Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson

Pas de petit déjeuner Parking trop loin de l’hôtel donc j’ai pris celui derrière l’hôtel Chambre vieillotte et surtout le thermostat ne marchait pas donc il faisait une chaleur terrible et j’ai mal dormi.!

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel si c est pour vous reposer tres bruyant. Tout ce qui se passe dans la rue comme si nous y étions. Pas d accès a la salle de sport

Quarto muito mal cuidado. Corredor do hotel cheira mal, luzes não funcionam , banheiro alaga quando toma banho e geladeira do quarto não funciona. Café da manhã razoavel. Estacionamento muito longe. E uma vergonha que este hotel seja da rede Novotel.

I made the mistake of double booking, and the Hotel refused to cancel one of the reservations. It's my fault, but it would have been nice if they were more accommodating. Also driving to and parking at the hotel was an absolute nightmare.

Totally was good except the parking space was far away from hotel.

Lovely hotel space. NO PARKING NEARBY! Arrived late afyer flight delay. Given random tiny paper map with no conclusive directions to a car park and no instructions avout it. We got lost going around and around for 30 -40 ninutes and wnded up back at the hotle to ask advice. By then it was midnight. Was advised incorrect location when i asked staff to put car parknon my google maps. Said so, foind another person whomput.correct address in. Parked car. Told was free as part of the hotel, then was charded 15euros and was told we we were lucky as it would be 30 euros otherwise. Was told by staff no on else ever had an issue and they didnt care Plus then charged the 3.60 euro city tax which was fine as i expected that. Was givien no info re breakfast times on arraval. Brilliant it went till 10 am as we had to get up at 5am due to a fire allarm. We had 3 gours sleep. The breakfast was nice. Room clean. Get location. Terrible check in service. Terrible parking information. Terrible response to a single mum and child trying very hard to get a good night sleep

Estava escrito que o hotel teria estacionamento. Não era verdade. Estacionamento público, cerca de 500 m do hotel. Proibido estacionar para deixar as malas e ir ao estacionamento. Não houve qualquer aviso prévio do hotel desta situação. Ficamos no quarto 201, cheiro horrível no corredor do segundo andar. Durante is 3 dias. A partir das 8 horas da manhã as pessoas responsáveis pela limpeza pareciam fazer uma conferencia ao lado da nossa porta do hotel. Bem fraco

Tout est parfait sauf la partie sauna/ hamam/ jaccusi en panne depuis 2ans et le fait qu’il n’y ai plus de gel hydroalcoolique ds les distributeurs ; je l’ai signalé le vendredi soir puis le samedi matin. Je m’interroge juste si la base des gestes barrières n’est pas pratiqué qu’en est il du reste

Très bel hôtel au centre de Toulouse à proximité des restaurants et boutiques. Les chambres sont top. Pour ce garer, il y a plein de parking aux alentours en sous sol mais qui sont payants donc environ 30 euros pour la nuit.

Seul le parking n’est pas pratique , le reste parfait

Excellent emplacement Propre , spacieux Accueil ok Je regretterai juste la sensation d’odeur de renfermé ou de manque d’aération mais vraiment c’est un détail . Tout est parfait

Suite attribuée non conforme à la réservation, pas de balcon, plafonds très bas, premier étage donnant sur place très bruyante, fenêtre sui ne s’ouvre pas, sensation d’étouffement. Avons demandé à changer de chambre, chambre attribuée sur cour intérieure premier étage. Bruit de machinerie toute la nuit. Odeurs de cuisine dans la salle de bains apparemment la vmc ne marchait pas. Hotel médiocre ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles. Avons finalement écourté notre séjour de 3 à 2 nuits

Wir hatten etwas mehr Komfort erwartet. Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen welches nicht gereingt war. Beim zweiten Zimmer (viel kleiner) war die Wasserflasche bereits geöffnet und das Bett am zweiten Tag nicht sehr schön gemacht. Frische Handtücher und auch Ersatz Toiletten Papier Fehlanzeige. Der Service am Empfang und Frühstücksraum sehr gut. Zentrale Lage und die Zimmer zum Innenhof (Ausnahme bei geöffneten Fenster laute Abluftfentilatoren auf dem Dach) ruhig

Room was terribly dirty - staff was friendly but also didn’t do anything. Told me that hotel is fully booked - really? It is not a holiday season and looking at the flow at breakfast this is not a busy hotel. But in fact, they didn’t do anything when guests are staying in a dirty room

L’hôtel n’est vraiment pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles Le lobby est sympa et c’est tout. L’arrivée dans les étages est catastrophique, les moquettes sont tâchées et sales de la sortie de l’ascenseur à la chambre. La chambre très petite, moquette à nouveau sale, rideaux tâchés, literie de mauvaise qualité. Ne correspond en rien à la description et très peu fidèle aux photos. Nous avons donc changé d’hôtel.

Light beige color, therefore completely stained everywhere. Should have been replaced long ago. AC not really controllable as always in most hotels. Breakfast below average: -food quality just average. And mostly cold. -coffee machines never serviced and mostly in need of maintenance. -too crowded around 8:30am. Lines to access foods and coffees.

La chambre était un peu brillante sur une rue commerçante en pleine fête de week-end et le personnel a été impeccable en nous en proposant une autre beaucoup plus calme pour la seconde nuitée. Merci pour leur compréhension et leur professionnalisme.

Perfect location in center, But the Air condition not work, the room are too small , there are a bad smell inside the room.

I wish I could recommend this hotel, but I will not sadly!! One member of staff in particular made me feel low. The receptionist, who ignored all my efforts to explain a word ‘pillow’….. although I even googled and showed her the images how a pillow looks like. I was asking for 2 extra pillows for my children, but she couldn’t be bothered to do anything. Perhaps my expectations of the International chain hotel were higher or at least some basic English knowledge would be a bonus. I also asked her to fix our shower basin, which was blocked therefore we could take only a very quick shower. I asked twice. Nothing was done. And lastly a cleaner didn’t come in the afternoon when we were out although I did ask to clean our room in the reception before we left. The answer was that the cleaner saw ‘do not disturb’ sign and left. Yes, I agree that was in the morning, not in the afternoon though. No apology nothing at all. There was a wonderful receptionist Michelle, who was really helpful and kind. She made us smile and happy! Big credit to her! On a positive note the location of the hotel was great! Easy to access and walkable everywhere. The terrace was an excellent addition to our spacious room. It was just a few minutes walk from the train station, which was very convenient as we took a train to beautiful Albi.

The staff are very nice. I was able to get a late check out—much appreciated.

En arrivant on nous indique que la chambre réservée est indisponible. On nous relègue dans un studio miteux en remplacement après nous avoir fait payer en nous disant que cela va être mieux. On nous indique qu’il n’y a pas d’autre chambre disponible. Nous repartons vers la réception en disant que cela est inadmissible. Et là surprise, en fait une chambre est disponible mais côté rue bruyante. Nous prenons la chambre n’ayant pas d’autre choix. Finalement la chambre est en effet bruyante et les fenêtres sont qu’à hauteur de l’éclairage public et il n’y a que deux rideaux. Impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit. On avait réservé dans cet hôtel expressément pour le marathon de Toulouse bien à l’avance afin d’être bien situés, une grosse déception de la part de la direction de cet hôtel. Et en dédommagement on nous offre 2 boissons de bienvenue et UN SEUL petit déjeuner sur les deux. Nous allons à l’hôtel une dizaine de fois par an en moyenne et nous sommes très déçus de NOVOTEL. Je déconseille très vivement cet établissement. Je ne parle même pas de mon mail que j’avais envoyé avant d’arriver pour réserver le parking et qui est resté sans réponse. En bref, je suis déçu de devoir laisser un premier avis négatif. N’y allez pas !

Staff was very rood and not accommodating to any sort of changes. Not worth the money for a low budget hotel

This property was maybe a 4 star hotel 30 years ago. Three stars on its best day now. I’d say it’s a solid 2.5. The hotel is tired and needs a multi million euro update. Our first room AC worked poorly and the carpet was in extremely poor condition. The shower is pretty lame with a half glass wall so everything in the bathroom gets wet. Also the plastic hose to the shower twists under water pressure resulting in water everywhere. We ended up changing rooms after the first night. The staff on the other hand was four stars. Very helpful and pleasant. Also the location can’t be beat. Right in the center of town. Walk to everything in minutes.

Rien a signaler. Tout a ete parfait! Tres bon emplacement pres de Jean Jaures metro. Beaucoup de restaurants alentour.

Novatel is centrally located and very walkable to sites, shopping, dining. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Malgré l’emplacement forcément idéal, les assiettes du petit déjeuner étaient toutes ébréchées, la porte de la chambre très abîmée, sûrement ouverte au pied de biche précédemment. Il manquait une brosse dans les toilettes. Dommage manque de qualité pour cette établissement.

Muy bien situado, nos dieron la habitación solicitada, el sofá cama chirría, y es incómodo, y luego tiene un problema enorme, la habitación era un bajocubierta caluroso, con un ruido exterior insoportable durante todo el día y la noche, creo que del aire acondicionado, nos quejamos pero ni caso. Así que no hemos descansado en los dos dias que hemos estado. Bufé desayuno de baja calidad, y a las 12:00 nos estaban llamando para abandonar la habitación e inmediatamente entró la camarera para contar el minibar. Todo poco amable. Para mi un 3 estrellas bajito. La habitación tenía los techos muy bajos, golpes en la cabeza. Otra cosa respetan en el cobro el precio reservado pero vuelven a aplicar impuestos y tasas cuando en el precio acordado en la reserva pone que están incluidos. No volveremos.

Petit déjeuner génial Déçu du service, ai demander conseil pour un resto sympa on m’a recommander Google. Et aussi un simple adaptateur de prise n’est pas possible à obtenir.
