Fire/Smoke alarms went off 2-3 times during the night/ early morning hours. Doors opening and shutting all night. Sounded as if someone was vacuuming the halls or a room next door. The hot water was barely warm at best.

The hotel was completely full and one of the 2 elevators was out of service the entire trip. Room wasn’t dirty but wasn’t clean either. For a relatively new property lots of things seemed dated. Also there’s one ice machine in the entire building. SMH

Water leak, very noisy/rattly ac, sealed cups were opened, water leak on my floor, significant mildew and something else that looked really gross in the shower, and both treadmills were broken in the gym. Ceiling tiles were missing everywhere I went.

Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Check in kind of got messed up. We got our room key and the door wouldn’t open. The couple checking in next to us came up and had the same room number as us. Their key worked. I had to go back down and get another room assigned. Fortunately that was fast. Breakfast is okay. Kind of normal for a hotel.

The lobby was nice and breakfast choices were good. The staff was very nice. Our room was okay. It was almost as if we were given a room that was previously a stay over and never cleaned.The beds were made, but the sheets from both beds had hair on them and the shower also had hair in it. There was also a puddle of something brown on the floor.

Great concept! However, it was not cleaned very well. There were stains on the comforter and hair on the floors. I am willing to stay here again mainly because of the location. There were no GF/non diary options for breakfast--mostly bread-type options, so we passed on that. Spencer checked us in and he did a great job. Wonderful, warm personality. Spencer would make a good spokesperson for the brand. See you again.

The state was okay The staff were the best part of the stay. The rooms were disappointing and not clean expected. The lobby was beautiful, but the bathroom was dirty had hair on the toilet my beds top sheet look like it hadn’t been changed it had stains on it and hair - the floor just been mopped, but still dirty. My socks ended up dirty

The room was nice but the walls and floors must be very thin.... it sounded as if someone was moving furniture in the room above ours at midnight along with heavy walking. The following morning was woke up by someone dropping something in what sounded to be the shower.

The check-in process was fantastic, and the front desk clerk was very friendly and talkative. Our room was clean and in great condition when we arrived. We left shortly after checking in for our dinner reservation. However, as we were getting ready for bed, we realized that the A/C was not working, and the hotel was completely booked. It turned out to be a long night because our room was stuffy and there was no air circulation. I had to get up multiple times to try to get the unit to turn on. It would only stay on for 2 to 3 minutes before shutting off again. We felt sweaty and uncomfortable and didn't get much rest. When I mentioned the issue to the morning desk clerk, she said, "I'll inform maintenance." The saving grace was the delicious breakfast; it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Despite the A/C mishap, this was a good stay.

The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were very pleasant and helpful – from the front desk to the maids. The breakfast was also good and the area where the food was served was kept completely stocked and neat. The part I did not like about this hotel was the cramped rooms, lack of storage and overall decor. It seemed like it was very cheap to be honest. The plastic flooring and the color scheme Reminded me of a hotel out of the 60s. There were no drawers for any of your clothing, and there was also nowhere to put a suitcase even if you like living out of a suitcase. We literally had no room on the floor because it was completely taken up by the bed. The bathroom was very large actually and nice. I think they just tried to go a little too economical on this hotel. We were there for a football game weekend at the University of Arkansas so we paid an astronomical amount of money to stay here. I totally understand supply and demand dictates the price, I just wish that I’d had a drawer and carpet on the floor!

This was a nice hotel. The room's AC was not working. We called a few times. We tried to reset per instructions from front desk. We got a fan. Neither helped, so we ended up switching rooms. It was late in the evening, but the fact they let us move rooms helped a ton. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

We really liked the breakfast and water/coffee situation. They have have a water station with still and sparkling water that is always available. I probably saved $20 on bottled water (plus the environment!). Our room was in the back and I really thought t would be quiet but it was NOT. It sounded like people were moving heavy things or dropping them on the floor - from about 11PM top 1AM and then again at 7AM. I told the front desk but they said no one else complained? I heard thumps a lot throughout our stay. I think the walls/floor are really thin without much insulation. The biggest issue was the internet. It was out the WHOLE time (3 full days). I had to use my hotspot to work, and we couldn't watch streaming or anything so it was pretty inconvenient when we were resting. It is a small thing, but I wish they offered glasses in the room instead of plastic cups.

From check in to check out my experience was great! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the room was one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed at in the United States. If I was staying more than one night there is no real adequate storage space for your clothes. The coffee bar open 24 hours a day is great!

Room 203. All mirrors dirty and streaked in this room desk said the got some new cleaning solution but it doesn’t work. Thermostat doesn’t communicate with PTAC had to run it off PTAC controls. Other than that a fine hotel with friendly staff.

Staff at night and In the morning could not be bothered to put down their cell phones to accommodate check in or check out. No smile no thank you no nothing. Took the night shift guy about 15 minutes to check me in even though I paid through Expedia. No explanation. Got to my room tv didn’t work and the next morning the room on the floor above me was doing burpees and you heard every step. Sooooooo annoying like living in an apartment building. Went to check out and woman wasn’t even sitting g at the desk she was in the lounge on her cell. Hotel was clean. Staff not so much.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and when we got in it was a one bed. The bed sheets still looked a little dirty. At 1:30 am another person got checked into our room and walked into our room while we were asleep. In the morning we went downstairs and then couldn't get back into our room because they had deactivated our room key, we went to the front desk and they couldn't pull up my name at all and asked if the room was under that other guy's name. An older lady was at the front helping this younger girl when one of the cleaning ladies walked up and was told VERY RUDELY to go up to our room and let us in to get our stuff. We weren't treated badly by staff, but that older lady was EXTREMELY rude to the other employee and I didn't like that at all.

One of the best hotels in its class. The staff including but not limited to Elizabeth and Stacy are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Although not hot Breakfast but very good and nutritious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fayetteville and looking for a reasonably priced stay.

I arrived and no one was at the front desk. Waited 5 minutes, went to the restroom came back and no one was there. Waited a few minutes and called the hotel and finally someone came. She griped about the phone ringing and being busy. She gave me my room and said there were a bunch of kids staying and they were loud but that I was away from them. Went to my room and the bed was unmade. She gave me another room next door and walked me in to check it and it was unmade too. She gave me another room on a different floor but unfortunately it was on the loud floor. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, the walls are very thin!

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and well kept. It’s very close to U of A campus which was convenient for our visit.

This hotel was easy to access, easy to park our larger vehicle at, and close enough to everything we wanted to do in town for the weekend! The staff was great and helped us figure out the best place to park downtown for a concert.

My stay was good overall. I was underwhelmed by the breakfast; it was more continental than I had hoped for. My room was comfortable. I did like the 24/7 water and coffee machines. The hotel was easily accessible, and I appreciated its proximity to Walmart and Planet Fitness.

Nice hotel. The weakness is breakfast. I recommend a waffle maker and a different way to serve biscuits. The pre-packaged biscuits are not good. I would buy frozen biscuits and frozen sausage patties and serve them fresh. If someone wants a good, hot breakfast, they will need to go to Sonic or McDonald's down the street

Spencer at check in was very nice and personable. The morning shift didn’t seem too eager to be friendly. We got down to breakfast a just before 9 and there were no breakfast sandwiches left. Morning shift said ”we don’t put any out after 9”. If breakfast ends at 930, that should include sandwiches. I found it odd. There were three of us and at least four other guests arriving to eat and I’m sure would’ve been happy with that option.
