It is a small kind of apartment but not stove nor pot nor pans nor utensils for cooking , in other words kitchenette is poor …. You can only use microwave and it make our staying more expensive. We could not cook and we had to spent in meals outside . Supposedly breakfast was included, but is is only one coffee and two croissants outside premises and in other block far away . They said they can not offer stove because the electricity system does not resist it . They don’t have concierge and the reception in under the stairs for second floor. We did had to pay extra taxes that we were not informed .

Professional service, love the location as it was near restaurants, stores, and many forms of transportation. The place itself has connections to many tours and the tour buses so I did not have to go anywhere else. I highly recommend the place. Rocio was amazing.

Tiene las comodidades suficientes, pero como nuestra habitación estaba separada con un puerta del otro departamento se escuchaba todos la fiesta que realizaban lo de al lado, eso me molestó bastante ya que no dejaban dormir . Respecto del servicio de limpieza deberían controlar el personal ya que había demasiadas pelusas debajo de las camas. Con respecto a la atención de recepción son bastantes apáticos , especialmente una de las recepcionistas que nos atendió con muy mala voluntad al realizar el check-in. Destaco la excelente ubicación, la amplitud del apartamento, la decoración, la instalación sanitaria excelente. Detalles para tener en cuenta. Gracias 😊

Very good hotel at an excellent location. Kiara and Rocio are excellent receptionists. Our big room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The only problem was that Internet was too slow. My wife and I were very happy and will be back at this hotel in the near future.

Hotel super limpo em vista de alguns de Buenos Aires, pessoal atencioso, deixou entramos antes e estávamos com uma criança, mesmo chegando cedo, tem onde guardar as malas e onde fica até entrar no quarto, cama confortável, localização ótima, vários lugares para comer e passear andando, único ponto o Wi-Fi bem ruim.

Viagem de casal de seis noites nesse hotel, ficamos em um quarto de fundo muito silencioso. Boas instalações, apesar do ar condicionado barulhento e do aquecedor de água colocado em cima da pia da cozinha zumbir . Localização muito boa, cercado de tudo o que é preciso ao redor. A relação custo/benefício é boa , principalmente se o café da manhã for tomado dentro do quarto com aquilo que você comprar nos mercados ao redor. Limpeza do quarto às vezes deixou a desejar, troca de toalhas feita apenas uma vez nesse período. Wi-fi fraco e travando diversas vezes. Para quem vai para Buenos Aires e pretende ficar fora o dia todo , eu recomendo, ou seja, é para dormir , tomar banho e passear novamente.

I had a studio apartment on the top floor with a long balcony overlooking Callao Street. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished though a small coffee table and more comfortable lounge chairs would have improved this. I spent 8 nights here. The one downside is that the laundry room backs on to this unit and can be heard throughout the middle of the night. Take ear plugs. I'm not sure what the towel policy is. Initially they were replaced and bed made, then last few days this didn't occur. There is one staff member rostered at front desk downstairs who are friendly but some have limited English (use translator). The location is superb and despite the couple of negatives it was good value.

Nos fue muy bien en el hotel, sabanas y tendidos super limpios, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas, toda la habitación muy limpia, y el check in y check out fueron rápidos. Lo mejor es la ubicación, es muy central y al rededor encuentras literal de todo, restaurantes, cafes, droguerias, tiendas de ropa, mc donals, mercaditos etc lo recomiendo!

Localização excelente, perto de atrações turísticas, cafés, restaurantes e lojas. A cama de casal são duas de solteiro unidas, então afunda no meio e não é muito bom para as costas. O apartamento q fiquei cheirava a tinta fresca, o que me incomodou um pouco já que sou alérgica. Os Funcionários são gentis. Apenas no último dia a funcionária Kelly cobrou um cartão extra de abertura de porta da minha amiga, que ela nunca solicitou. Isso trouxe um aborrecimento desnecessário no final da estadia. No mais tudo foi bom. Recomendo esse apart hotel e me hospedaria novamente.

Apartamento super espaçoso e confortável! Só senti falta de um edredom, só tinha mantinha disponível. A chaleira não funcionou, mas o frigobar e o microondas funcionaram bem. As tomadas tb eram boas, nem precisou de adaptador. Ficamos 1 dia sem energia elétrica, tivemos que descer 12 andares de escada kkk sorte que não foi no dia de check in ou check out e ter que fazer isso com malas. Lá não tem café da manhã e nem ofereceram nenhuma opção de café da manhã. O apartamento tem utensílios, mas não tem nada de consumo básico como sal e açúcar. Localização mto boa! Apesar de estar em uma avenida movimentada a acústica é ótima e o quarto fica bem silencioso.

El lugar tiene una ubicación excelente, es práctico, bien aprovechado el espacio y muy limpio. La atención fue buena, amable y eficaz. La suite contaba con los elementos necesarios. Para una estancia corta es una excelente opción. Mi único comentario es que los colchones de las camas individuales estuvieron muy blandos, se hundían.

From beginning to end we were BLOWN away from the OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! What a GREAT TEAM!!! The rooms are so very comfortable and it’s such a central location. STOP looking for hotels and BOOK THIS ONE! If I go back, I know I’ll stay here again!!! Thank you all at Callao, you’re the BEST!!
From beginning to end we were BLOWN away from the OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! What a GREAT TEAM!!! The rooms are so very comfortable and it’s such a central location. STOP looking for hotels and BOOK THIS ONE! If I go back, I know I’ll stay here again!!! Thank you all at Callao, you’re the BEST!!

I had a studio apartment on the top floor with a long balcony overlooking Callao Street. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished though a small coffee table and more comfortable lounge chairs would have improved this. I spent 8 nights here. The one downside is that the laundry room backs on to this unit and can be heard throughout the middle of the night. Take ear plugs. I'm not sure what the towel policy is. Initially they were replaced and bed made, then last few days this didn't occur. There is one staff member rostered at front desk downstairs who are friendly but some have limited English (use translator). The location is superb and despite the couple of negatives it was good value.

The security guys at night were very helpfull, the only surprised was the check out is to early (10am), and they ask to pay $20 extra to extend the stay 2 hours more, but not a good deal. I will recommend to stay in this easy area and affordable place.

The apartment is comfortable, however, there were several issues with my stay. The receptionist Silvana, was sometimes rude and unpolite which made my stay a bit umcofortable. The room had the following issues: tv control remote was not working, there is almost no light at night, radio with a broken antenna, not well equipped (1 fork, 1 spoon and 1 knife). I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Professional service, love the location as it was near restaurants, stores, and many forms of transportation. The place itself has connections to many tours and the tour buses so I did not have to go anywhere else. I highly recommend the place. Rocio was amazing.

The location is exceptional. I was able to walk to every major tourist site and La Boca was a short cab ride away. There are also many good dining options super duper close. The staff was always friendly and eager to help (changing currency at a better rate than any back or ATM, arranging a private car to the airport). I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to BA! Very highly recommended!

Localização excelente, perto de atrações turísticas, cafés, restaurantes e lojas. A cama de casal são duas de solteiro unidas, então afunda no meio e não é muito bom para as costas. O apartamento q fiquei cheirava a tinta fresca, o que me incomodou um pouco já que sou alérgica. Os Funcionários são gentis. Apenas no último dia a funcionária Kelly cobrou um cartão extra de abertura de porta da minha amiga, que ela nunca solicitou. Isso trouxe um aborrecimento desnecessário no final da estadia. No mais tudo foi bom. Recomendo esse apart hotel e me hospedaria novamente.

O hotel é muito bom, limpo e tem uma ótima localização. Mas não vale a pena pagar a mais pelo café da manhã, pois o mesmo não é servido no hotel. Eles oferecem um voucher de uma cafeteria próxima e o que é servido no café da manhã, são 2 croassant pequenos (sem nada) e um café com leite ou chocolate. Se você quiser um suco, por exemplo, você precisa pagar a parte e é bem caro.

Apartamento super espaçoso e confortável! Só senti falta de um edredom, só tinha mantinha disponível. A chaleira não funcionou, mas o frigobar e o microondas funcionaram bem. As tomadas tb eram boas, nem precisou de adaptador. Ficamos 1 dia sem energia elétrica, tivemos que descer 12 andares de escada kkk sorte que não foi no dia de check in ou check out e ter que fazer isso com malas. Lá não tem café da manhã e nem ofereceram nenhuma opção de café da manhã. O apartamento tem utensílios, mas não tem nada de consumo básico como sal e açúcar. Localização mto boa! Apesar de estar em uma avenida movimentada a acústica é ótima e o quarto fica bem silencioso.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Próximo a estação de metrô, ônibus, restaurantes, farmácias, panificadoras, mercados. Quanto ao hotel a única coisa que não gostamos são os travesseiros muito antiquados e grandes. O café da manhã para quem for pedir incluso, não é no hotel. Eles dão um voucher para ir em uma panificadora próxima.

Very good hotel at an excellent location. Kiara and Rocio are excellent receptionists. Our big room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. The only problem was that Internet was too slow. My wife and I were very happy and will be back at this hotel in the near future.
