The room was okay, unfortunately, there were roaches in the bathroom and the room. The television was not working, and the telephone line was down. It would be nice if we were informed of all these inconveniences beforehand, rather than at the front desk upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was great!

Overall the staff was good, with a few stand outs being great. However, my stay was not entirely pleasant, TV did not work and was not fixed as promised. Even though there is an abundance of workers, most didn't seem to know what was going on. Breakfast was good and the grounds are kept but that too causes you to endure excessive noise ALL day long! Also housekeepers are intrusive and rude, one lady was really nice. I would not stay here again or recommend anyone else do so.

The Cardiff Hotel was built on a hillside away from the main road. I started every morning was started with an amazing breakfast.

The room and bathroom was not great, toilet, shower head and faucet need to be changed. The tub ma has mildew.
