Hyggelig betjening , rent og pent. Ryddig. Stort pluss at det er håndkletørker på badet. Masse deilig i frokostbuffeen. Jeg legger opp en videosnutt av deilig søtt til kaffen ☺️ Det eneste som var skuffende for barnet er det manglende bassenget som hotell.com appen mener de har. Heldigvis er det gangavstand til sjøen, med nydelig stor og deilig sandstrand. Mange spisesteder og butikker rett i nærheten.

Hotel top a 3 minutes de la plage Lit confortable, television connecter Baignoires pour ce detendre Point negatif, insonorisation pas au top sur le couloir. On n'a eu le droit a 1h intense de sexe dans la chambre d'a coter, on n'attendait tout. Apres sa cetait calme, juste le passage des gent dans le couloir qu'on entend Parking payent 19e la nuit prevoir sur votre budgets et pas beaucoup de placer. Mes pour le prix, on peut pas demander plus

Excelente, los trabajadores muy majos. El unico inconveniente es que en la app no sale por ningun lado que tienes que avisar de que vas con perro y que no se puede quedar solo. Por todo lo demas genial, le recibieron super bien con una camita y cuento, aparte de un par de regalos.

Surpris en arrivant de devoir payer 20€ Supplémentaire pour un petit chien de 4kg .cet élément n’est pas clairement présenté dans le descriptif… de plus le chien n’est pas accepté sur le lieu du petit déjeuner et il ne doit pas rester seul dans la chambre !!! Une TV sans programme français !

La verdad, no lo volvería a elegir. La habitación aunque tenía muchos metros, está muy mal distribuida. Una mesa y una silla hacen incómodo el paso de un lado al otro de la habitación. Las toallas para la ducha han de colgarse en la puerta. En el comedor, al desayunar, hemos encontrado una cucaracha enorme en la puerta. Lo que debía estar caliente, estaba frío. Al hacer el check out nos querían cobrar un desayuno demás. No tiene parking no posibilidad de contratarlo. Nos dijeron que hay sólo 8 plazas para 65 habitaciones

The hotel was located close to La concha and local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is outside the door and in 15 min you can be in the old town. The service is very easy to use.We enjoyed the local shops and the ease of getting in and out of town. It does not have a pool as is advertised. Rooms and service were good and friendly.

Séjour mitigé. La chambre était grande et spacieuse, avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le boulevard, sans être bruyante. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, proche de la Concha, avec plusieurs boulangeries à proximité. En revanche, la literie présentait une odeur désagréable et l'un des matelas était sale. Une autre chambre nous a été proposée, mais uniquement pour deux personnes, alors que nous étions trois (2 adultes et 1 enfant), ce qui ne constituait pas une solution adaptée. Le Wi-Fi était très faible au 3ᵉ étage. Le petit-déjeuner continental à 13 € manquait de réassort en cas d’affluence. Le parking est exigu. À noter également une entrée du personnel de ménage en chambre avant notre départ.

Reservamos um quarto padrão, conforme fotos anunciadas - cama de casal, 02 mesas laterais, espaço de circulação. Porém, nos colocaram em um quarto MINÚSCULO, muito menor do que o que pagamos. Não havia espaço para abrir as malas, a cama de casal ficava encostada na parede e o frigobar não abre direito a porta pois bate na cama. Usamos 02 copos para tomar suco e no dia seguinte, após a limpeza do quarto, haviam deixado os mesmos copos sem lavar na bancada. Um horror!!! Jamais voltaria ao hotel e por pouco a mais, estaria no Ilunion que fica ao outro lado da avenida e é infinitamente superior.

Accueil professionnel. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Assez distant du centre mais très proche des plages. Nous avions réservée trois chambres, l’une d’elle avait la salle de bain assez sale, les autres étaient propres. D’où la note sur la propreté. Tout le reste était parfait.

Habitacion pequeña cama pequeña para dos personas . En mi opinión el precio muy elevado por la calidad. Mueble muy prosimo a la cama que si no vas con cuidado te puedes hacer daño sobre todo si te levantas por la noche para ir al lavavo.

Very clean and staff helpful. Room comfortable but smaller than photo. Also we requested a quiet room and were given one on main road - too noisy to sleep with open windows but air con was very quiet.

Great location! Pleasant walk to Old Town or an easy bus ride. Building and rooms are quite outdated, though. Two important notes: (1) Our room did not have a stable WiFi. (2) There is a lot of construction noise in early mornings. Unfortunately, wouldn’t stay again, unless they fix the internet and renovate the rooms.

Chambre agréable balcon avec vue superbe salle de bains bien équipée petit déjeuner copieux et très bon dommage que la chambre n'ait qu'un lit de 140 peu confortable que le parking sur place soit complet ( seul parking public dispo a 15mn de marche) et que l'enregistrement ait été laborieux car très lent ( plus de 35 mn d'attente 1 seule personne a la réception bien que sympa)

The hotel was located close to La concha and local shops and restaurants. The bus stop is outside the door and in 15 min you can be in the old town. The service is very easy to use.We enjoyed the local shops and the ease of getting in and out of town. It does not have a pool as is advertised. Rooms and service were good and friendly.

Hyggelig betjening , rent og pent. Ryddig. Stort pluss at det er håndkletørker på badet. Masse deilig i frokostbuffeen. Jeg legger opp en videosnutt av deilig søtt til kaffen ☺️ Det eneste som var skuffende for barnet er det manglende bassenget som hotell.com appen mener de har. Heldigvis er det gangavstand til sjøen, med nydelig stor og deilig sandstrand. Mange spisesteder og butikker rett i nærheten.

Hôtel superbe. Très bien tenu. Super petit déjeuner, copieux et varié. Personnel très accueillant et aimable, faisant l'effort de parler français. Arrêt de bus au pied de l'hôtel. Situé à gauche de la baie, dans le quartier ANTIGUO, au pied du "Monte Igueldo". La balade jusqu'au Vieux San Sebastian via la Baie de la Concha est magnifique.

Séjour mitigé. La chambre était grande et spacieuse, avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le boulevard, sans être bruyante. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, proche de la Concha, avec plusieurs boulangeries à proximité. En revanche, la literie présentait une odeur désagréable et l'un des matelas était sale. Une autre chambre nous a été proposée, mais uniquement pour deux personnes, alors que nous étions trois (2 adultes et 1 enfant), ce qui ne constituait pas une solution adaptée. Le Wi-Fi était très faible au 3ᵉ étage. Le petit-déjeuner continental à 13 € manquait de réassort en cas d’affluence. Le parking est exigu. À noter également une entrée du personnel de ménage en chambre avant notre départ.

Very nice hotel at a good location. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. I prefer this part of San Sebastián because it’s not so crowded like the center and old town. 30 minutes walk to the old town and buses runs often if you don’t want to walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and nice rooms. Breakfast was perfect.

well located close to Ondaretta beach, with buses outside to get you to the old town. Lots of restaurants and bars close by (local haunts, not touristy). Room was on the 6th floor with windows that opened (a luxury!) and a distant sea view. Would recommend!
