Spacious rooms, beautiful location with great views, good amenities. It would have been nice to have a restaurant on the premises, but there were only eating opportunities by the pools and a market place for snacks and other needs. The pools were lovely, but the music sometimes too loud. The gym was partly old, but open 24 hours, which is great.

Enjoyed our stay. Only wish some of the amenities were available later. Especially during summer when it’s 110 degrees, having to return pickle ball paddles equipment by 7pm is too early

Stayed in a one bedroom first floor on a wed-fri super quiet. Love the room and full kitchen. Pool area was good. The only thing I didn’t like they charge $25 for parking a night. I think as much as we are paying parking should be free.

Front desk employees were very friendly. Great customer service. Overall great experience. Wish they offered more food options/restaurant. Only restaurant/bar was by the pool and they close early. They do have a marketplace and able obtain other food options there. Pool area could be updated. Villa was very spacious. I would definitely come back.

It’s beautiful the pools are amazing and not to cold nice! Great also to those who are not able to walk or stand, They have pool lifts and the shuttles come to your room to take you to pool really amazing accommodations for someone who is on hospice or cant walk. I was able to get safe transportation to the pool and back and lifts are at all 7 pools and spas. Hospitality is amazing! ADA access. Beautiful views from the villas loved it!

Check in line was extremely long but it was a holiday weekend. There are lots of fun things to do with the kids. An actual arcade would’ve been nice. Lots of pools. We had a busy street on our view of golf course. Room and patio area was nice. I would stay again.

We had an absolutely beautiful villa.However, the pool that was nearest us was absolutely filthy. There was black grime on the pool tiles, and several pool tiles were missing and just stacked around the pool deck. The water was extremely cloudy and had lots of leaves and long hair in it. I called the front desk and asked them to clean it twice.But nobody ever came.

Our duvet had blood and the sheets were stained. Of course it was not until the second day that we found it out. Pretty gross to have laid in the bed with someone else’s blood. The jacuzzi particularly has a green tint. This was our second time staying here and the pools are not clean.

The cleanliness of the pools is very poor. All their pools had muggy water during our stay. Yes, we visited all the pools hoping to find at least one that looked decent. The villa was clean and spacious. So, we spent a lot of time inside the villa and ended up purchasing some tours. Not we expected since our children wanted to enjoy the pool but not even they wanted to get in them.

Our shower was dirty. It had hair all over it and the water was either scalding hot or ice cold. If I took a shower before my husband, there was no hot water for him. I took scalding hot showers and he took ice cold showers!! So that was pretty crappy. Otherwise everything else was good. The room was nice besides the hair all over the shower. That was gross. And there was no conditioner had to ask for some. The property was beautiful and the golf course was gorgeous.

The property was very clean and beautiful. The suite was very clean as well. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was beautiful with tons of space and a beautiul view. The staff was kind and welcoming. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

BED BUGS. Walk up to first night with a bunch of bite marks in my legs and arm spotted a bed bug casually walking in my bed took a video, called from desk reported staff and manager came over and manager was trying to convince me that it’s not a bed bug and had zero explanation on my bite marks. I pulled up an image on google and compared my recording to the images I had and confirmed it was bed bugs. Management convinced me it’s not and they would have brand new sheets for me 3 hrs later a last comes by to change sheets for the pull out couch and not the bed I told her it’s for the bed and not the couch and she looked at me and said the order was to replace the couch sheets not the bed. I called front dear spoke with Julie 4 times before and was told someone will come by to change the sheets, security came by and took a report of my bite marks and provided me with a band-Aid. Not a single staff member apologized for the incident, that same night since sheets were changed we went to sleep and I woke up to even more bites, we decided at that point to pack up and head out even though room was fully paid for an additional 2 days. I got to the front dear to check out around 12:45pm and was given the biggest attitude by employee telling me check out is at 10am, I’m thinking what difference does it make if I’m leaving early and room is paid for already I told her I’m leaving early because I’m tired of getting bit by the bed bugs and nothing is being done about it. Will upload pic.

Been coming at least once a year and this is the first time I’ve noticed the pool being very dirty. Very cloudy and with trash (pieces of pamper) in the pool drain. It was still there the next day.

I’ve stayed here many times before but was so disappointed that they assigned me a terrible room near the pool complex. It was non stop noise as the pool has a power plant that blows all day. It spoils any view. Next time I’ll have to specify my need for piece and quiet. I was surprised no one checked to see if my room was OK as they have in the past.

Large room with comfortable beds. I liked that there were two sinks, one in and one outside the bathroom. Plenty of towels but nowhere to hang them. Need towel bars and hooks in bath area. Walk-in shower with good water pressure. I liked having a larger refrigerator. Very nice, quiet property.

Had an enjoyable stay at the villa. Our room was spacious with a full kitchen and a very comfortable king size bed. The view from the patio overlooking the golf course was relaxing and beautify. Enjoyed some morning pickleball play, fitness room followed by some pool fun.

No restaurant or bar except at the pool which closes early. Remote if you don’t have a car. Room was extremely small. Not even a bottle of water. An issue since the sundry shop was a 15 minute walk from my room. If you get assigned a room on the second floor, there is no elevator. They were nice enough to reassign me. Outdated bathroom with a tub shower.

Stayed for a long weekend. The good. The resort property is very nice. The one bedroom villa was very clean, spacious, well laid out, and nicely appointed. We only used the pool nearest our unit, but it was clean and well maintained. Lots of restaurants in the area and DoorDash deliveres. The not so good. The “deep soaking tub” is not deep, only the depth of a regular tub. It was spacious though in width and length. The water coming out of the spigot for the tub was way too hot no matter where the lever was adjusted. Lack of restaurants in the resort, although we were told we could take the shuttle to the JW Marriott which has a few restaurants. Late check-in of 4pm. Early check out of 10am makes for a rushed morning.

It was really nice property and room was very nice. We had a king bed with a sofa bed pull out. The bed was comfortable, we had towels, shampoo/conditioner etc.... Here are some things missing from the rooms 1. No bottled water (usually you get two bottles free) 2. No Safe in room (usually you get a safe in your room)

It was a lovely property, but we got stranded at the main hotel our last night there after having dinner. We were told a shuttle would come for us in a few minutes but it never arrived. We waited for an hour, then had to walk in the dark to a pick up spot where Security got us. The property needs to invest in more shuttles and drivers with more frequent pick up times.

Check in was terrible, room was not ready, we had to go back and demand another room. The patio was filthy, dust and dirt everywhere. Carpets were filthy, socks got dirty. Extremely loud music from golf carts, extreme use of foul language, F-bombs! Marriott expected us to remove bed sheets, take out garbage, wash dishes, clean towels were extra. Very poor.

Ive stayed here multiple times and this visit i was double charged and the receptionist basically said it was my fault asked how i didn't notice for so long (2 weeks) why i didn't noticed when i checked out and gave me the most fake apology. She seemed upset when they were the ones that charged me $500 twice. Not what i expected from Marriott.

I booked a two-night, prepaid stay (Thursday–Saturday) through Hotels.com. When I arrived Friday night at 10:45 PM after a four-hour drive, I was told my reservation had been canceled because I didn’t check in on Thursday. The hotel staff claimed it was a “no-show” and that I would need to rebook and pay again to stay. However, the property’s own listing on Hotels.com says: • “Check-in time ends at anytime” • “No-shows are subject to a property fee equal to the first night’s rate plus taxes and fees” Nowhere does it say the full reservation would be canceled or that guests lose their remaining nights with no refund. At minimum, I should have been charged for Thursday and allowed to check in for Friday—especially since the stay was fully prepaid. Instead, they kept my money and likely resold the room, effectively charging twice for the same space. That’s not just poor communication—it’s unethical and a violation of their stated policies. I can’t say for sure why that was—but as a Black traveler, I’ve learned to pay attention to how I’m treated in moments like this.

Let’s start with the pros: 1. Property is clean. 2. 7 pools 3. Spacious villas Cons: 1. Check in staff not so friendly. Didn’t properly communicate check in instructions, not informing guest what they are signing on the signature pad. The original person that checked me in was friendly but her computer stopped working and she asked her coworker to help and she acted irritated. But overall I enjoyed my stay after check in.

The check in wait time was less than desired. Knowing it was a busy weekend they should have been better prepared. The parking fee is ridiculous and until my last 2 stays was never charged. They did not inform me of the parking charge this time but noticed it on the final bill.

unfortunately the front desk are so dry and not friendly which makes the experience way different because the property and room is just beautiful and clean. I wish they would have given me a room with more privacy than in the middle of traffic and not having a view that we were looking for , if the front desk was more friendly and could understand the view that I was looking for and this is not during a busy time we were checking in on a Sunday .

if you like walking in hot weather and imagining a mirage of a shuttle bus that never arrives, this is the place for you. impossible to stay in a fake hotel / TIMESHARE with negative quality service and no car. miles away from anything except the golf course. GOLFERS ONLY. 1 toilet in 1100 sqft is obtuse. no food to be find in miles, might as well call this fat camp.

The room was very nice and comfortable. AC works great. Excellent room layout and full kitchen made it really nice. We noticed a million kids in the small villa pools but drove over to JW pool each day and was easy enough with side parking near the JW spa. We’ll be back

All staff was very friendly and helpful Donna. a concierge, recommended excellent restaurants nearby. We decided to go to The Fix, on El Paseo, which was excellent!

Very clean! Nicely decorated room. Golf course looked immaculate. Only small complaint is having to drive everywhere for meals. Onsite dining is minimal and was a little bit of a walk for our location. Front desk personnel were friendly. Check-in was a little slow but not too bad.
