This is a regular place for us to visit and the Four Seasons does not disappoint! Everything is on site - fabulous pool space and great spa! Breakfast was always outstanding and the staff are amazing! We had a great room with a terrace! Will definitely be back!!

Loved the rooms, campus, patio, staffs, pools and food. The staff especially made our stay memorable. Most services are expensive. Tennis costs extra. Gym is good with separate cardio and weight rooms. Transportation offered by hotel is very expensive. Mall next to hotel is cool with loads of shopping and dining options.

We celebrated our anniversary there. Upon our arrival, in our room were flowers and treats to celebrate! Thank you Four Seasons. Staff were friendly and went out of there way to be helpful. Gorgeous property with large pool and relaxing spa. The massage was appreciated mid trip!

This property was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend. I was disappointed in regard to the facilities simply because the adult pool was closed for renovation, and so was the tennis court. I was never informed and this was two of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Otherwise, staff and service were exceptional! Would stay again provided no ongoing renovations.

Fantastique séjour Très bel hôtel , avec des chambres confortables , nous avons été surclassé. Les adultes peuvent profiter d’une piscine calme et bien agencée , il y a aussi une piscine pas très loin pour les familles . Le petit déjeuner est copieux et complet , le personnel est très serviable et aux petits soins .accueil très chaleureux. Le spa est parfait , je le conseille, pour se détendre , Aïcha s’occupe très bien de vous . Nous reviendrons en famille .

Amazing resort, incredible service and exceptional food. The only negatives I can say is that the rooftop bar was closed (Feb.) and the sauna/steamroom do not open until 10am which can be inconvenient if working out in the gym early morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It provided a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. The staff was incredibly lovely, and even when we encountered issues, the manager's attentive and caring approach made things much better. The restaurants offered excellent food, but little options for traditional Moroccan food. The spa facilities are separated for men and women, which, although annoying, seemed to align with cultural standards. Overall, I would definitely return for another relaxing experience.

Muy bien ubicado,el personal muy amable, pero en realidad estaba y se miraba descuidado , los pisos de afuera manchados, las piletas vacias de la entrada y del area de desayuno, no tan lujoso como ,e lo imaginaba, comida deliciosa me gusto mucho, el olor de jabones muy agradable , y me dakaron flores y frutas todos los dias en mi cuarto. En conclusión le falta mantenimiento al hotel

Les restaurants sont tout simplement excellents, tant par la qualité des plats que par le service. Et que dire du petit déjeuner buffet ? Un vrai délice, varié, frais et généreux. Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms. All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional food, and genuinely lovely staff makes the Four Seasons a place I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay.

I have come back much refreshed from a short break at the four seasons Marrakech Everything was perfect! Wonderfully lush and beautiful grounds, beautiful and comfortable room, beautiful flowers in the lobby, exceptionally warm and wonderful staff from concierge to reception, to cleaning staff, to breakfast and the Inara restaturant which i frequented for the local cuisine on offer which was delicious! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and already looking forward to making a return trip in the near future.

The property is stunning — a true haven in the heart of the city with beautiful pools, elegant rooms, and fantastic restaurants. Only three hours from the UK, it feels like a world away. What made it extra special were the staff, who are genuinely the friendliest I’ve ever met. Luxury, comfort, and hospitality at its very best. Can’t wait to return!

You know you are at a Four Seasons Resort the moment you pull into the driveway. This hotel is so beautiful and ornate. The staff is fantastic, from the valet to the receptionist, to the concierge to the housekeeping staff. The room was amazing. We ended up spending more time in the room than outside. One of the toughest rooms to leave. Everything is nearby and it's a 15 minute walk to most everything. Don't miss out on the Spa if you have time. Definitely worth your while. There are just not enough praises for this place. Thanks again for everything. Four Seasons snob for life.

The staff/people were incredible and made the experience the most memorable. Ishmail, one of the assistance by the pool along with his team, were spectacular, offering the most outstanding, caring, custom-made service. Every person we encountered, from the security personnel, grounds men, concierge, check in staff, room service assistance were exceptional in their service. The food tasted specially prepared, perfectly flavoured with the choicest and freshest ingredients. This was a spectacular experience, the room was tastefully prepared and welcoming. We spent six nights and seven days, and every moment was the most relaxing, unwinding, and therapeutic moment. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Four seasons Marrakech is absolutely stunning. Beautiful property. Class and modern rooms. All the restaurants are 5 stars with dishes that will have you saying “wow” with every bite. Quattro being my favorite. The staff are all amazing and accommodating. Love the WhatsApp chat, to have easy access to hotel staff for any request. The hotel is literally right next to M.Avenue, festive nightlife area with so much to do and restaurants to choose from. Le Douar is a must. Highly recommend Four seasons marrakesh. Less than 10 min from the airport. Easily accessible. Yet secluded and luxurious. I would honesty visit Marrakesh again just to stay at this hotel.

Having travelled across the world for over 40 years, the Four Seasons Marrakech is the best hotel we have stayed in. This is our second visit (and our 3rd will likey be booked in the near future) and from arriving to departure, the customer service is outstanding across all departments from Reception, housekeeping to gardeners and pool staff. The Front of House Manager in particular was very helpful when we arrived. We received a complimentary upgrade to a Garden Suite which was stunning. The quality, decor and size was fantastic. The room is kitted out with all the items you need including toiletries, quality hairdryer, quality towels, iron and ironing board. The daily housekeeping service was also outstanding and the staff quickly determined your daily programme which made the housekeeping discreet and not in your way. The turn down service was ditto! The gardens are beautifully kept as are the pool areas. The pool staff are also fantastic, courteous and professional. The pool towels are quality and you even get sunhats and suncream if you want it. The treats given at the pool were delicious. The hotel is very safe with professional security staff at the secure gated entrance. Taxis costed from 50 Mad to 100 mad depending on where you were going. We did have one issue with a driver trying to overcharge, we contacted the hotel via fantastic WhatsApp and they quickly sorted it out and apologised for the taxi miscommunication. We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend!

We love this hotel !! Since the moment we arrive they greet us with a delicious tea , they make us feel like we were home . The staff very polite , educate and everyone speak English,they were very helpful during our stay. Love the room , the pool area gardens . After staying at many four seasons hotels throughout the world, this one was a disappointment. The service was simply poor. No welcome drink on arrival. Waited a long time to be checked in. I tried to book a dinner reservation on arrival and was told that it was not necessary for hotel guests but then when we went to dinner we were turned away and told to go to another restaurant. We had been told you could order from the poolside restaurant to your lounge chair by the pool. When we tried to do this we were told we were 5 people so we needed to go to the restaurant. We just wanted a snack white the kids swam. We all went to the poolside restaurant but when we arrived my daughters were told they needed to have a cover up because they had a towel. They only brought a robe to the pool. So they had to leave, return to the room get a coverup and come back. I pointed out to the waitress all the other patrons in bikinis and she said the problem was that my children were wet whereas they were dry. Told they had 24 hour concierge service and when I would call there was no answer. This was a very different experience than the four seasons hotels I have stayed with in the past.

There a lot of things that i like about this property but their attention to customers’ needs definitely questionable. Requested a reservation from concierge, they confirmed my reservation but when we arrive the restaurant, no reservation. Luckily we got a table. We chose FS Marrakech for location and security. It did not disappoint. The level of service by every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. We will not soon forget our experience here. Special thank you and shout out to Hajar. She went above and beyond! She set up our private tours, transfers, and even hotel recommendations in Tangier. No request was too much for all the staff there. An extraordinary level of hospitality!

I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Four Seasons Marrakech and it was absolutely unforgettable! The property is stunning — a true haven in the heart of the city with beautiful pools, elegant rooms, and fantastic restaurants. Only three hours from the UK, it feels like a world away. What made it extra special were the staff, who are genuinely the friendliest I’ve ever met. Luxury, comfort, and hospitality at its very best. Can’t wait to return!

You know you are at a Four Seasons Resort the moment you pull into the driveway. This hotel is so beautiful and ornate. The staff is fantastic, from the valet to the receptionist, to the concierge to the housekeeping staff. The room was amazing. We ended up spending more time in the room than outside. One of the toughest rooms to leave. Everything is nearby and it's a 15 minute walk to most everything. Don't miss out on the Spa if you have time. Definitely worth your while. There are just not enough praises for this place. Thanks again for everything. Four Seasons snob for life.

We travel a lot, at this hotel we had the best service we have ever had. A real 5 stars service, amazing staff, concierge, they make sure everything is perfect. They were lovely with the kids, everybody remember our names. The room was perfect! Also very close to la Medina for visiting the city. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It provided a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. The staff was incredibly lovely, and even when we encountered issues, the manager's attentive and caring approach made things much better. The restaurants offered excellent food, but little options for traditional Moroccan food. The spa facilities are separated for men and women, which, although annoying, seemed to align with cultural standards. Overall, I would definitely return for another relaxing experience.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms. All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our stay at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. The resort itself is absolutely stunning - from the beautifully maintained grounds to the luxurious, spotless rooms. All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). The pool staff also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by pool We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We were thrilled with this property and the service was outstanding. The property was beautiful and easy to navigate. The pools and their service were prompt and friendly. Breakfast at Quattro started off the day with excellent choices. Front staff were always pleasant and ready to help with any activity options and drivers were available always. One of my daughters had a health issue and a doctor was brought in quickly to assess the issue and offer medication. Honestly we travelled from Paris to Marrakech and this hotel made the end of our trip a memorable experience.
