Todo ha sido completamente satisfactorio. No tiene restaurante pero tiene cafetera y tetera además de un serví bar bien surtido y todo incluido en el precio. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel. Si volvemos a Verona llegaremos al mismo hotel.

The rooms are lux and well appointed. The area is incredibly close to the fountain and lovely food. Bathrooms and large and additional facilities are good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The property is very well located but it looks ran down. It's not well-kept. It has the potential to be a very nice boutique hotel but it's not in maintained well. It was also superficially cleaned when our room was given to us.

Electricity and power were out. I only had the hotel for a very brief time to rest comfortably and shower before a long flight. Which you can’t do without WATER and ELECTRICITY - was 85F at night with no AC. Shouldn’t have paid for this.

I booked the presidential suite, very expensive and the ac on the main bedroom never works, also the bathroom with dirty and the shower with mold. I reported to the management when I did the check In that the ax was not working but nobody fixed I they didn’t give me a solution, I had to sleep with the doors open and the heat was terrible. I don’t consider the should sell the hotel as luxury because if the presidential suite has these issues I am can’t imagine a regular room

Very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures look very different from reality. My room was dusty, even the phone had old dust, dirty and even stained walls, they obviously don’t clean well or often. The doors don’t close properly, the “pretty terrace view” from the pictures look nothing like the real thing. Bags of laundry in the hallway and even the reception was poor looking, I didn’t see the “luxury” part anywhere to be honest, very unimpressed, wished I could get my money back.

This was a really depressing place to stay even though the location was good. A lot of dark corridors with unfinished floors, huge bags of laundry in the hall for days, also garbage. My room had a skylight but no windows. I have stayed in Rome seven times and this was the worst. I kept the score slightly high because the staff was nice

We stayed at this property for 3 Nights and we absolutely loved our stay, our room was clean and modern, my two small daughters loved getting back to the comfort of our room every time we had been out. Totally recommend this Hotel I am going back next month but unfortunately Hotel is sold out 😩 or I would totally book again.

Hotel is a cute mix of rustic and modern touch. High ceilings give the rooms a sense of space. Housekeeping was very good. The location (a hop from the fountain) was very practical since you are in the heart of one of Rome's tourist section. Getting to the other parts is very easy from this hotel since the subway and/or bus lines are a few minutes walk. My only suggestion would be to add a little more choices to there breakfast provided....it was a bit limited. All in all, a great place to stay if you are visiting Rome

It was a nice place to stay that was very walkable to the metro station, the Trevi Fountain, and other sights. The room was small and our door wouldn’t open all the way. The bed was very hard and the shower was small. However, it was a historic building and the staff was very very nice.

I requested twin beds (separate) not together Hotel sent me an email to confirm that I was getting twin beds but they did not forfill that promise. Place was very hot. They contol the air conditioner but did not make it cooler as promised. Good location not far from termini. And I did appreciate that they allowed me to check in earlier.

Overall a great stay! The hotel is in an absolutely prime location! Right in the heart of the old city, pretty much all the major attractions of Rome are in walking distance, from the Vatican to the Colosseum, you'll have no issues walking out the front door and going wherever you'd like. The area around the hotel is absolutely bustling and its absolutely surrounded by different shops and restaurants. The night life is great too, if you're into that! The staff at the hotel were also extremely helpful. I ran into an issue while on my travels and the hotel did absolutely everything they could to help me. I was extremely impressed! Overall very happy with my choice to stay here.

A picturesque hotel in the center, 1 minute walk from Fontana di Trevi and walking distance from many other attractions. The hotel has all the comforts, nice breakfast although the breakfast area is small. The personnel is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Staff very rude. No ac in our room it was over 90 degrees didn’t sleep at all kids up whining all night. Asked for new room they said no. Asked for a fan they gave one tiny fan that blew no air. Asked for another one they said they would bring it and never did. Outside the hotel tons of people trying to sell stuff. They would put it in your hand and then ask for money. They even approached us 3 times while dining outside at outdoor restaurants. Would not recommend.

Overall a great stay! The hotel is in an absolutely prime location! Right in the heart of the old city, pretty much all the major attractions of Rome are in walking distance, from the Vatican to the Colosseum, you'll have no issues walking out the front door and going wherever you'd like. The area around the hotel is absolutely bustling and its absolutely surrounded by different shops and restaurants. The night life is great too, if you're into that! Hotel is a cute mix of rustic and modern touch. High ceilings give the rooms a sense of space. Housekeeping was very good. The location (a hop from the fountain) was very practical since you are in the heart of one of Rome's tourist section. Getting to the other parts is very easy from this hotel since the subway and/or bus lines are a few minutes walk. My only suggestion would be to add a little more choices to there breakfast provided....it was a bit limited. All in all, a great place to stay if you are visiting Rome

I really enjoyed my stay at the trevi palace inn. Location: i don't speak Italian so being able to tell a cab driver to drop me off at the trevi fountain is super easy plus many signs pointing me to this site made getting around super easy. Obviously, trevi fountain is very very very close. Colosseum and pantheon are 15 mins away. Easy walk. Good selection of eating locations after you walk 2 minutes away from the hotel in any direction. Breakfast: the hotel breakfast was great. I enjoyed the selection of cheese. My favorite was the ricotta on the side of cherry tomatoes. They had a wide variety of pastries but my favorite was the cappuccino the witness would prepare for me each morning. Front desk: so helpful! They helped order a taxi to the airport and even went as far as to write the license plate for me so i knew i was entering the correct taxi. They were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning: yes, this gets their own section. I am American, yes, i like it cold. This was so cold that i actually raised the temperature to a warmer setting because i was getting cold while sleeping. An amazing treat after a day of sightseeing. Bathroom: this was a deep tub. Bath tubs are Very important for my sore feet from a day of sightseeing. Yes, rome, your feet will hurt. Tv: had a few English speaking channels. Not important, but nice while getting ready for bed. This was a fantastic location with a cool comfortable room.

Excelente hotel, lo recomiendo mucho, a unos pasos de la fontana de Trevi, todo cerca caminando, solo casi no funcionaba wi fi, es el único pero que le pondría, nos atendieron muy bien todos, desayuno básico pero bueno, regresaría sin duda, gracias!!!

We stayed in the master suite and it was very spacious and about 100 yards from Trevi Fountain. I wish I had a longer stay. The suite would have been very convenient and comfortable to stay in for a week.

Was shown we had a duplex presidential suite that slept 5 adults. When we arrived it was one floor with only one bedroom and a pull out couch. They rolled in a cot. The garbage and cleaning equipment were all over the door front. Air conditioning was broken, had to have maintenance bring in 2 fans. They wouldn’t add another room. Slept on top of each other.

I preface this with our flight was cancelled so we had to stay an extra night in Rome and our really nice hotel was booked. Considering the reviews on this one, it wasn’t as bad as expected. However the hallways are very dark and hot, rooms are really outdated and smell like disinfectant. Beds super hard and sheets smell like moth balls. It was all dealable until the morning when we had zero hot water. Like not even lukewarm. I’m talking freezing. In a pinch it was fine but should have been 1/3 the price at best.
