The Outlook Inn

This was our first time staying at this property in Newport. It had wonderful rooms, very clean, friendly and amazing staff. The breakfast was top notch. Definitely the best made to order breakfast you could have. Very walkable to many locations in town, the only negative I felt was the vehicle noise right outside the property. We stayed in room number one, which was right on the ground level on the road. I would recommend staying at a higher floor and toward the back of the building if possible. Other than that, I felt the property was absolutely amazing.

The INN and Staff are wonderful! Especially the 2 bedroom suite! The only drawback is parking is 7 blocks away and presented a problem during the day!

The room and the kitchen/breakfast areas were immaculate. The bed was so comfortable. Serena and her staff were professional, helpful, and kind. Serena went out of her way to be sure our needs were met. The breakfasts were so delicious.

Great staff. Amazing breakfast. Serena in particular was a pleasure.

Very nice place to stay.
