Vriendelijk personeel en goeie service. Hotel lobby en kamer mooi. Ruime badkamer en goed bed. Ontbijtplek was ok, beetje cafetaria gevoel maar wel heel netjes. Ontbijt zelf ook ok maar niet geweldig, en zeer beperkte keuze. Hebben hier maar 2 nachten verbleven dus ok, maar indien veel langer hadden we het ontbijt misschien wel overgeslagen en iets anders lekkers in de buurt gaan zoeken. Ondergrondse garage met lift was een avontuur, was de eerste keer ik dit had gedaan. Maar zeer handig dat er parking op de locatie zelf was. Hotel dicht bij tram en metros gelegen dus ook dat was goed.

Nice hotel for a quick family trip to Lisbon, you can walk to many landmarks and has parking available at an additional cost, luckily we didnt expericed any issues with the elevator. The staff was friendly and helpful, they all spoke a little english. We stayed in the 6th floor and were still able to listen to the street noise, so I would suggest that you choose another hotel if you are a delicate sleeper, we did saw the homeless people but they are harmless many them wished us merry christmas, it was an eye opening experience for the kids and as my husband said they are part of the experience. The breakfast was ok not as bad as I read in other reviews, but I do concur the coffe its not the best. I would recommend this stay and definitely will consider again if we go back to Lisbon.

El hotel está enfocado al Turista. La opción de Early Check-in no existe. Son incapaces de darte la habitación hasta las 15,00h cuando se ve que las asignan. Siendo Expedía Gold, hacen caso omiso y no te ofrecen los servicios que deberías. No hay una zona donde sentarse a trabajar o esperar que te den la habitación a menos que se la en la cafetería. Las habitaciones están bien, Pero son muy pequeñas y se escucha todo lo que ocurre en la calle.

Excellent value - more affordable than trendier neighborhoods, clean, modern, helpful staff. The area felt a little dodgy, however - lots of graffiti, homeless guy. Apparently it's safe enough during the day but extra care is needed at night. Wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant, but just one block away is "Portugalia" (oldest restaurant in Lisbon, someone claimed), where you can eat well for ~ € 25. A straight metro ride or a 40-minute walk to Chiado and the river.

The hotel was quite ok for the price point. The staff in the restaurant in the evening were really nice and accommodating. But I have to say I am nearly 60 years old and have stayed in many hotels worldwide over the years but this was the worst breakfast I've ever had anywhere. I don't like to leave bad reviews but just being honest on this point.

The staff is very friendly , the bathroom is very spacious and everything is cleaned to a good quality. The restaurant in the hotel is very good , offering lovely dinner with vegetarian options. Breakfast was included in the price and was also of good quality, the hot chocolate was amazing and the fresh orange juice. There was a variety of options for vegetarians to choose from. They should put some chocolate in the room fridges and allow free refilling of water bottles.

The property was clean and staff professional. Restaurant was good. I was disappointed that I only was allotted 1 coffee pod and 1 water bottle in my entire stay and if I wanted extra I needed to pay for them. I also found the location a little out of the way but the metro was good and I was able to still get around well.
