Lovely grounds, property has not been kept up. Stone stairs to water covered in invisible slime - fell straight down and was told by staff that it happens all the time but no warning signs posted. Tried to file a report but was told he would "mention to the manager". turf covering a visible concrete area ripped and has holes. Seems built with a great design but management is cutting corners. Ample but average food at buffets. Nice views. piano bar in evening is pleasant.

Ett mycket fint och fräscht hotell, bra planerat och fin utsikt, dock en bit utanför. Det fanns ett par restauranger i närheten samt en på hotellet som du kan nyttja för lunch. Det är bra utbud på frukosten, ibland tar brödet/bullarna, kaffet, eller något annat slut. Nästan vid varje måltid får du jaga serveringspersonalen för att få köpa dricka eller få bestick, muggar mm. Om du är vegan/vegetarian då hade jag vänt mig till ett annat hotell. Det är många som arbetar i restaurangen, men servicen är riktigt dålig. Otroligt fina pooler! Bra med solsängar, men det gäller att hålla sig framme. Parkeringen är stor och bra, men väldigt trångt. Rummen är fina och städningen är bra. Det är inga aktiviteter på hotellet, lugnt och skönt. Det finns en båt som går till Porec ett par hundra meter från hotellet.

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Es waren ein paar Punkte, da an einer perfekten Bewertung gefehlt haben: - Der Innenpool öffnet erst um 9 Uhr, so dass man vor dem Frühstück nicht schwimmen gehen kann (draußen sind die Pools nicht beheizt). - Das Essen war gut, aber nicht von bester Qualität - Der Saunabereich hat genau 5 Haken, an denen man die Handtücher aufhängen kann. Bei der Größe des Hotels war natürlich alles überfüllt, so dass wir direkt wieder rausgegangen sind. Resümee: Im Sommer vermutlich alles topp, aber im Herbst gibt es noch Potenzial.

Mooi hotel op ideale locatie. Lekker ontbijtbuffet en zalige zwembaden. Dicht bij Porec maar ook lekkere restaurants op wandelafstand van het hotel. Ideaal hotel om tot rust te komen en het mooie Istrie te verkennen

Die Lage des Hotels auf einer mit alten Bäumen bewachsenen Halbinsel ist nicht zu toppen. Wenn man in seiner Liege auf der Wiese des Hotels unter den wunderbaren Nadelbäumen in den Himmel schaut, kommt es einem paradiesischen Zustand schon sehr nahe. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sowohl die Bereiche im Haus, beim Pool und am Strand sind wunderbar gewartet und sauber. Das Personal war vorwiegend sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Service für die Badetücher für Pool und Strand ist sehr angenehm. Am Buffet war sowohl morgens als auch abends immer genug Abwechslung geboten. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück hätte unserer Meinung nach Verbesserungsbedarf. An einigen Tagen schmeckte er so, als würde er schon stundenlang in der Kanne gestanden sein. Gewünscht hätten wir uns noch, dass nicht immer alle Handtücher im Bad ausgetauscht werden. Im Sinne von Umweltfreundlichkeit und Sparsamkeit sollten nur die Handtücher getauscht werden, die man auf dem Boden liegen lässt.

Gute Lage & Auswahl bei Frühstück und Abendessen. Aber das Zimmer "Superior" mit Blick auf die durchaus laute Einfahrt/Eingang zum Hotel zu nennen, ist ein wenig frech...Und Parkplätze sind beim Hotel Mangelware, genauso wie Ladestationen für Autos.

Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean

Personal in Summe sehr freundlich. Mitarbeiter beim Check In eher unfreundlich. Hier hätten wir uns, zumal wir das erste mal da waren, mehr Informationen gewünscht. Die Sauberkeit ist nochmals besonders hervor zu heben.

It was a lovely property with beautiful views. I wish we would have had time to explore more of the area and the hotel amenities. I took off one star because we were not able to control the thermostat in our own room, which is important to me. We were told it was centrally controlled. It was very stuffy in the room but when we opened the door to the balcony to get air, any fan movement in the room stopped. Please consider letting guests control their room temperatures, especially when the weather is at least 10 degrees warmer than expected.

Lovely grounds, property has not been kept up. Stone stairs to water covered in invisible slime - fell straight down and was told by staff that it happens all the time but no warning signs posted. Tried to file a report but was told he would "mention to the manager". turf covering a visible concrete area ripped and has holes. Seems built with a great design but management is cutting corners. Ample but average food at buffets. Nice views. piano bar in evening is pleasant.

I’ve only given 3 out of 5 for staff and service for one reason only. There aren’t enough staff. The ones they have are lovely but they’re run off their feet. Restaurant especially. Third time at this hotel and it gets worse each year. It’s a beautiful property in a fabulous location, but more staff are needed.

Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean

Die Lage des Hotels auf einer mit alten Bäumen bewachsenen Halbinsel ist nicht zu toppen. Wenn man in seiner Liege auf der Wiese des Hotels unter den wunderbaren Nadelbäumen in den Himmel schaut, kommt es einem paradiesischen Zustand schon sehr nahe. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sowohl die Bereiche im Haus, beim Pool und am Strand sind wunderbar gewartet und sauber. Das Personal war vorwiegend sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Service für die Badetücher für Pool und Strand ist sehr angenehm. Am Buffet war sowohl morgens als auch abends immer genug Abwechslung geboten. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück hätte unserer Meinung nach Verbesserungsbedarf. An einigen Tagen schmeckte er so, als würde er schon stundenlang in der Kanne gestanden sein. Gewünscht hätten wir uns noch, dass nicht immer alle Handtücher im Bad ausgetauscht werden. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Als mangelhaft zu bewerten ist die Freundlichkeit und Serviceorientierung der Kellner im Buffetrestaurant. Tische werden nur auf mehrmaliges Bitten neu eingedeckt, es dauert sehr lange, bis man Getränke bestellen kann, trotz dessen, dass die Tische sehr klein sind, werden leere Teller nur sehr selten abgeräumt, insgesamt suggeriert das Servicepersonal Lustlosigkeit. Das geht definitiv besser.

Ett mycket fint och fräscht hotell, bra planerat och fin utsikt, dock en bit utanför. Det fanns ett par restauranger i närheten samt en på hotellet som du kan nyttja för lunch. Det är bra utbud på frukosten, ibland tar brödet/bullarna, kaffet, eller något annat slut. Nästan vid varje måltid får du jaga serveringspersonalen för att få köpa dricka eller få bestick, muggar mm. Om du är vegan/vegetarian då hade jag vänt mig till ett annat hotell. Det är många som arbetar i restaurangen, men servicen är riktigt dålig. Otroligt fina pooler! Bra med solsängar, men det gäller att hålla sig framme. Parkeringen är stor och bra, men väldigt trångt. Rummen är fina och städningen är bra. Det är inga aktiviteter på hotellet, lugnt och skönt. Det finns en båt som går till Porec ett par hundra meter från hotellet.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Waren froh das wir ein Auto mithatten. 5 Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt. Bummelzug ist zu überlastet und fährt nicht ins Zentrum von Porec. Und kostet pro fährt und Person 8.-
