini store. If you walk east like a couple of blocks you will find Target, In&Out, Chipotle and more stores! VENUES: If you are going for a concert in some of the venues close to this hotel, I think is a really cheap option. The venues are 10-20 minute walk distance and the walk has amazing views. Overall, amazing stay for the price. Not for picky people but the best for whoever is traveling in a budget or just have a long layover.

I like this property as it is affordable and close to LAX, and Kia Forum and Intuit Dome.

One thing i didn't like was that the bathroom is a shared bathroom with everyone on the floor, bed hard, pillow not that great, location was the only good thing and the staff.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was attending a concert at SoFi Stadium during my stay here and I really liked how it was within walking distance. It’s also very conveniently located near multiple stores and restaurants.

Able to come earlier than check in time . Clean facility. Close to bus stop and food places

Great place to stay if your at a festival near the sofi or Hollywood Park you can just walk to your location.
