Many guests found rooms clean with regular housekeeping, but repeated comments note bathroom or drain smells, occasional dust or stains, and some water-area grime.

Rooms are compact with very small unit bathrooms, but beds are large and generally comfortable, though some found them too soft. Noise and comfort vary a bit due to hard-to-control A/C, occasional elevator or neighbor noise, and limited outlets or USB.

Staff are generally friendly and helpful, with quick responses and easy self check-in/out. A few guests felt explanations were lacking or front-desk manners were casual.

Very convenient for Susukino's nightlife, restaurants, and shops, with many places walkable. A few found the subway walk longer than expected and the immediate area can feel adult oriented or lively late at night.

Free light breakfast of bread with coffee and juice is appreciated for the price, but it's limited and several guests wished for spreads or more variety.
