The pool was enjoyable they can change the Adult side policy because it wasn’t much on that side a you only paid to enter for the steak house and Captain Martin diner other then everything was on Coral Springs side. The adult pool could have been more entertaining and open later.

I liked the bowling, the showtime entertainment, the lazy river is therapy, and the pool is large with a swim up bar. I liked that the deepest part was 3 feet, so even peiple who cant swim can more around in it. The palce is also beautifil so i was able to get alot of photos. I got a Juinor suites it was amazing, the toilet and shower has their own door. There are two face basin and a hot tub included. On the porch there is a "hammock chair". The smell in the lobby is breathtaking. The also have real icecream- tasted like Devon house. I celebrated my birthday and they put a birthday strip on the door plus a little with happy birthday was left in the room.

The family side was nice. Always something to do at night, paths are lit well. For those with young kids there is a water park and food in that area for them. A Convenient/souvenir shop available for shopping and off site mini souvenir market. Plenty of areas to lounge on the beach and by the pool with shade. The spa was nice and welcoming. My overall experience was good, the food choices were excellent.

The staff was amazing very personable definitely family friendly. Also the Italian food was a 10 out of 10. The jerk hut definitely gave the authenticity of Jamaica. I love that after the club or hanging out that there is a nighttime food place open.(Route 66) . There is something like a uber eat but called ocean eats that provides room service super cute food was hot and fresh every time

The food was great. Lots of options, even though it was a slow time. The po entertainment staff of Frosted Flake and Honda were amazing. Kept the people entertained. The lifeguard Milton was a great person to chat with. Mike’s coffee shop was a great place to sit out and enjoy our coffee every morning. The only issue was the beach area, not really a lot of space there, and the entrance to the water had a lot of seaweed. I am sure that can be fixed somehow. Overall we had great vacation and will definitely consider coming back!

The property was very nice, and had alot of amenities and activities. The pools, lazy river, and bowling alley were our favorites. The staff overall were not very friendly. Mellesia from food and beverage concierge was great. The gate staff and check in staff were great. The bartenders and the servers (especially in Martha's Market), were not friendly at all.

This five star all-inclusive resort was wonderful and I would recommend booking a vacation stay there again! The pool staff catered to your every need with lounge chairs, choice of beverage, pool games, and upbeat music; the pool was humongous and had a capacity of 2,012 people. Some residents in the privilege section had a private row of pool water outside their hotel rooms. For the main pool area, they had a special shaded pool area with cabanas and lounge chairs. The resort had nice amenities, all you can eat food dining options, and international cuisines like ra, Thali, Sugar Cane, Route 66, and Laconda. However, you had to give your room number and last name each time you dined. There was a movie theater, bowling, disco dance room, sports bar, live reggae band, a lazy river, and a beach that was steps away! They even had a kids waterpark too! At times, internet connectivity was poor, and we had to wear a resort bracelet at all times to identify ourselves as guests.To get a blue pool towel we had to present a special card that they kept until we returned it. If the towel or card isn't returned then the replacement fee was $150 USD. It would have been better to just have those stocked in the hotel rooms. The hotel elevators were narrow a did not have good air ventilation. Upon check out, once they remove your hotel bracelet, you have limited time to vacate the premises. If not, they continue to check on you to inquire for safety reasons and to ensure you are a guest.

Beautiful property with varied activities. Built in 2019. Staff is very friendly. We paid for the privilege room so that came with extrs perks. Bring swim shoes because the property is in Falmouth on the Caribbean sea and the sea bed is rocky. And make sure you book transportation. It’s about 40 minutes from the airport. We would definitely visit again, by God's grace.

Our room had a moldy smell. The shower did not drain properly. Was a waste of money purchasing privilege, because most of my request were not handled. This resort is either short staffed or needs their operations team fired.

What can I say?? The stench of mold hits you as enter the rooms. I paid for 2 adjoining rooms and a 3rd room for my family. We found the source of the issue within a day (LITERAL MOLD) - I have photos and videos. It’s in the couches, under the bed, probably in the walls - because the humidity is so high. At one point our AC wasn’t working which added to the problem. My family in the 3rd room was moved without question to a separate space, still that same tank smell. Eventually, we left and went to another hotel. The issues have not be resolved because my SO was just in Jamaica and his trip got canceled, the airline put them up in the adult side of this property -he said the same thing there too —that tank, foul smell hit him. Same ish, different day!!! When you’re in the space for long your nose may get use to it…but when you have babies, you can’t subject them to the stuff. We have a wedding coming up and you bet I’ve told EVERYONE I KNOW, DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

Everyone was super nice. It was very clean and the staff were constantly working on the grounds to keep everything spotless. Our oceanfront room was the BEST! Super clean with everything we needed! Mini fridge in the room was a nice touch(but needs to be colder!) Would suggest one more outdoor eatery option since Ocean Burger is closed a lot. Kudos to a wonderful experience! Well done! With special thanks to Brittanese at the front desk, Courtney who helped us with our bags, Chef Andrew(who makes the BEST omelets), and lifeguard Makeem--who was smiling EVERY DAY!

I was throughly impressed with the property, & the food at every restaurant I went to was amazing!! The staff was nice, & very accommodating. The beach was beautiful, but the area was really rocky, which made it hard to get in and enjoy the water, but the pools were great! I had the privilege upgrade, which came with a butler, access to private areas & personalized attention. This was my second time in Jamaica. I stayed at Secrets last year and I would rate this experience higher than secrets if the bed wasn’t so hard & the concierge didn’t call me every morning at 8:30am and they never decorated my door for my birthday. But the bed was horrible!! My back & neck are still hurting 3 days later! I want to go back, but I don’t think my back can take it.

This resort is beautiful. The large main pool was fantastic. I stayed in a Privilege Swim Up Master Suite, which was probably the nicest room (actually, two rooms in the suite) I've ever stayed in. The food is also terrific — the ice cream hut in the restaurant area, the Jamaican food by the beach, and the main buffet restaurant — all fantastic. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed in a Privilege Junior Suite with an ocean view at Ocean Coral Spring and overall had a good experience. The resort has a clean, modern aesthetic and beautifully maintained grounds. The privilege services were a real highlight—staff were attentive, and the designated privilege areas at the pool and beach offered a more relaxed, premium feel. The Privilege Lounge deserves special mention. The breakfast buffet there was outstanding—great variety, fresh options, and real attention to detail. We also had some of our best meals at the à la carte restaurant in the lounge. Whoever the chef is, they’re doing a fantastic job. That said, we did encounter a few issues in our room that took away from the 5-star experience. The cabinet housing the mini-fridge could barely open, and we had an electrical issue where a fuse blew three times during our stay. We couldn’t use the fan and lights at the same time, which was inconvenient. A technician came fairly quickly, but unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved. The coconuts offered for $5 USD each never tasted good unfortunately. These weren’t dealbreakers, but for a newer resort billed as five-star, we expected fewer hiccups. Still, we’d recommend Ocean Coral Spring, especially for those booking Privilege, just a few tweaks away from being truly excellent

The staff was amazing and very nice. The restaurants were good, just wish a little more variety. Room was amazing but sofa bed needs to be updated. Sofa bed was so flat and frame was rusted. Some of the room furniture was stained.

Originally I booked a King Bed, Privilege Suite. When I arrived at the resort, Ocean Coral Spring, I was placed in a double bed room. I consulted with the front desk receptionist about what I booked, versus what I received. I was told that the rooms are on a first come basis. Reminded that I booked this vacation/suite months (mostly 7-10 months ago). I have never had this issue before. Previously, whichever room I choose on Hotels.com (there are choices, so I do not understand why I was told a first come basis) I have always received. This issue took the resort 3 days to fix. My husband and I had to sleep in a cramped up double bed for 3 days. This was very disappointing 😞 We only enjoyed our sleep 2 nights out of the 5 nights I booked.
Originally I booked a King Bed, Privilege Suite. When I arrived at the resort, Ocean Coral Spring, I was placed in a double bed room. I consulted with the front desk receptionist about what I booked, versus what I received. I was told that the rooms are on a first come basis. Reminded that I booked this vacation/suite months (mostly 7-10 months ago). I have never had this issue before. Previously, whichever room I choose on Hotels.com (there are choices, so I do not understand why I was told a first come basis) I have always received. This issue took the resort 3 days to fix. My husband and I had to sleep in a cramped up double bed for 3 days. This was very disappointing 😞 We only enjoyed our sleep 2 nights out of the 5 nights I booked.

Incheckningen var lite av en mardröm då den tog strax över en timme att genomföra. Ett fantastiskt dåligt system för handdukar och solstolar. Omöjligt att få tag på en handduk om det är mycket folk och lika så solstol. Därtill är ju människor allmänt svin och ”paxar” stolar, något hotellet borde kunna hålla efter. Resturang och mat var väldigt bra men det var väldigt mycket registreringar här och där innan man fick tillgång till ett bord. Även i buffén. Personalen är trevlig men har inte det lilla extra som man kan förvänta sig till de här priserna och det kändes alltid som dom var något underbemannade. Helhetsupplevelsen var okej men har haft det bättre på likvärdiga hotell.

The checkin process was a disaster. We arrived at 3pm and didn't get a room until 6pm..my other guest didn't get a room til much later.. the lobby was over crowded with guest waiting for rooms since 10am.. at breakfast we were sent to an overflow lication with no food or seating.. this happened twice. All the other restaurants were very good..and easy to access..overall it was a good stay.. just a rocky start..

The butlers are the worse Randell was the only one that made sure I had a great time and my housekeeper she was awesome but the rest ugh change them I only got a restock on my mini bar when I text making reservation with butler service was stressful but we did enjoy our time thank you got the experience

What a mess. This place is about 45 min drive from Montego Bay so be ready to pay minimum $120 USD one way for the trip. We had to pay it 3 times round trip, one for the airport, a round of golf, and a day trip to Montego Bay city central. My family(6 adults, 1 toddler) needed a handicapped accessible room due to accident occurring right before trip. I called a week ahead to get that arranged. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything and will have to wait until I arrive at hotel to see if there was availability. I arrive at check in and they over sold rooms for the night so my family was going to be split up into different rooms away from each other, they were only allowed to stay one night and then moved to another room the next day. It became a wasted day as they couldn’t unpack their belongings and waited until front desk notified us room was available at 6pm. I don’t know if it’s the culture but everyone was on island time and nonchalant about everything. The staff was relaxed and nothing was ever a priority and was shrugged off. The food is mid and nothing is great besides the chicken they sell by the pool only during limited hours. The buffet is mid & there were times that looked like locals would bring a huge crowd and they would let their friends cut and get all the food so everything was gone fast, ignoring the line that was established by the resort guests. Had a great time with wife, kids and in-laws. Something for everyone here. Great staff, beautiful grounds, safe enough to let the kids go to the kids pool area alone. They're 9 & 7 and are good swimmers and they were 2 lifeguards in duty. Food was good, even the buffet. We never tried Route 66. My only complaint is that the water at the beach is too shallow to swim and has a rocky bottom so even walking is not comfortable. I'm a water person... with a better beach experience, I'd give this place the full 5 stars.

I liked the staff where kind and helpful, I liked the dinning options and live band music, the beach was not great on the kids side it was very rocky and almost not swimable. If you book the hotel for swimming in the ocean I recommend the adult side because when you book the kids side you’re not able to go to the adult side but the adult can come to the kids side, which was a bummer. Overall I would rate this place 8/10 if it’s wasn’t for the ocean it would be a 10/10

The food was great. Lots of options, even though it was a slow time. The po entertainment staff of Frosted Flake and Honda were amazing. Kept the people entertained. The lifeguard Milton was a great person to chat with. Mike’s coffee shop was a great place to sit out and enjoy our coffee every morning. The only issue was the beach area, not really a lot of space there, and the entrance to the water had a lot of seaweed. I am sure that can be fixed somehow. Overall we had great vacation and will definitely consider coming back!

I love the fact that there was an expedia rep onsite to take care of all your request activities etc. This was a nice touch and the expedia rep lady was absolutely friendly happy and helpful. The hotel is nice and staff service is friendly. If you are coming for the beach ⛱️ you will be disappointed. Nice hotel but the beach is not nice so that was a disappointing factor for us. Staff service is great however the attention to details is missing and have some areas of opportunity. On 2 occasions we had requested robes and slippers and was reassure it will get delivered. The next day I stop by guest services to follow up on what happened. She informed that the room types i was in doesnt come with a robe. Which is fine however the staff that I requested the robe with me on 2 separate occasions should have know that. Instead of keeping us waiting for more that 24 hours. There was no follow up which could have been addressed the same day once the find out this was the case. Lots of food options and food is soo good. Spa absolutely Shout out Nixon at the Pool great guy who takes care of his guests. Thanks agains for a great stay we will be back.

Very well thoughout resort. Service and cleanliness was noted throughout. The staff was very welcoming. Only thing that I would change/recommend fixing is the beach in on the left rear of the resort. Too many rocks and is unable to be enjoyed. The beach on the right rear was great but was limited as it was mostly reserved for privilege guests. Overall this was a great experience and an unforgettable family vacation.

Bring swim shoes because the property is in Falmouth on the Caribbean sea and the sea bed is rocky. And make sure you book transportation. It’s about 40 minutes from the airport. We would definitely visit again, by God's grace.

Great property. I love that a pool was located right next to the kids water park. All the restaurants are in one area with the shopping made us feel like we were in a small town. I would definately stay there again. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was also good. If we wanted to however dine at a restaurant (not main dining hall) not all require reservations and spaces are usually limited. They operate on a first come first serve basis so the wait time for those was like half hr.

Many activities for families- family lounge bowling, ice cream parlor. Lots of food options but food doesn’t taste good. Staff at Martha market, Red Snapper and Route 66 are rude. Have to be up at 8am to make reservations at restaurants like Sakura and La lacuna. Jamaican grill always run out of food, long line.

I just recently finished a vacation at this resort and have mixed feelings about it. It has 10 restaurants and if you are not a priority member you have access to 9 which is more than enough. However, we couldn’t find one of the restaurants on the resorts at all not sure if it was listed as a 10th restaurant but was on the other side of the resort that not all guests had access too. Everything I tried was solid, and the quality definitely exceeded what you’d expect from an all-inclusive. The staff was amazing very personable definitely family friendly. Also the Italian food was a 10 out of 10. The jerk hut definitely gave the authenticity of Jamaica. I love that after the club or hanging out that there is a nighttime food place open.(Route 66) . There is something like a uber eat but called ocean eats that provides room service super cute food was hot and fresh every time

The property and facilities were very nice. Most everything was pretty clean. The food was probably the biggest disappointment as you hope to get as good or better than what you get at home. The only restaurant that I would give a 7 or more was Sakura. The others were not good at all. The Italian rest. was horrible. My fetticini noodles were very dry and stuck together. There was no cheese sauce on it at all. The chicken was so overcooked, I couldn't cut it. The drinks by the pool were not great either. You need to have a mixer to make frozen drinks besides pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris. The pool was very nice. The rooms were also nice. The steam iron was a nice surprise. The stocked refrigerator was nice too, but they didn't refill it every day.like they said. There were no ice machines around. I guess Tte biggest thing I would work on would be the quality of food.

Pros: Beautiful resort; lots of activities. Close to beach. Evening entertainment was fun. Cons: restaurants need better air conditioning, it was horribly hot and uncomfortable to eat.
