It was clean and pretty close to the beach. The coffee in the room did not have complete ingredients and/or packets to complete a coffee drink.

Great location with plenty of parking. The kitchen was a bit awkward to use, but it had the very basics. There’s no AC, and I like it cold when I sleep, but the ceiling fan was decent. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again, especially for the “kids are back in school” rate!

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at Edgewater Beach Inn. Before our stay I read some reviews about a dirty room or dirty sheets but we didnt experience that at all. Our room was very clean and well maintained. We booked the room with a beach view balcony and while it isnt a large as the other rooms it was very nice. Our ceiling fan worked as designed and while there is no ac the fan cooled us enough to be comfortable and our stay was on a warmer than usual night in Santa Cruz. We will gladly book there again!
