Be aware there is an adult side to the resort. I wish I knew this upon booking, but the kid side was just as nice. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were beautiful.

The staff was so nice and genuine. There’s so much to do on the property, especially for the kids. We traveled with a 7 year old and 11 month old and both had a great time.

The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone we met!
