This hotel is quite dated but at a very convenient location. Elevators are very slow and small. A bit smelly at the corridors. Windows are not sound proof and very noisy at night. Construction nearby. Reception and cafe staff very friendly but mostly can’t speak English. Buffet breakfast is good.

Estrutura maravilhosa, café da manhã excelente, localização excelente porém no anúncio tinha vagas para estacionamento e na chegada na recepção fomos informados que não havia disponibilidade. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, es un edificio viejo y chiquito. El elevador tardaba años en llegar y una vez arriba te paseaba por todos los pisos antes de llegar al que solicitabas. El área de desayuno es muy chiquita y a ciertas horas se llenaba, no había donde sentarse, y si estabas desayunando estabas muy apretado porque no hay espacio por donde pasar por los alimentos. Es el centro y por lo tanto es ruidoso, sin embargo tienes acceso a la zona turística a unos pasos o calles

There was a power outage when I checked into the hotel, but the 74-year-old man had to drag his suitcase up to the fourth floor, but the room on the fourth floor only had a bed. I booked a room with two beds. After complaining, I was moved to the second floor and had to move my luggage to the second floor. There was no elevator available. No air conditioning during stay

This was a gem of a hotel to find at the edges of Buenos Aires downtown. We had a wonderful time. The breakfast had good options, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the location couldn't be better. The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant for lunch and dinner, though there are plenty of restaurants around, or you can always order delivery as we did. The only thing you need to keep in mind is to tell the staff before hand if you're a light sleeper, since the rooms facing the street will get noisy at night.

Staff at the reception was welcoming (unlike the EFE hotel across the street), but the rooms are in desperate need of renovation, especially the bathroom is outdated and a bit moldy. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special. No kettle in the room which isn’t clear at time of booking. Expected more for the relatively high price. Will stay elsewhere next time.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were in a superior room consisting of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a smaller bedroom with a twin bed. Both rooms had separate controls for the AC and TVs. The hotel itself is really nice; the staff are really helpful and the breakfast is great. However, my room overlooked the main road and was incredibly noisy. There were deliveries outside, building works, beeping cars, at all times of day, and the windows did nothing to keep out the sound. The walls were also very thin so I could hear everything from the room next door.

I didn’t hate our stay but was disappointed by a lot of things. Elevators were small. The room advertised as Superior is not the room available. Not all superior rooms have large space or a balcony, in fact only ONE room had a balcony. The worst part was is I showed the staff that it was advertised that all superior rooms (which I paid extra for) were big with balconies they told me that was not true AND kept insisting I didn’t pay extra when I did pay an extra $200 a night for the space advertised. The street next to us was noisy with honking all hours of the day and the walls are paper thin so you can literally hear people just watching TV in other rooms. Though there were nice staff members, there was one that I informed about an issue with our door and he blamed me saying I wasn’t doing it properly when in fact it was the hotel door that ran out of battery. Then they said they had to buy batteries to let us in our room and we were late to the event we had to go to since we were trying to change. The breakfast was sub par, not much available and not very good at all. It just was pastries, some fruit, lukewarm scrambled eggs and like some store bought ham. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but if you’re staying here where it’s located is great and central to pretty much everything, and it’s a safe area but I wouldn’t pay extra for the superior room and just be aware that it’s extremely noisy. I only rated above two stars because the room itself was not a bad size.

O hotel é mto moderno e lindo, o checkin é rápido, atendimento padrão. O quarto não tem cortina blackount, é uma cortina super fina que passa toda claridade ao amanhecer. A cama é muito confortável e o edredom super grosso maravilhoso. Toalhas todo dia eram trocadas e limpinhas. O maior problema desse hotel é que a rua da frente onde ele é localizado é mega estreita (só passa um carro e mal), acontece que se um carro empata a passagem dos outros começa uma buzina sem fim e acredite: pode ser qualquer horário. 4h da manhã começou uma buzina sem fim e o quarto não tem acústica, o barulho da rua você escuta tudo. (Estava no 6 andar). Os outros dias que fiquei tbm teve buzina, mas estava cansada demais pra me incomodar. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, mas não tem mtas mesas. Fiquei por 2x em fila aguardando a mesa desocupar.

It is a clean location near dining and shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. So is the cleaning personnel The front desk rarely answers the desk. You have to call 3-5 times before someone answers. Breakfast is continental; Just adequate.

We were locked out of our room daily, sometimes twice a day and needed to ask for replacements keys, there was no solution offered to this inconvenience. The breakfast was mediocre, very busy and noisy due to the cramped space and poor layout of the food and tables and large tour groups present. The hotel staff were often on their phones and could benefit from additional training in customer service.

Staying here is like being in an episode of Fawlty Towers. You have to ask several times for simple things ie towells, and dont even consider ordering a taxi pick up at the airport, which they offer. I sent several messages over 12 days and heard nothing. At the hotel they just stared at me. Their business is mostly tour groups so they dont need to worry about catering to new customers. I wont return. There are many other hotels in the same area.

Disappointed at check in as they gave my two rooms away to others. After that issue was fixed they then advised me that they canceled one room as they felt it was a double booking mistake. Hotel did credit me a refund but then wanted to charge me more to “rebook”!

Fica no microcentro, Fiquei em um quarto conjulgado, Cama boa. chuveiro bom, molha um pouco fora do box. Perto da rua Florida. Muitos restauratnes por perto. My experience was very good. The location was great, close to the main places to visit: close to Madelo Port, Casa Rosada, Cathedral, Teatro Cólon, Recoleta and many other places. We went to Tigre, a nice trip. The Hotel is very clean, with an excellent coffee, attendants well prepared who gave us precise informations. I recomend everybody to experience this Hotel in your next trip to Buenos Ayres.

Kamer was goed en ook het bed lag lekker, Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Personeel bij het ontbijt keken elke ochtend chagrijnig. Een keer te laat bij het ontbijt moest smeken om nog wat te kunnen eten uiteindelijk voor twee personen twee boterhammen met wat ei gekregen voor de rest kregen we niets.
