明洞オリーブヤングの向かいにあり、とても便利なロケーション。スタッフの方は日本語も通じるので安心でした。ロビーにワオパスのチャージ機があるのもかなり便利だと思います。泊まった部屋は広くはないですが清潔で気持ち良く滞在できました。次回も利用したいです。

我住的雙人房有柱在房內導致空間細小，酒店就在Olivia Young斜對面好方便, 但行去明洞站或乙支路入口站兩個地鐵站都要7分鐘左右，都算方便，酒店大堂設在13樓有咖啡，冰，微波爐供應，但沒有熱水供應，應增加熱水給客人飲用，因房內每日有兩支水，覺得不夠用，13樓大堂有提供浴鹽，茶包供客人取用，總括房間較細，下次會試其他酒店

お風呂に入るのに、高い段をまたがないといけないので、足が悪い者がいるので大変でした。フロントが一番上で一旦上がらないといけないのも少々めんどう。フリーのコーヒーマシンや計量器、ワオパスの機械などあり便利でした。ミネラルウォーターも毎日頂けてありがたかったです。

Sotetsu Fresa Inn never disappoints. Very accessible to everything. In the middle of night market, but it's quiet once you're in the hotel. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Love the express check in and checkout. I tried using the room express checkout, and it was amazing!

The staff was very nice! They have free bath salts, razors, and toothbrushes in the lobby. They also have storage lockers which was amazing because our flight was at 7pm. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours while we explored the city. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel door literally opens up in front of the street food market. And Myeongdong cathedral is a minute walk away. Rooms are small but typical for the area. Self laundry is inexpensive.

The only minor issue was that we asked for «Make up Room» but the cleaning staff just did it once and ignored our other requests made 2 days in a row. We survived but needs improvement. Overall a good stay. We would definitely stay at the property again because of central location and 10/10 front desk.

I don’t usually stay at Japanese hotel chains, but chose this one at my family's request. Although we booked a larger room, it still felt extremely cramped—there was barely enough space to open a suitcase. The towels had an unpleasant odor, and the bathtub had hair left in it, which made me question the cleanliness of the room. It didn’t feel sanitary at all. We asked the front desk in advance to book a taxi for our return, but they used Uber without informing us. Despite using Uber, they didn’t input the destination, and the driver ended up negotiating a fare with us—resulting in us paying more than expected. Breakfast was supposed to be available at four partner restaurants near the hotel between 8:00 and 10:00, but when we visited one, the staff told us the hotel’s breakfast menu wouldn’t be available until 12:00 and turned us away. Overall, I was very disappointed with the stay and wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Localização excepcional, quarto pequeno mas dava para acomodar 1 casal com 3 malas (fechadas) tranquilamente. Tinha isolamento acústico da rua, mas não do quarto adjacente. As roupas de camas eram de excelente qualidade, ducha muito boa… o único porém era a qualidade das toalhas, sempre deixavam uma nova e uma velha, puída (as vezes até desfiando nas extremidades). Acho isso uma falta de cuidado e desleixo com os hóspedes…

予約確認が取れないと言われ、しばらく待っていて不安になった。部屋は角部屋で清潔感があって良かったが、バスタオルがボロボロで残念だった。立地は最高で買い物するには便利な場所。あとスリッパは毎日新しいものが置かれるのに歯ブラシが有料と、少し不思議な印象だった。

Helpful and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable room, Though they don’t serve breakfastt on site they issue vouchers for meals at restaurants nearby. フロントのスタッフの方々がとても親切でした。初日に飛行機が遅れ、予約していたレストランの時間に遅れそうで困っていたのですが、フロントの方にお願いすると、快くレストランに少し遅れる旨を電話で伝えて下さいました。また別の方は、タクシーの手配もして下さり、とても助かりました。このホテルにして良かったです。

友人の紹介で宿泊させていただきました。明洞で買い物や食事することが多かったので、場所はとても便利でした。スタッフの方は日本語が分かることから、困ったことやお願いごとはすぐ解決し、また、おすすめの韓国料理のお店も教えてくださったので、とても有り難かったです。また韓国へ観光しに来た際は宿泊させていただきます！ありがとうございました！

It is hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. I took a taxi from Seoul Station and the taxi driver had a very hard time finding it. The area is mostly pedestrian so you can't just pull up in front of it. And, they were very inflexible. I booked for 5 days but needed to check out after 3 days and they would not refund me the other two nights.

明洞のど真ん中にあるのでレストランやお店には全く困らないですが、夜に窓を開けたら煩く屋台の匂いが部屋に充満します。閉めとけば大丈夫です。駅からは遠くないですが、週末は人通りが多いのでスーツケースもって歩くのに苦労しました。帰りは平日だったので比較的大丈夫でした。近くに明洞餃子、香港飯店、Issacがあるのでよかったです。部屋は広くはないですが全く不便せず、ピカピカで綺麗でした。スタッフさんも皆さんとても親切です。また是非宿泊したいホテルです。

明洞の賑わっているエリアのど真ん中にあるので、明洞観光にはいいですが夜も騒がしい。明洞駅周辺は混んでいるので、アクセスはエレベーターもあるウルチロイック駅の利用がオススメです。空港へのアクセスも弘大駅乗り換えが楽でエスカレーターだけで行ける。概ね満足ですが冷蔵庫の薄さと日々どこからかハエが出たのでマイナス1

The bad review reflects mainly the fact that we booked the accomodation with breakfast but could not have it. The small print says that the breakfast is served at a 100m far location from 8AM. In fact there are 4 possible locations from the hotel, the one which opens at 8am is a toast place. We went there at 8.05 and there was already a queque ordering at 8.15, we asked at 8.30 with most people already served when woud be ours ready as we have to catch a flight. They said 20+ minutes...this is clearly a joke! Paying + 10 EUR for a small toast from a street vendor and it takes 50 minutes to have it as a take away. The hotel was by itself a modern building with helpful staff. The rooms are small but clean. Yet the fact with the breakfast left a very sour taste and this must be reflected in the review as well!

We liked the location and the cleanliness of the room. It is in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street and food night market. There are many restaurants in the area. However, the standard room is very small and the breakfast is not in the building. I chose this Japanese brand due to the high standard of Japanese culture but the breakfast is far away from the hotel. I’m waiting for my partial refund but it is being delayed by Expedia despite of my reply to Expedia with the proof of my payment. The Expedia recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages. Thankfully this hotel has very good service by the staff at reception desk. Thanks Sotetsu Myeongdong. We enjoyed Seoul.

スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切でした。日本語で対応していただけた所がとても安心できました。ツインの部屋でしたがとても清潔で、広さに関しては2つのキャリーケースを広げても問題なしでした。一つ残念だったのは、朝食に選んだパン屋さん、食べたいメニューが2日連続で提供なしでした。

In the middle of the shopping area, it is easy to find. Clean hotel and room. They change my towels everyday, chancing sheets is optional. Almost everything you need , you can find in the room. If you get breakfast it won't be at the hotel, they gave me coupon for four different cafe/ restourant. I tried two of them, they were nice. Check inn and out is fast but if you came before 15:00 ,you shoukd wait for check in. Thank you.

The hotel is well located, just above the shops and night market stalls. Taxis are available just around the corner. The property and rooms are new and clean. The breakfast isn’t available on the premises. Vouchers are provided on arrival which can be used at 4 places in the area. The western breakfast options were basic such as croissant/sandwiches. We would definitely stay at the property again, but probably not opt for breakfast.

Middle of touristy shopping and restaurant, slightly more expensive but a very happening area. Fantastic food and lots of shoppping transportation was easy enough. Rooms are tight but effecient and modern. Dont pay for breakfast as its not in the hotel its coupons for 4 different places with very low value for breakfast..not worth it. There are great restaurants so just pay for breakfast you want.

Stayed here twice and I can only recommend it if you wanna be in the center of Seoul in Myeongdong street. The Hotel is situated close to the Myeongdong cathedral and the streetfood vendors. The hotel Lobby upstairs is cozy and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need for your stay. You can walk to Myeongdong station which is a 8-10min walk. Unfortunately they do not offer breakfast. If you are adding a breakfastplan be advised that you will get breakfast vouchers for local restaurants in the area like Isaac Toasts.
