There are 4 cardio machines in the exercise room. Three of the four did not work for the 3 1/2 days I stayed here. The temperature in the exercise room was always over 25 degrees. Our room was far too warm. I attempted to adjust the thermometer in the room without success. When I asked at the desk about turning the temperature down, I was told that cannot be done. I was told all the rooms have to be on the heat setting or all the rooms had to be on the cold setting. The hotel was on the heat setting so there was nothing that could be done to cool down our room. The thermostat in my room could not make the room any cooler. For 3 1/2 days, either our room was too hot or we had to have the window wide open. This is a newly constructed hotel and there is essentially no control over the temperature of an individual room. Strange - and uncomfortable.

Helpful to have safe parking with reasonable rates associated with our hotel stay. Very walkable area with the navette just outside the hotel to take into the city center as a fun way to travel, or one could walk along the river. If you like shopping the hotel is located in the Confluence which has lots of stores. However I thought the restaurant choices and their hours at the Confluence could be greatly improved.

We spent a weekend in Lyon at the Novotel and it was a lovely, relaxing stay. The car park was easily accessed and the room was clean and tidy. The staff were all very helpful. The food in the hotel was also very good.

Booked online 5mins before arriving, the hotel sent me directions to the hotels car park immediately. The carpark area for the hotel is very secure. Booking in was swift, drinks on the terrace was lovely overlooking the river. Clean room, large shower comfy bed. Overall a good, convenient stop off for us, now heading to the South. .

Comme d'habitude pas de mauvaise surprise pour un Novotel. J'apprécie tout particulièrement le calme, probablement dû à une excellente insonorisation, même dans une zone urbaine. Parking très pratique connecté au centre commercial. Par contre je trouve le petit déjeuner hors de prix: il y a une très bonne boulangerie juste à côté.

Ett område som är upp and coming med mycket byggarbeten. Ca en timmes promenad in till centrum. Hotellet har ingen vändplats eller korttidsparkering utanför entrén vilket försvårar incheckning och information om parkering och receptionen ligger på 2:a våningen. Rummet var fantastiskt bra, vi var två vuxna med två tonåringar som bodde i en svit. Perfekt att toaletten låg separat från dusch/bad då vi var flera personer. Kul med photo booth vid baren, spelautomat i lobbyn med gamla spel som t.ex. Tekken. Frukosten var bra, erbjöd flera alternativ med möjlighet att skiva salami och ost, youghurtmaskin och olika sorters löste.

Séjour très agréable, localisation sur Confluence parfaite, la chambre était grande, spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. J'ai beaucoup apprécié passer quelques jours dans l'établissement, seul bémol, plusieurs fois des plateaux repas sont restés des heures au sol dans le couloir.

주변 강가 산책하기 좋은 위치에 쇼핑몰 바로 옆, 게다가 트램과도 가까워서 올드타운 구경 나갈때도 서너정거장만 가도 되어서 지내기 무척 편리했습니다. 쇼핑몰 주차장을 함께 이용할 수 있어서 주차자리도 충분하고 좋았으나 옆방 소음이 너무 잘 들려서 괴로웠습니다. 그외에는 대 만족입니다.

Deux petits soucis: 1) le Chromecast de fonctionnait pas 2) la clim est "éco-reglée" trop rifgoureusement. Meme à fond, il faisait 27 degres dans la chambre ( pour 36 dehors).

Not the best at all. It’s was 29 Celsius when we stayed. Dispute asking several times the air conditioning doesn’t work in any of the rooms, it is purposefully switch off or on an extremely low setting. It was like someone breathing on you. The balcony has to be booked as it is a restaurant open to the general public and we were asked to move, the toilets were dirty, covered in puke. The black-out curtains in our room had holes in and coffee stains. No milk or regular tea in the room. There are better hotels in Lyon.

Hotel did not acknowledge my birthday even when i gave them prior notice before my arrival. Water and tea was not replenished in the room. Breakfast was ok would have liked more options. Requesteda boil egg to be made to order this was declined Staff didnt appear very friendly. Room was comfortable.

Despite the fact that the hotel is fine and the location is wonderful, I had a bad experience with the check. At first they made a deposit for €300 more than what on my reservation price. I did not put any problem. when I checked out they did not give me the final invoice because the printer was not working, they told me that they would send it to me by mail wich they did't do. I couldn't wait because of my train, but when I wrote to them to email my invoice they said I had two breakfasts, that we did not have... and now I'm supposed to wait for my bank to refunded the rest of the deposit. Never before I had experience something like that... Dommage 😔

We spent a weekend in Lyon at the Novotel and it was a lovely, relaxing stay. The car park was easily accessed and the room was clean and tidy. The staff were all very helpful. The food in the hotel was also very good.

Helpful to have safe parking with reasonable rates associated with our hotel stay. Very walkable area with the navette just outside the hotel to take into the city center as a fun way to travel, or one could walk along the river. If you like shopping the hotel is located in the Confluence which has lots of stores. However I thought the restaurant choices and their hours at the Confluence could be greatly improved.

Very nice and clean hotel. 15 min from everything but easy to get to. Hotel seems pretty new, spacious, has everything you need. Clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed. The service at the restaurant is crappy, I suggest going to the shopping mall that’s a five min walk. The restaurant is expensive and the service is slow.

Parking was easy at a cost. Room was great with river views. I would normally give a 5/5 however I feel the staff in the coffee shop/bar/restaurant let the hotel down. Most of the staff were very busy talking to each other and left guests waiting until they went up and had to asked for service. I thought it was just the italian way until I saw a few Italian guests go up and asked to be served. The food could be better as well. Only a small thing as the laurel is attached to a Shopping centre and there are restaurants across the bridge within walking distance.
