An amazing hotel offering numerous activities and a variety of restaurants to choose from. Staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Really impressed by the bowling alley and virtual games room, which is very niche for a hotel to have.

Our recent stay in Jamaica was disappointing, especially for a newer property. The resort is poorly maintained, with worn surfaces, limited shaded areas at the pool, and even cockroaches in restaurant areas. Service was frustrating, with long waits for coffee and difficulty securing dinner reservations. We were also concerned by a safety incident where a lifeguard did not appropriately handle a situation involving a teenager. We were in swim out room, which we liked the size of it and location.
