A lovely hotel in Lami. It is a 10-15 min walk on the road or along the beach to get to the main hustle and bustle of Lami. So this resort is nicely tucked away from it all. The resort itself is split by the main road that runs around the island, which is a very busy road. However there are traffic security that help you cross at the crossing, so it is not a major issue. The main hotel is lovely and very colonial in appearance. There is a small pool near the breakfast area. I found it strange that this area was only used for breakfast and that they did not serve and food or drinks here. But it wasnt a problem, it meant we had a nice area to sit with our own drinks and food. The rooms are very nice. Air con was a bit noisy. We had interconnecting rooms with the kids, which worked great. Only issue for me was that we supposedly had a balcony view. But is was awful. It overlooked some apartments and kitchen in the next building, it also did not have any furniture to sit on (I noticed others did). So it was pointless having the balcony. The main resort area over the main road was very nice. Nice pools and on the beach. This is not a private beach, so others are around. But it was fine and secure all the same. There was a small pier with a outdoor gym (bit run down) and a massage hut on, which was great. The restaurant food and drinks were lovely, with a huge offering off food inc western plates. It was not cheap compared to Thai standards, but cheaper t

Recently renovated colonial style resort/hotel with large rooms. Staff is absolutely wonderful, some of the many that come to mind are Ice & Kawee, Non & Tom. Beds were very comfortable with large oversized pillows. Towels were thick & fluffy. The resort was immaculate, staff worked hard to keep it exceptionally clean in all areas. Our room faced the pool in the center of the resort, it was never busy. There is a main pool area located across a busy road however the resort has two crossing guards to ensure everyone's safety as they cross the road. This is the resort's main pool & beachfront access area with lots of lounge chairs & a smaller children's pool with a water slide. It's lovely & includes a bar/restaurant as well as access to paddle boards. The beach in front of the resort is ok, however there is a long walkable beach to the right (facing the water) with great swimming. Breakfast is served in a dining area at the center of the resort where all the rooms area in a lovely relaxing area. There were lots of options with several hot dishes, breads, cereal, yogurt & fresh fruit, a grill for eggs, bacon etc. They had (3) coffee machines juices, water & chocolate milk.There was definitely something for everyone. We didn't eat dinner at the resort altho food looked delicious. There are lots of great local restaurants nearby. I used the gym several times while we were there, it was never busy & was open 24/7. There's a nice games room with ping pong, billiards & air hockey.

Beautiful hotel very conveniently located between attractions some of which are walkable. The main pool is lovely and spacious but it is across a main road so technically not a beach front hotel. Service is exceptional too.

Le staff est adorable, la chambre est magnifique. La salle de sport très pratique. Il y a une piscine à l’intérieur de l’hôtel et une autre piscine bien plus grande sur la plage. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter à cause de la météo mais le séjour aurait été idyllique si nous avions eu beau temps. Excellent hôtel pour un prix très correct

Very friendly staff throughout the entire resort, all eager to help and make the stay as perfect as possible. Rooms were kept clean and the staff were helpful and gave extra items as needed. Waterslide was so awesome! Happy hour is a must here from 4-6 with bogo cocktails! Would stay again!!

Fantastisk opphold! Veldig god service og et svært rent og fint hotell. Vi fikk gratis oppgradering, noe som gjorde opplevelsen enda bedre. På grunn av endring av dato måtte vi først avbestille, men hotellet var svært imøtekommende og refunderte beløpet selv om det var utenfor fristen. Vi bestilte deretter på nytt og hadde et veldig bra opphold. Hotellet kan absolutt anbefales, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Beautiful resort in LaMai beach! Beachfront pools were incredible and beach was great. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Outrigger was excellent in every way. Check in was easy and all property staff was welcoming, very kind and exceptionally accommodating. Our rooms were very clean, large and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was amazing. We would definitely love to return!

The building is really beautiful! The housekeeping does an excellent job of cleaning the room when we were out and about. The staff were very friendly and attentive without hovering. The pools by the beach were beautiful, clean, and pleasant to sit by. The beach is small but private. We found a couple of really delicious restaurants to walk to. Massages both at the Outrigger and nearby were fabulous. It was easy to get a taxi right at the entrance to the hotel.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Outrigger. From the great breakfast selections to the lovely guys at the road crossing, my stay was perfect. My room was comfortable, clean and perfectly refreshed when I returned from a day by the pool. The manager Uma was always accommodating with any request we had. My 10 nights with friends at the Outrigger went too fast.

Recently renovated colonial style resort/hotel with large rooms. Staff is absolutely wonderful, some of the many that come to mind are Ice & Kawee, Non & Tom. Beds were very comfortable with large oversized pillows. Towels were thick & fluffy. The resort was immaculate, staff worked hard to keep it exceptionally clean in all areas. Our room faced the pool in the center of the resort, it was never busy. There is a main pool area located across a busy road however the resort has two crossing guards to ensure everyone's safety as they cross the road. This is the resort's main pool & beachfront access area with lots of lounge chairs & a smaller children's pool with a water slide. It's lovely & includes a bar/restaurant as well as access to paddle boards. The beach in front of the resort is ok, however there is a long walkable beach to the right (facing the water) with great swimming. Breakfast is served in a dining area at the center of the resort where all the rooms area in a lovely relaxing area. There were lots of options with several hot dishes, breads, cereal, yogurt & fresh fruit, a grill for eggs, bacon etc. They had (3) coffee machines juices, water & chocolate milk.There was definitely something for everyone. We didn't eat dinner at the resort altho food looked delicious. There are lots of great local restaurants nearby. I used the gym several times while we were there, it was never busy & was open 24/7. There's a nice games room with ping pong, billiards & air hockey.

Air-conditioning was way too loud. We swapped rooms but after two nights of no sleep, we arranged to cancel last two nights and went elsewhere. Hotel itself is lovely but if you are one that needs quite room to sleep, find another Hotel. Otherwise everything else was good.

Beautiful resort next to the beach. I love the White House style design. Our room was spacious, separate living area. Lounge was great with cocktail hour. Location is in between chaweng n lamai. Laundry machine next door is convenient. But everything else would be approx10 mins walk, rent a bike is very hardly there. Staffs are very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like is the breakfast section. Below average.

Good location. Not on beach. If using VIP perks, you must constantly be on top of them or they ‘misunderstand’ and do not give any of the perks. Beautiful building. Rooms are loud especially with the may children staying.

Amazing experience for a family stay. Friendly and helpful staff, great food at restaurants and a nice pool area. Play- and game rooms that are great. The only negatives are that the beds are a bit too hard and that the low tide was during most of the day atleast during our stay in June.

The entire experience at this hotel was amazing! It was literally the best experience at a hotel I’ve had in over 10 years. Massive credit to the staff and hotel owners. This place is better than you expect! The room was amazing - King with pool view. The breakfast was amazing 10/10. The staff.. oh my gosh soooooo nice!! Well done Outriggers. Well done.

The Outrigger was excellent in every way. Check in was easy and all property staff was welcoming, very kind and exceptionally accommodating. Our rooms were very clean, large and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was amazing. We would definitely love to return!

I took severe vomiting and couldn’t make the trip to Samui, notified the hotel in advance however they refused a cancellation and refund stating that I needed a hospital certificate. Anyone with common sense knows you don’t go to hospital with vomiting, they can’t help. You just drink water and wait for it to pass. The hotel we booked in Koh Tao was totally understanding and gave a refund without fuss. Be warned

Service exceptionnel, petit déjeuner copieux et très variés, personnel très courtois, souriant et disponible, toujours prêt à aider et servir avec entrain et sourire, que ce soit de la femme de chambre en passant par les gens qui font traverser la route pour aller à la piscine ♥️. Soit dit en passant, contrairement à certains commentaires que nous avons pu voir avant de réserver, le fait que piscine et restaurant soient de l'autre côté de la route n'est pas un soucis, il y a des personnes pour arrêter la circulation 👍. L'hôtel est super bien situé avec des petits restaurants juste à côté et 2 supérettes. Je conseille aux familles Spéciale pensée et coup de coeur pour Mook à la réception, un petit rayon de Soleil qui nous a marqué☀️🤗. Et un grand merci à Jérémy 🙏. Bref, on reviendra, c'est certain. Absolutely loved my stay at the Outrigger. From the great breakfast selections to the lovely guys at the road crossing, my stay was perfect. My room was comfortable, clean and perfectly refreshed when I returned from a day by the pool. The manager Uma was always accommodating with any request we had. My 10 nights with friends at the Outrigger went too fast.

A lovely hotel in Lami. It is a 10-15 min walk on the road or along the beach to get to the main hustle and bustle of Lami. So this resort is nicely tucked away from it all. The resort itself is split by the main road that runs around the island, which is a very busy road. However there are traffic security that help you cross at the crossing, so it is not a major issue. The main hotel is lovely and very colonial in appearance. There is a small pool near the breakfast area. I found it strange that this area was only used for breakfast and that they did not serve and food or drinks here. But it wasnt a problem, it meant we had a nice area to sit with our own drinks and food. The rooms are very nice. Air con was a bit noisy. We had interconnecting rooms with the kids, which worked great. Only issue for me was that we supposedly had a balcony view. But is was awful. in a quiet part of Lamai , Koh Samui but with local bars and restaurants close by. Small beach area. 15 minute walk into town with many restaurants and bars and shopping. Beautiful beaches Food at the Outrigger was very good. Fabulous local lobster at a good price. Great pools and resturant at the beach. On Sat night good band and great fire show.

Plage tout simplement horrible. boueuse et pas très propre. A éviter pour un séjour "plage". Nous attendions de trouver une superbe plage mais celle-ci était très sale, boueuse et trouble. Hôtel excentré Il faut prendre un taxi ou une voiture pour tout faire. Il faut traverser une route très passante avec souvent une circulation chargée pour passer de la partie "Chambres" à la partie "plage". Heureusement que des agents de sécurité sont là pour aider à traverser en sécurité.

Breakfast is served in a dining area at the center of the resort where all the rooms area in a lovely relaxing area. There were lots of options with several hot dishes, breads, cereal, yogurt & fresh fruit, a grill for eggs, bacon etc. They had (3) coffee machines juices, water & chocolate milk.There was definitely something for everyone. We didn't eat dinner at the resort altho food looked delicious. There are lots of great local restaurants nearby. I used the gym several times while we were there, it was never busy & was open 24/7. There's a nice games room with ping pong, billiards & air hockey.

Outrigger Koh Samui was overall a wonderful stay for our family. The accommodation is nice, with comfortable rooms and overall very clean. Breakfast was good and the Outrigger was good base for our exploration on Koh Samui Not everything was ideal however - the pool is nice, but needs a good clean up - tiles were coming loose on the sides and bottom (and my daughter cut herself on one), and the insistence on buying everything from the pool bar (even to the point of overpriced drinking water!) wore thin after a few days... they'd do a lot better if their prices at the Edgewater were comparable to other places within a two minute walk - you expect a premium, but not the premium they have. Having to cross the road to the pool is not ideal but honestly there are guys that stop the traffic and it was never an issue. On top of that on a couple of days we were short towels and water in the room which I wouldn't expect, and someone else's charges got added to our room (which luckily I caught!) so check your receipts Overall, I'd recommend the Outrigger the issues are small but worth being aware of! I don't want these little things to overshadow what was ultimately a lovely family stay

Beautiful resort in LaMai beach! Beachfront pools were incredible and beach was great. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful resort next to the beach. I love the White House style design. Our room was spacious, separate living area. Lounge was great with cocktail hour. Location is in between chaweng n lamai. Laundry machine next door is convenient. But everything else would be approx10 mins walk, rent a bike is very hardly there. Staffs are very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like is the breakfast section. Below average.

Breakfast was awesome...staff super helpful...two 7-11's within a minute walk...easy to get a taxi...great local restaurants and massage shops within a minute walk...traffic guards to get to the pool/beach. Would absolutely stay there again.

This is a lovely hotel. Everything about it is fine. Lots of families there. The beach is poor so you have to travel 2ks further up Lamai beach where the beach is great. Lamai night market about 1k away and some great restaurants nearby.

The balony needs a handles to come in and out so we can avoid mozzies coming into the room alsp people to be quiet during the night the left and right next door was exremly loud people while i was a sleep and i wish there was a sign keep quiet and keep the noise down and control .all the rest is all good buffet is excelent.
