I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The accommodations are excellent, and the room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, all fresh and delicious. What truly stood out was the staff — attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Room was great, very clean and comfortable. The floor we were on was very quiet and the hotel staff were helpful and kind. We liked the robot that delivered things to the rooms, and thought the overall atmosphere was great.

We picked Rongmin based on positive reviews on Expedia as we were planning our trip. Our overall experience was very good. The beds are firm, but we prefer a firmer bed. Bedding and towels were very clean and and of good quality. Staff were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet (included in our stay) with good options for both Chinese and Western food (some of the best bacon we've ever had!) Location is quite convenient being across the street from a subway station and reasonably close to some attractions (i.e. bell tower, drum tower, Muslim quarter, west gate of the city wall). We would definitely pick Rongmin on any future visits to Xi'an.
