It was amazing, clean room, the staff was polite, enjoyed the multiple pools with swim up bars, in this heat the AC was wonderful along with the 24hr room service.

First thing is false advertising. I signed up for a premium suite ocean view. When I arrived and got my rooms, the view was partial to the ocean and had trees blocking the scenery. I complained on the phone to the front desk and they blew me off that I was assigned to the correct category. I went in person to the fronk desk and was basically blown off by the ranking staff member on shift. Small hand towels was missing from the room and I called to ask for some, but no one delivered until day 3. The TV cable system needs upgrade. The channels kept freezing and irritated me during world cup football(soccer) matches. Overall the staff is very cordial.

I’ll start with the good: the staff is extremely friendly, the entertainment team does their best to keep guests entertained, the beach is absolutely beautiful and amazing, the pools are nice, and the food is very good. Now for the bad, which is very important to me. The room cleaning is terrible. They don’t make sure the room is properly stocked with the necessary items. When they cleaned my room, it was actually worse than before, and the smell almost made me throw up. To make matters worse, the housekeeper told me she wasn’t carrying any clean towels. Disgusting. The air conditioning in the restaurants that are supposed to have it is barely noticeable. Only the buffet feels properly air-conditioned, and some restaurants don’t have air conditioning at all. With Jamaica’s heat, it’s absolutely necessary. The lobby area near the coffee station smells like urine. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the resort is very poor, almost nonexistent. And they don’t have parking spaces
