チェックイン日の早朝に着いて荷物預かってくれました。チェックイン15時からと言われ、14時過ぎに行ったら「本来なら15時からだけど、準備出来てるからいいよ」と言われて早く案内してくれました。

とにかくお部屋の中が暑い 暑くて寝苦しい 夏はエアコンが効かないし 冬は暖房が効きすぎて暑すぎる フロントに連絡すると窓を開けてください。。。 カードキーを人数分用意してくれないので別行動してる時、部屋に入ることすらできないので不便 デポジットを払ってもいいので人数分用意して欲しい。

The staff was friendly, the bidet in the room was a nice touch, the lobby cafe was convenient, and the location to transit and local areas was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

スリッパがないのが残念でした

フロントの方は親切で対応はとても良かったです。 ２つの駅が利用できて大変便利です。鐘路三街の方がエスカレーターがあるのでスーツケースの場合は楽です。 部屋のコンセントは丸ピンのみ使用可でした。USBの差し込みもありません。 フロントで借りることもできますが、数に限りがあるとのことです。 口コミ通りタオルが綺麗ではなかったので使い捨てのフェイスタオルを持参して正解でした。 アメニティはボディーソープ、リンスインシャンプー、小さい固形石鹸、お水（毎日補充あり） スリッパなし、バスローブあり 周りに飲食店も多く、便利だったのでまた利用したいとおもいます。

The hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was nice too. Within walking distance to many dinning & shopping options. Reasonable price! And loved the large bathroom with shower and spa tub. We loved our stay here. The only thing is that they would not give us 2 keys, so it was little difficult when our family got separated. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel!

ホテルスタッフは日本語堪能な方もいて、対応がスムーズです。 室内も綺麗です。スリッパは2000ウォン、歯ブラシは4000ウォンです。 お水やインスタントコーヒーなどは付いていますがシャンプー&リンス、ボディーソープ、石鹸以外の使い捨てアメニティは付いていませんでした。 その分、価格が安めなので気にはなりません。 ホテル前が清渓川で、散歩に良いです。仁寺洞、明洞、広藏市場などは徒歩圏内です。ホテルがある鍾路三街は地下鉄1,3,5号線が通っています。周囲に飲食店、コンビニがあり便利です。 ソウルでは清潔感があり便利性が良いので、毎回このホテルに泊まっています。

どこに行くにも便利でした。 室内スリッパがないです。

Great location, about a 5mins walk to the metro. Only downside is that there is no washing machine or laundry facilities nearby.

駅から近く複数の線を使えるのでとても便利で良かった。ホテルの方も日本語が通じ親切でした。アメニティが何もなくスリッパもないのでその点は不便でした。

客室のベッドのシーツに古いと思われるシミが無数にわたりついており、楽しい旅行のはずが 残念な気分になりました。

部屋の掃除はもう少し利用客の目線でやって貰えたらありがたい。 布団の汚れや風呂の清潔感がないのが残念です。

浴室の壁に髪の毛がたくさんあった。シーツが汚れていた。

Location was quite good as it was next to two stations, easy to walk to the palaces and hanok areas. Cleanliness of the common area and room was lacking. Handful of stains were found in the hallway carpet leading to our room (level 8). We had to get our bedsheets changed as there were a lot of stains on them. Staff member came in with boots into our room and changed the sheets promptly, but still had stains unfortunately. Good thing we brought our house slippers from home. We had also found used food skewers and candy under our bed… not ideal. Front desk staff is very helpful.

Bedding had food marks. Office table was full of dust. Shower had gunk in the tub we had to wash it off. Sink had hair stuck in it. Toilet bowl same thing. Hotel room was freezing.

暖房はとても弱く、ほこりがかなり溜まっていて真っ黒でした。

房間非常細少，而且很骯髒，難以想像床單、枕頭、被鋪都有污漬，幸好我們帶備了一次性床單，行程緊密的我們也無暇找職員理論了。

Excellent location, near 2 subway lines and on the Cheonggyecheon Stream. Facilities were good and well kept. Lovely friendly staff. Would stay here again!

何度もリピートしています。 立地もよく、 価格、サービス、ともに 満足しています。 建物は古いですが、 清掃も行き届いています。 フロントにいるスタッフの方も とても親切です。

客房設施比較殘舊，但外表門面就新淨

Room ok. Bathroom cramped, little place to put toiletries.

立地が良い。 ２駅とも出口から徒歩5分くらい。 鐘路5街駅は5号線ホームからだとやや遠い。 夜間は人も少なくなるが危険な感じはしなかった。 レセプションには日本語が話せるスタッフがいるので安心だった。 部屋も綺麗だったが、私の利用した部屋はベッドサイドにコンセントやUSBポートがなく少し不便だった。 一番不満だったのは、タオル交換をして貰えなかったこと。 出かけて部屋に戻りタオルを使おうと棚のタオルを取ったら、タオルが湿っていた。 確認したらバスマットなども湿ったものが畳まれて置かれていた。 おそらく使用済みのものを畳み直しただけで交換はしてくれてなかったようだ。 もうワンセット未使用のモノがあったので、2日目はそちらを使用した。 使用したタオルは必ず交換して欲しい。 レジデンスなど安い所も泊まるが、タオル交換して貰えなかったのは初めての経験でした。

Close to both airport limousine bus, subway and several sights of interest. Heating in room was nice to have in the cold weather, sadly not the same warmth in the bathroom. Would have made it perfect. View of N Seoul Tower from our room was greatly appreciated!

Room was so stuffy and AC was not working, so we had to use a fan in a room with no windows. Very old outdated hotel. Night staff in the front desk was not friendly at all. The only positive thing is that it’s near a lot of restaurants and shops.

Comfortable enough but needs an update refurbishment - no USB charging ports or international power sockets found in more up-to-date hotels, and no light switches by the bed, forcing you to switch on/off lights at a wall switch away from the bed. Not all rooms have baths so check when you reserve.

We stayed here in early November of last year and the hotel room was so hot. The in room thermostat was showing 28 to 30 degrees at different times of the day. Opening the windows didn't really help since there wasn't much breeze. When we called the front desk to ask if they can turn on the system to fan mode so we can at least have circulation to cool the room they said their system was broken and when we asked to switch rooms they said this room was all they had; but said they could bring us a portal fan to which we said yes. After an hour of waiting, one of the staff dropped off a fan that looks like it hasn't been used for 10 years judging by the amount of dust on it, they couldn't even clean/ wipe it down for us. Not to mention it was essentially a small desk fan which had little cooling power. The hallway was much cooler than the room and I saw some others on our floor opening their doors for air circulation. The bed spread also had some a few questionable stains on it. The only plus sides of this hotel was the location and the fact that they had a luggage scale in the lobby. Our experience was so bad, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel rooms are fine, and are comfy enough. The rooms are cleanly, but pretty bare. Convenient location for single travellers. The washroom for the single bed rooms are very tight.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. While the location is very convenient—just a short walk to Myeongdong—the overall experience was a bit disappointing. What we didn’t like:The hotel does not provide slippers, which is quite inconvenient after a long day of walking. I hope they consider adding this for future guests. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided in the room. I might have missed this detail when booking, but I believe it’s something worth noting for other travelers. The carpet in the room was dirty, which affected the comfort and cleanliness of our stay. Most of the staff cannot speak English, which made communication very difficult at times. The power outlets are not standard; they’re the European-style sockets, so you will need an adapter. The breakfast was the worst part. We stayed for 4 days, and the menu never changed. Every morning it was the same limited selection: small salad, sausages, nuggets, soup, and just two types of fruits (grapes and orange). If you’re planning to stay here, I recommend not including breakfast and just buying food outside instead. What we liked: • The hotel is conveniently located near Myeongdong and many attractions. • One staff member named Sarah was very helpful and friendly—she was the highlight of the service team. I hope this feedback helps both the hotel management to improve their services, and future guests to manage their expectations.

It was easy to locate and reception was very helpful and efficient in checking us in.

立地最高。スタッフさんも日本語でした。清潔で何よりです。近くにコンビニもあります。駅も近いです。

客室は清潔。広さもよく、ベットも寝やすかった。 テーブルに椅子が2脚あり、2人で軽食を食べるのに便利。 駅や路線バス、リムジンバスの停留所も近く、少し歩けば明洞の都会なのにホテル周りは静か。 裏のホテルのロビーにwowpassのキオスクがあるのも便利。 フロントには常に、日本語の話せるスタッフ。 次の機会にも利用したいです。

ものすごく感じの悪いスタッフ一人います。 常に機嫌が悪く、怒ったような口調で我々に対応してきました。3泊しましたが、この女性がいない時にフロントにいけないものかと思ったほどでした。私の連れ三人は、同じように感じていました。

2回目の利用です。明洞なども徒歩圏内ですし、地下鉄やバスを利用するにもとても便利です。 飲食店もあり、困ることはありませんでした。 また利用させていただきます。

立地面で、2つの駅が使えることから基本的な移動が地下鉄の私にはとても便利でした。 部屋にかばんの台はありませんでしたが、十分にかばんを広がるスペースもありました。寒かったので、バスタブがあるのも嬉しかったです。 タオルについての口コミが多かったので、顔用にフェイスタオルを持参していましたが、持っていて良かったです。使用感があるというか、フカフカではないですし、塩素の匂いが結構ありました。気になる方はお持ちになった方が良いと思います。スリッパがない口コミも見ていましたが、きちんと清掃されていたので部屋専用の靴下を持っているくらいで私は大丈夫でした。

最寄駅のjongno3-gaの14番出口から徒歩5分くらいでしょうか。近くにコンビニもあります。夜は屋台も出てました。明洞駅や頑張れば東大門までも歩けます。 部屋はセミダブル2つで、スーツケースを床に広げられるスペースもありました。清潔で、使いやすいホテルです。ホテル約款は日本語版もありました。チェックインは15時から。日本語できるスタッフさんがいました。チェックアウトは12時です。

交通の便が良かった。

I liked how there was direct access to the cheonggyecheon stream, it was a beautiful pathway for you to enjoy some nature. Great for walks or runs. This hotel was conveniently located between 2 subway stations. Jongno 3 ga (closer) and Euljiro 3 ga (smidgen further) stations. About 5 to 8min walk away. Hotel room was clean and had enough space for 2 people and 4 pieces of luggage ( 2 carry on 2 med/large). Loved the heated seats of yhe bidet and decent size of shower/tub. Just wish there wasnt a seat groove for sitting (maybe comfortable if you were taking a bath) but we didnt so you had to be careful to watch where you were stepping.

地下鉄1号線3号線5号線の鍾路3街駅と2号線の乙支路3街駅が徒歩圏内で便利です。 明洞までも徒歩15〜20分と歩けない距離では無いです。 歯ブラシ無し、コンセントは韓国タイプのみで変換器必要でしたのでお気をつけ下さい。

The room was fully cleaned AC works perfectly. The location was perfect for tourists, shops, attractions and places to visit were within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants close by.

The only issue that we had was the breakfast wasn’t good. The food choices were not good to have for the morning time.

The hotel room was adequate. Front desk service was average, could have been a language thing. The very overpriced breakfast was sadly lacking in quantity and quality. Most warm food was cold and nothing prepared fresh. Do not pay the extra for breakfast. Go somewhere else; local fare is much better.

Comfortable hotel at a good price, the only negative thing was the breakfast, which was quite bland.

少し古さは感じましたが、部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。近くに屋台や飲食店も多いので、ホテルの近くだけでも楽しく韓国料理を満喫できます。

The hotel is centrally located and it is very assessable to subway line 2 and 5. The price was very reasonable for a location like this. However, the bathtub was a bit small and it was uncomfortable to soak myself in there. Also, the breakfast did not have many varieties and the food was the same every day. I had the breakfast for three days and everything is exactly the same. To be honest, it was not a pleasant experience.

There are bus and subway stops near by the hotel, so it’s very convenient to access to various locations in Seoul. About 100 meters from the hotel, there is a 7-11, where you can buy accessories, like toothpaste, toothbrush, and disposable slippers, where are not provided by the hotel. About 300 meters away, there are food streets, where you can enjoy the local foods around.

Nice rooms and clean, the breakfast was tasteless not worth the money.
