Perfect location. Rooms seemed newly renovated so very good. Basic but everything you need. My deal included a dinner and breakfast voucher at their airport lounge across the breezeway - this was all very basic however as I was not expecting the inclusions- it was a bonus!

This is an ideal option for a short (6 hours) stay with all the amenities of a hotel. Inside Terminal 2 at the Singapore Airport, so I was past security already, all the shops were open at midnight, including restaurants as well. The room was a little cool (couldn’t adjust the temperature for it was centrally controlled) so I was offered a couple of blankets. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and the lounge with breakfast was available.

The T2 property is super convenient. Note you can rent it for six or twelve hours. On the positive side, the staff were competent and courteous, the room was very clean, and there are good details such as universal AC sockets and decent lighting. Like many (but not all) in terminal hotels, most of the rooms are windowless. The downsides include a big step up to the bathroom (presumably to retrofit drainage for the toilet, sink, and shower), an underpowered HVAC system, a bed on casters that makes it difficult to prop up in the bed without pushing it away from the wall, and very poor soundproofing (I could hear far too much of what my neighbor was doing, and door closures are loud). Also, while you receive meal tickets to the Ambassador Lounge across the way, the meal is low in quality with super cheap ingredients. Staff is good, but the food is not. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the dispenser. Only discovered this when I was in the shower. Basic amenities which were unfortunately overlooked and I had a flight to catch. Caused me much annoyance and inconvenience.

Was a great short stay in this Transit Hotel. The room was very clean comfortable and quiet. Loved it and will definitely do it again.

Convenient for overnight transit. Didn’t have to bother with immigration/customs to stay at a hotel outside the airport. Place was a little quirky, however. Step up into the bathroom reminded me of much older buildings retrofitted for modern plumbing. Mattress was other worldly firm!! No way to exaggerate just how firm it was.

The cost is ridiculously high, over $400 AUD for 8 hours. A 20cm step down from the bathroom into the room is extremely dangerous.

The hotel was overall good but the stores underneath the hotel were under renovation all night so it was difficult to fall asleep. In the future it would be good to know of any planned construction in advance. The only other downside was that the bed was a bit short. I'm only 176 cm and I had to sleep in a crouched position to ensure my feet stayed in the bed and that my head didn't hit the headboard.

RUN THE OTHER WAY. Do not make the mistake of booking here. When you stressed in transit, you need the hotel to respond to messages so you don’t end up homeless. Unfortunately this was the case for me and my partner. Left many many messages and zero response (even 5 days later no response). We were unable to check in. I wish this review was available when I was booking to save me from the mistake. The worst experience ever. There are many better options available even at a higher price because that would be better than the experience I had. Terrible

Beware! 1. This is a Transit Hotel. My wife and I travel a great deal, and have stayed at Airport Hotels in many countries but the key to this Hotel is the word Transit. This means you get 6 hours from the time you check in until you leave. Revo the manager stepped in and we purchased an additional 5 hours at $25.00 u.s. per hour but the total cost in Canadian for a night was nearly $500 Canadian. We stayed the first night at the Crown a normal Hotel meaning 24 hour day so to speak for far less and a great Hotel. Apparently according to Revo this misunderstanding happens all the time. Revo saved the day from being a total disaster. 2. We ate (tried to) supper and breakfast at the Hotel and it was not good. 3. Very Noisy, apparently construction taking place in the airport. 4. Stay at The Crown Plaza, a great normal so to speak place. It’s in Terminal 3, easy access by the train at no charge.

Be careful when booking - this hotel is located air side of Terminal 2 not on the other side of immigration as the marketing suggests when it talks about driving or walking to nearby sites. I visited the property to explain the mix up but they have not refunded me or given me the opportunity to change the booking to another date so that I could use it on my return trip, even though they agreed that the info in the hotel details could be misleading. And although I messaged Hotels.com to try to sort out the issue, there has been no communication from them. Very disappointing.

We were unable to get into the property as you had to check in first. ANA didn't offer early check in so we couldn't get in. We contacted the hotel and they told us we had to get expedia to contact them as we booked through them. Expedia called within 3 minutes of our calling them and the hotel wouldn't answer. They would not take any of their calls and did not give us a refund even though I explained that we couldn't get to the hotel during our 1st call.

Checked in at 2100. Fire alarm went off at 0100 in the services room next to my Room. Alarm was the result of a burst water main resulting in flooding of the floor with water to my door. Service personnel were working on the issue until 0400, loud voices, blowers and vacuum cleaners to remove the water. I got no sleep after 0100. Management refused to refund my booking - saying that I would have to apply through Expedia. Expedia report that the hotel has refused the refund and they have offer US$25 - 10% of the cost. I checked out at 0600 for a flight. Exceedingly poor customer service.

Great place to stay if you have a long layover at Changai Singapore airport. You do not need to exit the arrival terminal to find the hotel. It is inside of terminal 2. No need to clear immigration if you are not staying in Singapore.

Although, it took us a bit to locate the hotel in the terminal. We were very pleased with the welcoming from the front desk and our room. It’s definitely convenient for an early morning flight out of Changi airport.

Be careful when booking - this hotel is located air side of Terminal 2 not on the other side of immigration as the marketing suggests when it talks about driving or walking to nearby sites. I visited the property to explain the mix up but they have not refunded me or given me the opportunity to change the booking to another date so that I could use it on my return trip, even though they agreed that the info in the hotel details could be misleading. And although I messaged Hotels.com to try to sort out the issue, there has been no communication from them. Very disappointing.

Hotel was fine, as described on website. Convenient location. You do not need to clear immigration. Front desk staff was very helpful. I don't like having to leave the room to go to shared bathroom in the middle of the night. Shower was also shared and fine. Room was dark and quiet. Only complaint, mattress was too hard. I would stay again.

This was a wonderful property, but it was a little bit confusing since it is behind Airport Security. I came in to the airport at 6 PM and didn’t depart until the next day. I probably should have stayed at a property outside of the security area.

Just be aware your hotel stay is for 6 hours. It is a transit hotel. If you have a longer layover best to find something buy you do have later checkout if arriving in the evening. With the room fee I did get a breakfast of sorts with little selection at the same name Lounge.

The T2 property is super convenient. Note you can rent it for six or twelve hours. On the positive side, the staff were competent and courteous, the room was very clean, and there are good details such as universal AC sockets and decent lighting. Like many (but not all) in terminal hotels, most of the rooms are windowless. The downsides include a big step up to the bathroom (presumably to retrofit drainage for the toilet, sink, and shower), an underpowered HVAC system, a bed on casters that makes it difficult to prop up in the bed without pushing it away from the wall, and very poor soundproofing (I could hear far too much of what my neighbor was doing, and door closures are loud). Also, while you receive meal tickets to the Ambassador Lounge across the way, the meal is low in quality with super cheap ingredients. Staff is good, but the food is not. Breakfast starts at 430am but the kitchen part doesn't open until 7am. Much better to go to the food court.

Average stay. Interrupted sleep as doors are very loud when shutting. Breakfast buffet has poor choices , no healthy options and poor quality.

Room was spotless, the staff was excellent. The food was terrible though. Buffet style but cold and not good at all. Most American hotels offer much better quality food like complementary breakfast with better food. I gave 5 star on everything thing else though.
