Hotel did not alert us that the elevator was out of order.

Elevator wasn’t functioning. Had to use stairs for 3rd floor

Great location, plenty of parking and the rooms were clean. However, we were on the 4th floor and the elevators were out of service.

Asked the front for extra towels and got the response of we should have asked earlier because I don’t know where to find any. Breakfast was terrible Pool was drained and was not told to us upon check in that the pool would be closed. Washers and dryers didn’t work half of the time and we absolutely needed them since we were there for a baseball tournament.

Elevators didn’t work. Made it difficult with luggage and everything being carried up to the room.

The elevator is out of service and was not listed on the website - if not for the wonderful front desk person who helped us get our bicycles to our room on the second floor, I would be incensed that the room fee was non refundable. I had to carry our luggage obviously as well up a flight of steps to get to the room. Hotels should be upfront with this website about such difficulties.

Hotel and staff were great. What I did not likr was that it said they had a hot tub and they did not have a working hot tub and are not ever goin to have one. I believe false advertising is illegal. There are people who choose a hotel for the specific reason of a hot tub. People who have bad backs and other problems who want to be able to use it for pain relief. I have had this problem with a lit of hotels lately and I do not appreciate the false advertisement.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Beautiful fitness room but not kept up. No disinfectant wipes to clean machines, water machine nonfunctioning, clock on wall non functional. Elliptical needs maintenance.We probably would stay again but give fitness room some TLC.

I like the friendliness of the staff. I did not like that there was a barking dog next door to me, that was a used dirty towel that was left on the shower curtain from the previous occupant, the musty smell of the room.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room and property were very clean.

The shower curtain was covered in dirt or oil, it looked like it needs to be thrown out. The sound of people running around above us at 6:45 am was not great. Would not stay here again.

Overall, the hotel is fine. The lobby is nice, the breakfast is good. But our room smelled like mold if you turned the AC off for more than a few minutes and the fitness room smelled like mold as well.

The staff was always very nice and attentive. The rooms were in need of some housekeepers who actually cleaned the room and not just " pick up or straighten up" the rooms. I changed rooms, so I\'m basing my statement on more than just one room. The first room reaped of urine as though someone sprayed it in the air and my feet stuck to the entrance floor as I entered and exited the room. The second room smelled much better, but the phone has never been cleaned...dark waxy build-up on it, dust and sticky stuff (perhaps food residue from previous guests) everywhere including in the chairs, bathroom floor sticky near the toilet and the entry floor as well as the bathroom floor severely dirty. I used wet paper towels on the floor to make it durable for our stay in the room and Lysol wet wipes and disinfectant spray to clean anything we had to touch such as door knobs, light switches, telephone, TV remote, etc. The bed was pretty comfortable and my spouse said the breakfast was good; I didn\'t eat. However, you couldn\'t ask for nicer front desk staff especially the Black man that checked us in( I hope this is not considered racist) I just don\'t remember his name and would like him to get his due praise. The location was great for what we had to do and not too far from family.

The room 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and the beds were comfortable however before we got settled in i discovered what appeared to be poop on the roll of toilet paper and on a towel. Upon checkout the manager asked me to send her the video i made of the issue and she would reduce my bill. Well i sent her the video and she never adjusted my bill. Oh well

Musty smell in hallway

The room needed attention! Not very clean and run down. Smelled very old and moldy. The bathroom door needed replaced it was so torn up. The floor needed new carpet & definitely needed to be vacuumed. Very dissatisfied with the condition of this hotel. Would not recommend.

We stay here a lot in the 2 bedroom room, but this time it was sold out so we got a regular 2 queen room. Y’all! This room was huge! You could easily have a full size or queen air bed if you are a big family. It was definitely big enough for our 4 person family and it would work with 6 people as well. We didn’t get to use the pool and hot tub due to inclement weather, but the fitness center was used and I liked it.

Hotel was good I can’t say anything good about Longview. The hotel room was good but the air conditioner made a horrible sound all night long so I didn’t sleep otherwise it would’ve got a higher rating. Breakfast was good

Friendly staff and nice rooms. Very close to I-20, so get a room opposite the highway or you'll hear traffic constantly.

Very clean. Great breakfast. My only complaint would be that the walls are very thin. You can hear everything.

Biggest HI room I have ever seen. Two bedrooms, ideal for family with teens. Really clean, great beds, inroom coffee kuerig very appreciated. Gladly stay again

Very nice hotel. Also, we got a room with 3 queen beds, and apparently this is the only Holiday Inn in the country that has 3 beds. Very clean, very nice.

Very nice. Our suite was perfect for 3 generations traveling together.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Every time we visit we stay with them. The suite was huge and fit my family of 8 perfectly.

I love staying here due to its close proximity to Letourneau University in Longview, TX. Have stayed here on multiple occasions, when taking daughter back to college and visiting. Very accommodating staff with clean rooms, great breakfast, and competitive prices!

Matt was excellent as a host. Very helpful and friendly. Knows what he is doing.

There wasn’t any body wash in the shower. My husband went to the front desk to retrieve some but no one was available. There was a number to call but no one answered. He waited 15 minutes for someone to return. They finally come in from outside. We did get the soap but it should not have taken 15 minutes. We were on a tight time schedule and needed to leave the hotel soon. Didn’t have time to be waiting around for someone to take a 15 minute smoke break or whatever they were doing.

An organization, and specifically the management staff, that prioritizes customer service. My cab was late and was going to cause me to miss my flight. The staff knew I was in a bind and bailed me out by giving me a ride to the airport. 5 Stars all the way! Thanks, Matt!

When I checked in the front desk had a note for me that gave me all the information that I would need. And then they put me in a good room for my mother. Holiday Inn Express always treats my mom well; she's in a wheelchair and they always have a room for her. There was a nice note under our door in the morning for check out. And the breakfast was fantastic. The room was nice and cool and it was super quiet and the parking was close for my mother.

Family funeral thanks for comforting stay Was not happy with the greetings on arrival. Lady was rude and I had to wait on her. I arrived at 2:40 pm the first thing out of her mouth was YOUR HERE TO SOON checkin at 3pm!! I stated I’m sorry though it was 2pm…. After driving many hrs. 3pm a lot late check in anyways!!! She was young white girl she just ride!!! Oh and she looked the room way READY

We are staying for LETU move-in weekend and have been so pleased with the service here. The hotel staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and nice. The location is very convenient to get to and from LETU. They have treated us like family. We will make this our go to hotel when visiting our college kid!

Easy check in. Close to LeTourneau. Surrounding Area not the best, but we knew that when booking. Noise level higher off highway. Great breakfast.

Close to the Highway for an easy start in the morning. Walmart is nearby if you forgot anything for your trip.

This hotel was very clean, and nice. Hallways smelled good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I tried to eat breakfast this morning 05/20/24 at 6AM the woman that was setting it up was rude and I can’t eat pork she had a bad attitude about only having pork options available for breakfast. And the housekeeper didn’t know English so she couldn’t get me towels her co worker helped me and got towels. I give this hotel a 8/10 work on staff

Excellent place to stay. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate. Food choices are good; one of the best. Staff is friendly and courteous. Room is clean. Bathroom is spacious. Just one issue: the toilet seat was loose. One of the bolts needs to be replaced.
