That bed was so comfy! Stayed here for two nights, and had an amazing time. Excellent location; clean, quiet and comfortable rooms; great staff. Parking is limited, but I never had issues obtaining a spot. I was also blessed by some incredibly vivid Northern Lights on my first night. But yes, location location location. Shops, restaurants, the river walking path. I can't recommend this place enough honestly.

The rooms are modern looking and recently completely renovated. They're not large but are comfortable and have great amenities. The stairways are narrow for carrying luggage but staff offered to assist. Airport shuttle was welcomed. The cost is bit expensive but typical of the high cost for hotels in Whitehorse.

Small parking lot but free street parking overnight. Very nice off leash dog park - 1/2 mi away. Hotel was extremely accommodating when I requested lowest floor possible because of dog. Restaurant next door/attached was excellent.

Fantastic hotel. Only 1 issue and it is not their fault. Parking is terrible. Be advised that you need to feed parking meters between 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday. I was 10 minutes late and received a parking ticket. 2 hour maximum in each spot. Free at night.

A great stay for the weekend. Edgewater is right downtown and close to the water so a really nice location. Belly of the Bison the restaurant on site was delicious. The rooms are small but they are so nice and modern feeling which is honestly a bit rare in Whitehorse. Parking there is a bit limited though there is street metered parking available which is free after 530 and on Sundays, just secure a spot and walk around!

I had a room on the first floor. The walls and ceiling are quite thin. The person in the room next to me was speaking on his cell phone, on speaker phone, and I could hear/understand both parts of the conversation. I could hear every step above me. The hotel staff started knocking on doors just after 8am to do "housekeeping" which is quite early. I wore earplugs but could still hear the noises. There is a large gap under the door--I blocked it with a pillow to drown out some of the noise and the light but it was still frustrating. The room was very clean but small.

This is a really nice hotel with luxury linens and the best shower head I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if I’m in Whitehorse.

This hotel was in a great location! Walked all around the Main Street and to the SS Klondike. Great restaurants and cafes. I recommend Bullet Hole Bageks and Baked Cafe. The staff at the front desk were lovely. Room was clean and updated. I found the bed very comfortable - especially the pillows. Shower was perfect. However.. two things: 1. Soundproof : this hotel is NOT. We had to stuff towels under the door due to hallway noise (early morning cleaning staff and doors slamming ). I also used a white noise app to drown out some of the noise. Could hear tv from the room next to us. 2. Parking: beware! They have maybe 6 spots in the back. They were ridiculously small, so a pick up truck could not fit. If you’re there Monday -Saturday , you need to feed a parking meter every 1-2 hrs until 5pm. Literally. It was ridiculous. No other options were offered.. I found that very odd. Luckily, our vehicle was there only sat-Sunday , so we had most of Saturday to feed the meter. It was not ideal after my husband travelled 12hrs to meet me and wanted to sleep , but was stressed about the truck. They need better parking options… I even asked if there was a lot nearby… the front staff said no. Not sure what happens during peak season ?! Overall, I would stay again based on location :)

The renovations in the room are nice. However, the hotel isn't very soundproof. I heard people snoring and floors creaking all night. At 7 am the noise in the hallways makes it impossible to sleep in. Cleaning staff start vacuuming before 8 am.

Stayed here at the end of a week long family Yukon trip. Great, relaxing ending to our trip. Rooms are nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location. River is right across the road with a nice trail, coffee shop, restaurants and ‘local made’ souvenir stores all within 1-3 minutes. The staff was the best part. They were so friendly, welcoming and were very responsive to requests. Also , The Belly of the Bison, restaurant at the hotel is a must do. It’s a bit pricier but worth every dollar.

Great stay at a great little hotel. The shower was excellent and the bathroom well-stocked with nice shower gel, shampoo, etc. It was nice to have the Nespresso machine in the room. The free shuttle to the airport is a wonderful service, especially for the 5:00 am AC flight! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the temperature in the room was exactly right. The walls seemed a bit thin and voices from the next room and the hall were noticeable although not too disruptive (i.e. other guests were generally quiet). Overall, a great place to stay in Whitehorse!

The room was great, it smells good and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel in the future. Definitely would stay here again. What I did not like what there is no restaurant for breakfast and there was not too many restaurant nearby but that’s because we are in small city of Yukon.

No elevator but the stairs arent too bad. The rooms have been renovated, modern and clean. I would say the restaurant downstairs is decent but not exactly fine dining (they will charge you fine dining prices for it though). Its in one of the best locations downtown which makes travelling easy. They only provide vanilla scented soaps in large bottles. No minis, shower caps or toothbrushes available. You’ll have to go to the front desk for it if you need. You'll also have to ask for ice from the staff.
