Great hotel close to the Grotto. Hard to find due to only a small sign near the door. The one way road doesnt allow you to see the writing on the building at night so you might drive past it a few times. Public, paid parking a block away at the river. Good breakfast and lots of stores opened up after 10 am.

The property needs refurb. Aircon is terrible and when i complained to the Receptionist/Manager that it is so hot in my room, i was told that they do not put on the aircon because it is cold outside anyway, not so helpful and they refuse to learn english.Hotel Continental is not recommendable, the claimed to be have star 3 but for me its a horrible hotel. Only good thing i was near to the Grotto.

The staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk that unfortunately I don’t remember her name was super nice and extremely helpful. Their breakfast is terrible and the facilities need an upgrade. Room was ok but the noise from adjoining rooms was incredibly annoying especially at night. It’s in the center and close to everything. If I visit again I’d stay in the hotel next door.

At our arrival there was a terrible smell of sewage in the hall. The smell was going upstairs in the corridors. Inside the bedroom the colour scheme was dreadful, all brown and the curtain was half hanging down. We were told that the problem with the smell occurs when it rains, and it rains a lot in this part of the Pyrenees. Being very sensitive about smell and believing that this was a health issue here, we asked to be relocated in another hotel belonging to the group which they did although very reluctantly.

This property is very conveniently situated a few metres away from the Sanctuary in Lourdes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We have come here often before and will continue coming to this hotel.

Great location. Very short walk to the Basilica and grotto. The staff are super nice and helpful. Our room's bathroom floor creaked with every step. A little annoying. Old hotel with very basic accommodations. We only stayed for one night so the stay served its purpose. It was about 15-20 min walk to the train station so very doable.

This is an older hotel and a bit dated. The breakfast buffet was minimal. It was in a great location near shops, restaurants, and the Lourdes sanctuary. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one outlet in the room and one in bathroom, so charging devices was a challenge. The only soap was that horrible Gojo stuff so bring your shampoo.

Some receptionist cannot speak English is so frustrating . How come in such tourist place some staff cannot communicate at all ti the customer .the janitors/ janitress out of 5 points I give 2 . Ask them why. The breakfast very poor. .

Franchement pour un emplacement centre ville être catégorie 3 étoiles c'est pas possible pour moi c'est un deux étoiles limite déjà on est arrivé à 11h du matin et nous avons eu notre chambre presque à 15h parce que il y avait une seule femme de ménage que s'en charge dans tout l'hôtel et pour cluer elle avait parti a manger, alors pas de femme de service a hôtel, nous avons fait le tour pendant qu'elle en chargé ils nous ont dis que la chambre devait être vers midi nous avons arrivé on a mangé dans le loving de l'hôtel jusqu'à presque 15h ....grosse surprise pas de climatisation ils nous ont fourni un ventilateur qui était pas suffisant heureusement j'ai attrapé un qui était dans le couloir qu'ils avaient oublié et avec ça on a passé la nuit dans une chaleur de four. pour le prix j'aurais été voir ailleurs mais bon au niveau de la façade on voit un excellent hôtel mais en réalité c'est une autre chose.

I was impressed that the person at the reception desk was expecting me when I first arrived. (I travel frequently, and this has never happened before.) I gave just my first name and he said, "Oh yes" And then said my last name. I noticed when others checked in, another receptionist did the same thing. As a person traveling by myself, this made me feel both safe and welcomed. It is such a welcoming gesture. Each staff member with whom I interacted, were genuinely kind. I didn't realize that the room I reserved didn't have air-conditioning. They were able to quickly switch me to a room with AC. This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Santuary and close to many different kinds of restaurants. Lastly, I received some truly sad news when I was there. The receptionist (a woman) was so empathetic, helpful, and so so so kind. I wish I remembered the hotel employees' names, as I received excellent service. I was there from June 11-June 17. When I return to Lourdes, I will stay at this reasonably priced hotel with such kind staff.

The location was ideal for my needs the reception staff I met were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble if I made a request for anything. I have to give a special mention to Sharlee I I hope that’s her name who constantly got me bags of ice for my swollen knee. I also mentioned to another staff member about the pool cues not having tips on them how surprised I was a couple of days later to find the cues had tips on them I then enjoyed having quite a few games by myself. The breakfast choice in was excellent plenty of variety and well presented on the table very neat & tidy. It’s highly likely I will stay with you next year around the same time all been well.
