Service by everyone was excellent. Great teamwork, polite and helpful. Convenience to the beach and ocean views were wonderful. Special thanks to Yamauchi-San for his special attention to us.

Room large and immaculate. Very satisfied. Service exceptional. Please tell Yamaguchi san thank you for taking extra care of us. Yamaguchi san very important to Sanrankuso Hotel. Dinner and breakfast excellent.

Everything was good, cleanliness, space, friendly & helpful staffs, location & etc. The only discomfort I had was the thin layer of futon mattress. The blanket was warm and comfortable but the mattress was very thin. Not comfortable to sleep on.
