Hampton Inn Union City

B breakfast was fresh and hot and abundant. Variety of coffees and teas were offered 24 seven. Upon arrival the room was very clean however they do not clean it every day. They don’t even empty your garbage every day. It is every other day only for the price of the room, I believe they should at least empty your garbage daily. The gym was spotless with beautiful athletic machines available all functioning and great condition. there was outdoor seating to enjoy and abundant parking. My only complaint is that I did forget addressed in my room and notice that when I returned home, call the hotel and they refuse to pay for shipping even if I gave my credit card I had to send them a shipping label for them to mail it to me. I hope I receive it. It is very difficult to make an estimation on what the dress weighs and what size box they’re going to use therefore there should be there should be a better system in place. I don’t understand why they couldn’t of called me once they boxed it up and received the cost and I would’ve paid for it over the phone.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel was spotless. Very clean inside and out.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous during my entire stay.
