Pessima experiência. Uma noite apenas antes de retornar para o Brasil. Precisava descansar pois teria 20 horas de voo. Um calor terrível, o ar nao funcionou. Levantei de madrugada suado para tentar resolver. Mandaram abrir janela - que na verdade so abre parcial - e assim não dormi. Paguei caro pra ter uma pessima noite. Não acredito que não tinha mais um quarto disponivel pra remanejar. mas NAO quiseram. Excelentes instalações, pessimo serviço.

Staff wasn’t very easy to work with. Didn’t have a TV the entire time we were there because of some issue with their headquarters and they weren’t helpful to resolve or find a solution. Also, there was no hot water at all here. If you like hot showers, would not recommend. I did appreciate the maid staff though. They cleaned thoroughly and folded or hung up all of our clothes.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. The room was what we needed for the price. Our only issue was the bathroom smelled very damp and mouldy due to lack of ventilation. It was manageable for two nights, but would have been uncomfortable for any longer. Staff were very helpful in both Italian and English. We were able to leave our luggage on our final day after we checked out. Facilities were basic but what we needed.

O hotel é ótimo, os atendentes são simpáticos e cordiais. Chegamos as 7h e nos foi oferecido deixar as malas no depósito para sair para passear pela cidade. Nos deram um mapa, informaram sobre as linhas de ônibus proximas ao hotel e onde comprar os bilhetes. Assim fizemos e foi muito tranquilo, pois o hotel fica próximo do transporte público sendo possível tb fazer vários passeios a pé. O local é super agradável, o quarto é bastante confortável, o chuveiro é razoável. O café da manhã nos atendeu perfeitamente. Voltaríamos.

The hotel itself was fairly basic in its facilities. The staff were great - in particular Jerry who was so helpful and kind and was genuinely thoughtful. He really did make the place feel homely. The breakfast was very good too. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk into the exciting part of Trastevere and we walked to the Colloseum in 40 minutes. All in all, a pretty good base!

La estadía estuvo muy agradable. Los chicos y chicas de la recepción super amables. Recibieron mi equipaje e incluso sugirieron lugares para visitar. No esta centrico ni en lugar turístico pero tiene buenos lugares cerca para comer. Las habitaciones estan limpias pero hasta ahi. Esta ubicado a lado de una escuela y aun era epoca de clases :) fue lindo escuchar cómo practicaban los cantos para navidad.

We had been staying at Trastevere Paper Suites, but somehow shorted ourselves a night. We were able to book B&B Hotel Roma Trastevere which is around the corner. The room was quiet. I slept well and the shower was hot. The staff was also friendly. However, the rooms are quite small and the shower needed some cleaning attention, but overall, it was a good stay for a night. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Lorenzo and staff were welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the area and how to get around. The B&B has great location to the bus and train station that take you to Saint Peter’s, Piazza Venetia where you can walk to the Colusseum, Trevi Fountain, etc. Two doors down from the hotel there is a laundromat!which we were so excited to have found- we returned to the USA with no dirty laundry. I would recommend B&B Tratesvere; clean, modern, accessible, staff friendly and helpful!
