Absolutely loved our stay here. Somehow we didn't expect this hotel to be so luxurious, so we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious, their gardens are beautiful, the pool much bigger that it appears in photos. There were always enough chairs by the pool and on the beach. The staffs goes above and beyond - starting with the reception, and finishing with the bar manager Fias, who was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi with sauna and steam room. Perfect location - it is quiet and romantic, but a short walk from lively beach bars and restaurant. Breakfast was superb, lots of fresh food, lovely ambience in the restaurant with gentle background music. Can't wait to go back.

Helt underbar personal som är trevliga och hjälpsamma! Hotellet gar en underbar strand och en trevlig pool. Frukosten var varierande och god. Avslappnad stämning. Gymmet var okej och massagen på hotellet var bra. Hotellet ligger på en bra plats med nära till resturanger och nära in till stan.

Vi bodde på resorten 8 nätter. Fantastisk service och vi kände oss verkligen välkomnade när vi hämtades på flygplatsen. Till en början trodde vi sängarna var för hårda men de var bra för ryggen. Resorten sticker ut bland övriga i området. Allt man behöver finns - vi tränade på gymmet och spelade biljard. All personal är vänlig och underhållet är bra och kontinuerligt. Frukosten hade allt man kan tänkas vilja ha med variation och fräscha frukter som vi också fick på rummet. Poolområdet och stranden är välskött och inbjudande. Läget är bra med massor av både lunch- och middagsresturanger i närheten. Att sitta med en drink vi poolen och se solnedgången är svårslaget. Kan verkligheten rekommenderas.

Great swimming pool, plus lovely sandy beach. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach, with shade.

위치가 아주 좋아요. 호텔앞 마사지샵 , 식당 많아요. 구경삼아 킹콩마트 걸어 갈수도 있어요. 15분 거리. 비취에서 물놀이 즐기기엔 별로 였지만, 수영장은 작지만 좋았어요. 조식은 보통. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

立地は良く、部屋も広くて清潔でとても快適に過ごせた。スタッフも親切で、アクティビティの予約について尋ねたところ、予約の手配など色々してくれて助かった。プールやビーチもあるので、一日中ホテルステイでも満足できる。 朝ごはんは種類が豊富で、毎日いろんなメニューを楽しめた。特にフルーツは新鮮で美味しかった。 南国なので仕方がないが、清掃後の部屋に蚊がいつもいるのが少し気になったが、総じてとてもいいホテルだった。フーコックに行く時はまた泊まりたい。

リッチもサービスも良かったです。プールの管理もしっかりしてました。早朝便へのサービスも親切丁寧でした。

Nice rooms, very large. Grounds are immaculate, landscaping is outstanding. Need to have ocean view. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Beds were a bit hard but not a deal breaker. Very friendly staff, always quick to help.

The staff are friendly and highly responsive, and the rooms are clean with good services overall. That said, the room would benefit from minor maintenance, including repairs to the hardwood flooring, addressing bathroom discoloration, and cracks on some structures

Was a fantastic location with good breakfast options. Love the sunsets! Only thing that is serious room for improvement that the rooms are noisy.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. We pulled up to the resort in our complimentary airport transfer and were in awe at the beauty of this resort. The staff was outstanding and accommodating to everything There are very inexpensive golf cart style rides to the night market. The pool and beach are breathtaking. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were able to have our laundry done in town within a few hours. The hotel helped us rent motorbikes for 2 days of fun around the island. Without a doubt, the best accommodation through our entire 22 days in Vietnam!

This is a somewhat gaudy, gold-everywhere humongous resort that I chose only because it had a Vietnamese name and I figured I would like to support a VN owned hotel. When I arrived from the airport my room was not ready so I went to their restaurant and ordered fresh spring rolls (made with rice paper) served with dipping sauce. When I bit into the roll I tasted something not right, which I felt was the lettuce and/or the shrimp. I should've stopped right there but I continued to eat it, thinking that maybe the taste was normal. It wasn't- the food was bad, and in a couple of hrs I got terrible GI symptoms. I was then given a room and it was clean, nice, but the bed was as hard as the floor. Having cramps and stomach upset, I had to stay in that day and night but couldn't sleep because of the rock-hard bed & GI distress. In the middle of the night I had to approach the front desk and ask for some remedy. They showed me another room- same rock-hard bed. The next morning they agreed to refund my remaining 3 days and I went off to get another place to stay- which was Seashells Resort- 100% better. So, even though I was sick and disgruntled about the bed, Thien Thanh did come through with a refund- so thanks for that. Also- on the positive- their pool is spectacular! If you're considering staying here I'd advise be careful with their food and expect a rock-hard bed. There are a lot of places very close to this resort you can walk to for food and a pharmacy next door-handy for me.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. We pulled up to the resort in our complimentary airport transfer and were in awe at the beauty of this resort. The staff was outstanding and accommodating to everything There are very inexpensive golf cart style rides to the night market. The pool and beach are breathtaking. Hotel was a perfect choice for our family vacation to Phu Quoc. It was conveniently located with many restaurants nearby and accessible to the beach. Breakfast buffet was delicious and it had a good variety. Staff were polite and helpful. Airport transfer was prompt. It was convenient when traveling internationally not to worry about getting a grab/taxi.

Very central location for the island. Close to the free bus route, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Hotel was good, no issues. I wouldn't say 5* but a very good 4 * in my opinion. Overall a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. The pool was nice and connects to the private/public beach.
