The property is huge and has great restaurants and spa facilities.

This resort is absolutely Beautiful. The staff,property and amenities are all top notch. The shuttle back and forth to your room was always full of laughter. There are a few kinks to work out..(food temperature was sometimes cold and tour company (tropical tours itineraries need work)understandable since the resort is still new. Big shout out to the lovely ladies at each restaurant, especially the food truck,entertainment and the entire cart team. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This property is great. Buffet food was average and not that warm but Sherricka & Alexia were great hostesses. The steak house & Italian restaurant was great. Pool bar Euphoria was great the bartenders and wait ladies were attentive and pleasant. Overall the property is beautiful only downfall the beach is not the best you will spend all your time in the pools, the elevators at each building & hallway floors lacked cleaning.

I love the hotel, customer service is great, room are beautiful the gym and spa 10 of 10, I would recommend it to anyone and I will definitely come back to this hotel,great experience.

The Resort is very beautiful with great views of the ocean. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful very clean and The food is very good they have many great restaurants to dine at and the staff is very nice.The resort is also still very new so it can be very confusing as the staff still doesn’t know where everything is, our elevator to our floor stopped working as we were on the 4th floor and our TV on the last day stopped working as well. The Spa was great but none of the saunas or steam rooms were working at the time. The hotel offers free airport transportation but was difficult to get into contact with them as you need to book it 3 days prior, resulting in us having to take our own.The casino also still is not finished. Overall I had a great time at this resort they offer a lot of activities and kayaking included it has a lot of potential just needs time to catch up

Fantastic views fantastic food workers are happy to work there gray infinity pools all the pools here are infinity pools and the views are insane. I would definitely give this resort a 10 out of 10. I went here for seven days and it was really good. I did the platinum roomand I had butler service. The only thing that I would say about this resort, and I wouldn’t say that this is every Butler, but our butlers that we had which was due the book your reservations get your cabana sometimes so they’re all right, but the only thing I would say is that they don’t work on your time, so if you told your butler to pick you up at the lobby and he said he was there and you respond saying you’re in the elevator three minutes away by the time you get to the lobby he’s gone and won’t respond for the next 30 minutes ETC. So that’s the only thing that I would say that’s negative about the resort but everything else about it is 100% out of 10.

My wife and I just returned home from our stay at the Princess Mangrove on the adult side. We stayed from 10/6 to 10/12. The reason was to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I can honestly say the resort is well worth visiting. Upon our arrival we were met with a warm greeting, offered a cold towel and cocktail. As we checked in, I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. That night the resort surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a nice dessert with a congrats message. We started our stay in a standard room but upgrade to a swim out room in Building 1 after the 1st day. Room 1112 was the room we were given. It did not disappoint. The pools are all infinity and are beautifully lit at night. I highly recommend a swim out room if you can swing it. The resort, grounds and beach are all amazing. Although the building does show some sings of wear for a new structure. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. I was impressed by the gym and felt the equipment was top notch. I felt the food was really good and well presented at the restaurants. We dined at the Pearl, Robert's Flame(shout out to Troy), IL Palazzo and Umami. We found all to be great. The buffet in the morning for breakfast provided plenty of options. I really enjoyed the coffee/ice cream shop as well. My wife and I made it a point to interact with the staff and the "love" was returned. We look forward to visiting again some day soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Princess Senses. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We frequented the gym facilities - which was akin to a smaller Equinox gym - and enjoyed the Pilates and yoga, and circuit training. Also the resort was not crowded and we had no difficulty getting seats by the pool. There are about 14 restaurants, we made it a goal to visit at least 10 of them - food was amazing across the board and only the Tappenyaki restaurant required reservations. It felt like the resort was being cleaned 24/7 because staff were always at work. We had a couples vacation this time around, and can’t wait to bring our kids to Princess Grand next year. This resort was spectacular. Any grips I would highlight would only be knit picking, all in, we had an amazing time.

There were numerous dining options, and you didn't need a reservation for them except for the Japanese restaurant, and we had no problem getting a reservation. The property is new (opened Nov. 2024) and kept clean. There are some kinks that they need to address in their operations. Here are a few: Going to one of the pools and asking for towels and not having any available. The pool bar should not run out of straws. The workers at the boating/dive shop couldn't be bothered in helping to get us a boat to use. I went to refill water bottles in our building and went to several floors, only to find water dribbling out or the water filling machines. We were disturbed two times the first day, after turning on the do not disturb light outside our door(obviously not working),and then we were given a door hanger sign. The Princess Spa was good, except the lockers were not working. The food at the restaurants was delicious, but you shouldn't have to wait 3 to 5 minutes to get water poured at your table after being seated. Once, we ordered two appetizers (one for each of us) and they brought only one. It was made right, but after the main course was served. A steak which was ordered medium rare was sent back due to it being presented medium well. There was a lack of communication about events for the day and we found out about them from employees we passed in the hallways. The stores on property did not take room charges. Beautiful beach and property. Not 5 * yet, but hopefully soon.

My room did not get cleaned for my entire stay. I reposted this many times and nothing was done. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

This was the best all-inclusive resort we've ever been to in the Caribbean. It was gorgeous, all shiny and new, with impeccable decor. Every room had an ocean view! The pools were fabulous, always clean. The food was a gastronomical delight. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate. And the staff were the best, always friendly, never surly. We've gotten too old for the heat and humidity in Jamaica, but if we were younger, we'd go back to The Mangrove in a heartbeat.

This is a brand-new resort that is lovely and clean, with every accommodation overlooking the ocean. Since it was our first time visiting Jamaica, we were unsure of what to anticipate. We were greeted with fresh rum when we arrived at the resort, and the check-in process went smoothly.We relished the cuisine and beverages, the beach, and the lovely design of the poor. Every employee we encountered, whether at the buffet, a la carte restaurants, bar, coffee shop, security personnel, or beach personnel, was fantastic and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The vacation was fantastic.

Very friendly staff. Pool staff a little slow with getting waters and drink orders but because site quiet new-perhaps some growing pains. Front desk more than happy to receive feedback on how to make stay better. Food amazing! Decor outstanding. Will become a go to for future travellers. Every room with a view of the ocean Rooms could be a bit cooler settings -we were on fourth and top floor so wonder if this had anything to do with higher temp (24c)…

Wish there was more food options for the adult only. The Jerk chicken food truck, and all food trucks, were parked clear across the resort on the family side. If you didn’t make it in time to eat at the buffet, you didn’t have real food options till noon at the adult side. They only restocked our mini bar once, when we just happened to catch the staff with the cart outside our door, and asked for a restock. And even then, they restocked for one, not two. It was unfortunate to see the staff response before and after a tip. Once tipped, and not one USD, but five or up- then you will get attention. Crazy for what we pay to stay here to begin with. The pools were clean enough, but totally saw a plastic toothpick at the bottom of our pool till departure. Halls had dead and alive cockroaches. The room smelled of mold at all times. Otherwise, the beach and the location is stunning.

The hotel is brand new and already have many things that doesn’t work properly. Looks like it’s been open for years. The most important things is air condition not working in the whole building. When I check in the room it was 30°C and I called them and they claim that the system in my building has AC problems and they are working on it. I asked to be transfer to another building but I have to pay for upgrade. They couldn’t resolve the problem for two days. and after they say, they fixed it it and still never went below 24° for the rest of the stay. The whole resort was very hot. The only place you can cool down if you go to à la cart Restaurant, I stay in many five-star hotels, but this is one is the worst one. The beach is a man-made doesn’t even look like you would want to go swimming. White sand in the shores but in the water full of seaweed. I was looking forward to go to this hotel, but I got really disappointed I should go with my first choice. Definitely not five star resort they have lots to work on.

Overall the resort was ok. Felt the food was not up to par for this type of resort. Loved the swim up rooms but the rooms are very musty smelling. The rugs in the rooms need to be removed from swim up rooms. Our housekeeper was great and most of the staff were wonderful.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our stay at Princess Senses The Mangrove was so incredible I had to share! We booked the Platinum Junior Suite, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Greeted with a welcome drink, a tour of the property, and introduced to our amazing butlers, Dennis and Alexis, who went above and beyond in every way. Dennis made all our dinner reservations, gave great recommendations, and constantly checked in, often surprising us with thoughtful touches like decorating our room and even filling the Jacuzzi multiple times. Alexis was just as wonderful. When I mentioned I’d never had a fresh coconut, she went off-resort to bring me one the next day! Their warmth and genuine care made us feel like family by the end of our 6-day stay. The resort itself is stunning. Incredible food, a huge beach, and plenty of pools and quiet spaces. It’s so large that it sometimes feels empty, but that’s part of its peaceful charm. We went during the off-season, and since it’s still new, I’m sure it’ll only get busier. We feel lucky to have experienced such luxury for the price we paid. Honestly, it was worth double. The only mystery left is why there’s a telephone in the washroom! 😂 If you’re considering this resort, don’t hesitate, book it!

Spa was amazing, room was amazing but it be nice if it had hot water.

I love everything about it was the most perfect and relaxing experience. I like that it was quiet and staff was super nice. We had butlers Keen and Andre and they were the absolute best. Food was really tasty and the steakhouse was my favorite restaurant. Rooms were beautiful and the platinum is definitely worth it. Best resort in Jamaica!

My husband and I were celebrating our 19th anniversary at Princess Senses Mangrove and it did not disappoint. The beach, the room, the property, the food, the drinks.....Excellent!! What was even better than all of this was the amazing staff. From start to finish, the staff truly makes this place. Everyone was so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. Just to name a few...Craig at the front desk during check in, Andrew who greeted us when we first arrived, Sherricka and Neresha at the Food Market was amazing. Both professional and always very friendly. Rayjay serving up delicious drinks.. Allll the shuttle drivers!... all the way to the operators on the phone. Loved it. Had the pleasure of speaking to Enrico the Managing Director who took the time to stop and talk with us so warmly. We ourselves own and run a vacation rental and highly value good customer service, a clean comfortable space and creating a wonderful memory. We appreciate when we can go on vacation and experience what we provide and it exceeds our expectations. Everything at Princess Senses Mangrove was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel. Whether its just for a few days or for a week like us, it will be worth it.

While I am a VIP member I was never offered a free room upgrade even though the resort was at very low capacity. They were doing construction which was loud and I should not have had to witness. When I checked in I was asked about allergies in which I gave them. When I ordered room service I received the allergen. Now while the manager did try and compensate for the mistake it is unacceptable. We had 2 butlers but Michael-Lee stole the show being very attentive and knowledgeable. The spa treatments are overpriced. Even though it was low occupancy we found ourselves waiting an hour for food. Our first day at the breakfast buffet we were harrassed by at least 50 flies in an indoor restaurant. Im not joking, it was unbearable and unsanitary. We were seated away from other guest and someone came and asked if we say ourselves saying that this section was closed. I told him we were sat. Him seemingly not believing us continued to harass us. I asked if he wanted us to move and he said no. In an separate restaurant while celebrating my birthday dinner I asked the server if he would take a picture and he asked if he was getting tipped. The shower is located right underneath the smoke detector which went off every time you stepped out of the shower. This sent security to our room multiple times a day.

My partner and I stayed at the Princess Adult Resort hoping for a relaxing and private getaway. Unfortunately, our trip was marred from the very first morning by an experience that left me feeling exposed, humiliated, and completely disregarded. At 8:30 AM, without any knock or warning, a staff member walked directly into our suite while my partner and I were completely naked. There was no mistake about what they saw. As a religious woman who holds modesty as a core value, I was deeply shaken and mortified. That moment of invasion, that complete disregard for our privacy, still lingers with me. The next day, we met with the assistant manager who acknowledged the mistake and showed us surveillance footage to explain it was due to an internal error — apparently, the maid had been told the room was vacant. In response, we were offered a private cabana at the pool for a couple of hours. While I appreciate the effort, this gesture felt completely insufficient. There are pools all over the resort. A private cabana did not erase the deep violation we experienced, nor did it make us feel safer or more respected. I asked to speak with the assistant manager again. She promised to call me on WhatsApp, but I never heard from her despite following up daily with Guest Services. I left my number multiple times and received no further communication — not during our stay, and not after. This ruined our trip. I felt violated, dismissed, and disrespected. Privacy should be expected at any stay.

I rely heavily on reviews so please understand that I mean this truthfully. From the time we arrived to the time we departed the resort, we were met with gorgeous views, chic décor and friendly greetings. We arrived early, in which Shelo brought over a welcome drink to get the party started. This has got to be the best staff I've ever experienced! Shout out to Omar, Alrick, Margaret, Melesha, Kayla, Decardo, Kuwayne, Shante (Spoogie), Crystal, Andrew, Franz, Kimberley, and Demeisha. Of course, I can't forget Tracy and Lacy from Jacana. I am sure I've missed some names, but just know the staff is excellent. Room service was on point, as our room was cleaned to perfection each day. The grounds are huge but the shuttle was readily available to pick you up from your building and bring you to the main lobby or even over to the family side (Princess Grand). The jerk chicken from the food truck was so delicious. There were many restaurant options (The Pearl and Robert's Flame were my favorite). There was always something going on; the entertainment crew did a wonderful job getting everybody involved. You can't tell me I wasn't Whitney Houston during karaoke night. I could go on and on about this place. If you are questioning whether you should book, think no more, go ahead and Do It!!

Place is still fairly new. About a 30 minute ride from Negril if you want to go off property but there is a ton to do on the resort. Staff was extremely friendly. Restaurants were fantastic for what you get at a resort and the beach on the property was perfect. So many great views around it. Family side and adults-only side makes it easy for everyone to enjoy themselves. 10/10 recommend.

The entry gate makes you feel safe, I love the look of the property on arrival. Never did get my arrival drink that was offered to me in Platinum Club but still loved this property. The staff are very friendly and inviting. My butlers, Andre and Jessica, were great. Ricardo D at MVP lounge is great at making you feel welcomed. All staff were pleasant, even though the property wasn't very full because of just opening. I hope the comforting, peaceful feel remains when business picks up and rooms are full. I do plan to return to this property sooner than later. Love it!

The location felt so exclusive and the property was TOP TIER!! I am gonna have my wedding there next year. Thats how much I loved my stay!

The resort is new and beautiful, big so a lot of walking required, clean , good food options, beach is nice but not very long , limited to the resort only , water is pretty shallow wish it was deeper for swimming especially on the adult side of the resort where the kids can’t go

Transportation options felt a bit restrictive and expensive for the excursions. The resort offers free airport transfer if you book directly through them but not for Expedia clients. We hired a private cab from the airport and one way was $120- $130 usd (plus tips). The a la carte restaurants only open from 5:30 pm to 9:30pm. We felt this was very limiting. We could not really explore the great options available due to service times so missing a day meant having to wait till the next to try any restaurant. This can be improved especially because the buffet restaurant generally serves the same thing. The room also had an odor. It was manageable but I think this can definitely and should be improved. We enjoyed our stay overall. It could have been a slightly better experience for a luxury stay.

Princess Senses the Mangrove is such a beautiful property. It is spacious and private, set back in from the highway, and the beach is on a private little bay. The staff are so friendly, and the food is excellent! We were there in the off season and sometimes it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves. All the rooms have an ocean view, and we enjoyed many sunsets from our private balcony. Check in was so easy and quick, which set the stage for a wonderful stay. We would definitely go back!

Being relatively new, the resort was super chill, clean and beautiful. We loved the snorkeling excursions offered through Scuba Caribe (did them twice!) and everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to. Pretty much the only issue we had was with the elevators on the adult side seemed to be out of service a lot which was a little annoying with us being on the 4th floor. Minor inconvenience otherwise the resort is built to be very accessible and are very accommodating when you need help. Negril Beach is only a 15 min drive away so you can easily spend the day there and access other activities. We had a great week just relaxing. We'd definitely recommend this place for those looking for a chill resort.

Princess Senses is a beautiful new addition. The room was nice and clean. The cleaners did an excellent job everyday. They have plenty of pools, ocean front property and free water activities. The steakhouse was good and jerk jam was top restaurants. Staff went out their way to help out with my request. Pro: Clean All inclusive Good dinner restaurants Peaceful not party environment Great staff Beautiful scenery Cons: -Expensive to go into town, taxi was quoted at 120 to go 25 minutes away. -Avoid traffic time to Montego Bay airport, took 3 hours from the airport. -Food was always luke warm. Never hot food -breakfast and lunch options not the best - checkout took 45 minutes - needs better activities during the day (too Americanized, didn’t get a Jamaican vibe with music)

This resort was disappointing mainly due to location, beach, and limited dining. The location was isolated and it didnt feel like we were in Jamaica as there was no cultural representation/celebration. The beach was fake.. no one was ever on the beach because it was made from CRUSHED ROCK AND NOT SAND. And to make matter worse dinner ended at 9:30 pm and most of the restaurants had full waiting lists because they were mostly on the famolu side. Plis its an adults only resort with no way to avoid kids. Highly disappointing.

If you’re looking for a resort to stay at in Jamaica, look no further—this is your best option. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers 24/7 security. Shuttles are available to take you to your room or to the family side of the resort. I was pleasantly surprised to find that water activities like kayaking and paddle boating were included. I highly recommend staying on the adults-only side—it’s amazing. The resort is so spacious that it never feels crowded, and there are so many pools that you might even have one all to yourself. There are activities all day at the Euphoria Pool, with an incredible entertainment team and great music playing nonstop. The drinks were excellent, and the food was just as impressive. One of my favorite parts was the beach—it was free of sargassum, which made it even more enjoyable. No reservation needed for restaurants except for the Japanese one, but there is always availability. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The resort was absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and well thought out. I really appreciated the variety of food options. They had Jamaican, American, Italian… you name it, they had it! As a true foodie, I hate when I travel to Jamaica and can’t find authentic Jamaican food, but this resort did not disappoint. You’ll definitely get a taste of the island here. My only complaint was the basmati rice personally, I don’t think it’s a universal rice. It has an odor similar to jasmine rice, and it just wasn’t enjoyable to me. Aside from that small detail, everything else was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, the rooms were spectacular, and the air conditioning was set at the perfect temperature the entire stay, I never even had to touch the thermostat! My only suggestion would be to have more workers available for the cart service, just to make getting around a bit faster. We stayed on the adults only side, which was calm, quiet, and very romantic perfect for couples, honeymooners, or anyone looking to relax. We also ventured over to the main side for the foam party, and it was such a fun time! Overall, this resort gave the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. I’d definitely come back again.

This property is great. Buffet food was average and not that warm but Sherricka & Alexia were great hostesses. The steak house & Italian restaurant was great. Pool bar Euphoria was great the bartenders and wait ladies were attentive and pleasant. Overall the property is beautiful only downfall the beach is not the best you will spend all your time in the pools, the elevators at each building & hallway floors lacked cleaning.

Overall beautiful nice clean place with great staff but it needs more entertainment, water-sports, and food truck options on the adult side near the beach/pool area.

The food top notch no complaints whatsoever, the bed very comfortable no problems with internet. I must commend the golf cart staff no waiting over 2 minutes and that's a stretch even late night. The hotel guest service the best. My only recommendation is have a bottle of rum in the rooms. Also I didn't use room service because there's a $15.00 fee.

Enjoyed my stay; rooms and resort was beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The one area that requires improvement is the evening dining; the themed restaurants are beautiful and trendy; however I was not impressed with food quality throughout my entire stay! The best food options are the snack bar, main buffet, and coffee shop. The biggest disappointment was the Jamaican restaurant in Jamaica!! Come on- you have to get that part corrected immediately!

This resort was disappointing mainly due to location, beach, and limited dining. The location was isolated and it didnt feel like we were in Jamaica as there was no cultural representation/celebration. The beach was fake.. no one was ever on the beach because it was made from CRUSHED ROCK AND NOT SAND. And to make matter worse dinner ended at 9:30 pm and most of the restaurants had full waiting lists because they were mostly on the famolu side. Plis its an adults only resort with no way to avoid kids. Highly disappointing.

My wife and I just returned home from our stay at the Princess Mangrove on the adult side. We stayed from 10/6 to 10/12. The reason was to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. I can honestly say the resort is well worth visiting. Upon our arrival we were met with a warm greeting, offered a cold towel and cocktail. As we checked in, I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. That night the resort surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a nice dessert with a congrats message. We started our stay in a standard room but upgrade to a swim out room in Building 1 after the 1st day. Room 1112 was the room we were given. It did not disappoint. The pools are all infinity and are beautifully lit at night. I highly recommend a swim out room if you can swing it. The resort, grounds and beach are all amazing. Although the building does show some sings of wear for a new structure. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. I was impressed by the gym and felt the equipment was top notch. I felt the food was really good and well presented at the restaurants. We dined at the Pearl, Robert's Flame(shout out to Troy), IL Palazzo and Umami. We found all to be great. The buffet in the morning for breakfast provided plenty of options. I really enjoyed the coffee/ice cream shop as well. My wife and I made it a point to interact with the staff and the "love" was returned. We look forward to visiting again some day soon!

So enjoyable we extended our stay!! The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffets were okay but that’s to be expected on any resort. However every single restaurant were absolutely fantastic and delicious. We doubled back on the Mexican and Japanese restaurants because they were that good!! Cannot recommend this resort enough. Will definitely be back!
