B2 Hotel Zürich

We stayed at B2 Hotel for four days and overall had a really nice experience. We especially loved the spa, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, and we really liked the unique interior with all the books. The breakfast was good, and in our opinion, better than the dinner. We would definitely recommend trying their drinks as well. Unfortunately, there were a few things that could have been better. Although there are clear rules about hygiene and appropriate behaviour in the spa, we still noticed several guests not following them. We also found some small, strange-looking particles in the water, which made us a little uncomfortable. Regarding the restaurant, if you order meat, we would recommend asking how it will be cooked. We ordered cheeseburgers and unfortunately received meat that was very undercooked/raw. However, after we mentioned it to the staff, they cooked them thoroughly for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would especially recommend B2 Hotel for the beautiful surroundings, drinks and spa experience.

The staff were absolutely amazing!

We have been traveling the last 3months with young kids, plus travelled over the world previously and have to say this was one of my top ever stays. Most amazing over accommodating service they go out of the way to make your stay special even after check out! Thankyou so so much we WILL be back!

We had an amazing stay at B2 hotel. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing facility and welcoming staff. We would like to commend Anna Lena for being an absolute ray of sunshine checking us in to the hotel, and the rest of the staff for being helpful and very informative. The location and unique building were a great treat, and the spa facilities were absolutely incredible. Thanks for everything, we'll be back.
