El hotel se encuentra en estado deplorable, cortinas sucias y rotas, alfombras asquerosas, sin calefacción ni agua caliente. quizá fue un buen hotel hace mucho tiempo pero está arruinado y no es lo que ofrecen por ningún motivo... tuvimos que pedir cancelación de la siguiente noche y salir corriendo de ahí. Estamos en espera de que se abone la noche previamente pagada. Solicitamos de la manera más atenta que consideren esta evaluación para los usuarios de Hoteles.com...es un fraude lo que se ve en las imágenes del lugar y lo que uno encuentra. I was surprised this hotel was rated 7/10. My first impression of the place was the people standing outside drinking bottled beer in front of the entrance. The staff was friendly especially the bartender in the hotel bar. The hotel was older which I did read on the reviews however they could have replaced the moldy grout in the bathtub and the ripped sheer curtains. They had two mini fridges in the room and neither one worked. At least the beds were clean and it got cooler in the night so we could sleep.

We had a very bad experience. In the very hot 35 degrees, a room without air conditioning, with two fans that were not strong at all, a broken mini fridge that did not work, a bathroom faucet that had no cold water pressure and had more hot water than cold water. There was not even a water cooler or ice machine, and on top of all this, the elevator was broken and we had to go up and down the stairs in the very heat. In fact, nothing about this hotel was right. This hotel needs to be renovated Because it does not meet any of the standards of German hotels.

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist trotzdem in Ordnung für ein paar Nächte. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit: gut. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind aufgrund der Lage mitten in Höchst idR nicht zu finden. Daher sind für den Hotelparkplatz gleich Zusatzkosten einzuplanen. Frühstück hatte ich nicht & kann es daher nicht bewerten.

The room was nothing like the photos advertised. The hotel feels like it hasn’t been updated since the 1960s. The lifts were broken and only went to level 2. The plug sockets in the room were cracked and damaged, which felt unsafe. The walls are paper-thin — you can clearly hear other guests’ conversations, and I barely slept the whole time I was there. There were dead mosquitoes squashed on the walls. The bathroom was completely different from the pictures. The shower consisted of two taps in the wall with a plastic hose coming out, and the shower rail was broken, so there was nowhere to place the shower head. Overall, the hotel is very run-down and desperately needs updating. I would not stay here again

Helt okej för att bara övernatta. Vi kom sent och åkte tidigt. Fick ett stort rum där hela familjen fick plats. Rent men gammalt. Det vart varmt på rummet och luften kändes instängd men fönstren gick att öppna vilket gjorde det lite bättre. Sängkläderna var fräscha men då jag tog ut täcket ur påslakanet då det var för varmt att sova med täcke, såg man att täcket var fläckigt och ofräscht. Personalen var supertrevlig!

Unser Doppelzimmer war sehr klein, der Teppich wurde schon länger nicht mehr gesaugt, die Kopfkissen rochen nach altem Schweiß, die Duschhalterung funktionierte nicht, der Duschkopf selbst sehr verkalk, keine Haken im Bad für die Handtücher...Das Frühstücksgeschirr der Gäste wurde nicht rechtzeitig (gar nicht) abgeräumt, so dass man nicht wusste, wohin man sich setzen sollte...

Very dirty, razor left in shower from previous guest, garbage under the bed, table and chair were broken, bed was very uncomfortable, dirt in the shower, dirt on shelf’s, stains on the carpet, pillows were yellow. Horrible hotel. Looks like a place that would rent by the hour.

Das Zimmer war äußerst hellhörig und in einem sehr veralteten, sanierungs- und renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Das Interieur im Stil der 1980er war abgenutzt und teilweise nicht vollständig (fehlender Spiegel im Zimmer, nur ein Kleiderbügel). Zumindest war es sauber.

Mein Zimmer samt Einrichtung ist in der Zeit stehen geblieben (60er) und entsprechend abgenutzt. Flecken an den Wänden und auf dem Stuhlpolster - hier mag ich gar nicht nachdenken, woraus die sich zusammensetzen. Das "Doppelbett" gefühlte 120 cm breit macht mit einer zweiten Decke darauf und einem zweiten Handtuch im Bad noch kein Doppelzimmer daraus. Das Waschbecken im Bad befindet sich auf Kniehöhe und die Duschkabine lässt sich nicht schließen. Ich habe mich nicht nicht wohl gefühlt und bin froh, nur eine Nacht hier gebucht zu haben. Der Preis für diese Nacht ist entsprechend dem was ich vorgefunden haben mit € 86,00 unverschämt. Bei den abgegebenen Bewertungen frage ich mich: "In welchem Zimmer hat dieser Gast geschlafen? In meinem ganz bestimmt nicht!"

This was the cheapest room in the area and you get what you get. It was relatively clean, quiet and the staff were friendly and let me check in early with no problems. Could use some updating especially in the shower and the carpets but if you need somewhere to lay your head for a night or two with busy days out and about, it does the job.

Could use some updating especially in the shower and the carpets but if you need somewhere to lay your head for a night or two with busy days out and about, it does the job.

Quick check in. Room was a nice size. My only real complaint was the mattress is old. It's already soft but I stay in a crater. I'm 60kg and managed to sleep on the edge near the wall. One night is ok. I don't know why people complain about facilities not advertised. I like the charm of the place.

The room was nothing like the photos advertised. The hotel feels like it hasn’t been updated since the 1960s. The lifts were broken and only went to level 2. The plug sockets in the room were cracked and damaged, which felt unsafe. The walls are paper-thin — you can clearly hear other guests’ conversations, and I barely slept the whole time I was there. There were dead mosquitoes squashed on the walls. The bathroom was completely different from the pictures. The shower consisted of two taps in the wall with a plastic hose coming out, and the shower rail was broken, so there was nowhere to place the shower head. Overall, the hotel is very run-down and desperately needs updating. I would not stay here again

Leider ist der Aufenthalt nicht sehr angenehm gewesen. Die Zimmer sehr heruntergekommen so 70er Jahre Bad zu klein . Personal sehr unfreundlich und wollte sogar 2 mal abrechnen obwohl wir beim Check in schon alles bezahlt hatten. Von uns aus nicht zu empfehlen. Und wir sind öfter in Frankfurt. Das war das schlechteste Hotel was wir je gebucht hatten.

I love the location of the hotel. It's a nice neighbourhood, has a nice park close to it and has nice sightseeing spots. The hotel itself was also really nice, I had a bath and it wasn't too expensive. The bed was really soft! The hotel felt a little bit like a maze tho haha. I totally enjoyed my stay!! I would come back if I could.

My son and I were on a an overnight layover in Frankfurt and I wanted to go explore the old Hochst neighborhood where the hotel is located. The location is outstanding; very close to some charming old restaurants and Schloss and a pedestrian zone with bakeries and shops. The hotel itself was just a nice basic, clean hotel at a pretty good price that met our needs just fine.

Hotel in 1970’es style. Nothing much has been done to upgrade it in the last 50 years, but it’s fairly well maintained and so it has a peculiar retro charm. Ask for a room with a view to the river Main, that’s a real asset of this hotel.

Staff at the hotel did their best to help me. My travels went sideways and I was ill and delayed. The room was sub par and dining was limited. I felt unsafe when during a nap I was flightendly awakened by a fire alarm. I panicked and exited my room to the front lobby to find 20+ firefighters trying to solve the problem. It was scary for sure. But I also felt that the fire alarm saved me as the heat was probably making me pass out in the hotel room, No air conditioning and the fan wasn't working. I ended up checking out and booking a new place.
