A one night stop over to visit family. An excellent room, well set out with plenty of space. The jet tub was well worth the extra expense. The room was at the back of the complex, so no traffic noise. The only negative. I had opted to pay at the site when booking, but two days before receiving a call requesting payment. When I did arrive, someone else had been placed in my room

Staff were really helpful on check-in. Room/bedding/towels etc all immaculately clean. Had a great nights sleep, comfortable bed and nice and quiet motel. Convenient spot, easy to park etc and less than 5 minutes from large choice of restaurants, supermarkets etc

The King Spa Apartment we stayed in was so modern, roomy and comfortable, we wanted to take it home with us. It was spotlessly clean, all appliances and facilities worked as expected and the separate bedroom with a desk, TV and luxurious king bed was so quiet we had eight hours of blissful sleep. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. We received tourist information and a voucher to use at the RSL club just a few minutes walk away. Dinner there was wholesome and satisfying. We plan to return to Bathurst for a longer stay and intend to book the same apartment.

My friend and I stayed in Queen size room and had a lot of space for us both to spread out and not be on tripping on top of each other. The separate kitchenette and toilet/shower was a major plus. All staff was friendly. Our room was second block which gave us seperate parking areas and a side street exit. Good location. Not right in the heart of city centre but if u don’t mind a nice stroll really only 5-10mins away. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, dinosaur museum. Plus other side of rd u have the drive thru fast food giants.

Right from the beginning the experience was exceptional. Shortly after booking i received a thank you / confirmation text from them. I received a very warm welcome. No request was to much trouble. As a travelling rep, my room gave me a home away from home feeling, hard to find. The spa in my bathroom was so deep and warm, i highly recommend it! I will definitely be back. Thank you Heritage Inn

This is a great place to stay in Bathurst, close to everything and well set up. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean with good linens and towels. There was a good sized TV, fridge, microwave and everything else you could need. The continental breakfast was good and the staff are lovely.

We paid for a room with a bath. The photo of the room showed a lovely spa suite. The room they initially gave us had no bath. I went into office and inquired why room didn’t have bath? As we paid for it. Both women jumped down my throat, talking at once - made me feel like it was my fault, they were rude, condescending and raised their voice. I went an got my partner to calm them down - i wanted a refund so we could find a room with a bath. They offered a room with a bath and made us feel like they were doing us a favour & spoke to us like naughty children. We left there wondering what the hell they were on? Our family has managed large motels for years and we would have used this example of your poorly trained staff as an example of ‘what not to do’. Then we got into the new room we paid for with a bath and my partner took a photo of long dark hair in the soap dish in the bath. It had NOT BEEN CLEANED!!! We won’t be back

We stayed here to go to a show at the RSL. It was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only issue was the fridge because the motor was very noisy at times.

The room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Having a sofa to sit on was great. The shower over the bath had a curtain. Shower temperature and water pressure were excellent also. Breakfast was good value for a basic continental style (cereal, tinned fruit, yoghurt, toast, tea and coffee with coffee machine).

Overall stay was pretty good as the beds were pretty comfortable and had electric blankets underneath the covers so we didn't need the heater on at night. Staff were friendly and helpful at reception which is always a good start to the stay. The hotel is just a short walk from town so can leave the car there. My only complaint was just other guests can be pretty loud and the room isn't sound proof to avoid that.

We had such a lovely stay here. Our room was large with a kitchenette and bench space to spread out. The bathroom had a bath which was delightful after a long day on the road. The staff were so friendly and helpful from check-in to when we left.

A two night stay. The room we had was upstairs. It felt poorly set out. The bathroom had a square metre ???to stand in. A knee high bath to step into for a shower. No shortage of traffic noise during the night. We will most likely not be staying again.

Very helpful staff. They kindly moved me from the front of the hotel (on a busy and noisy highway) to the back which was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Very helpful staff. They kindly moved me from the front of the hotel (on a busy and noisy highway) to the back which was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

I am a regular at this Hotel because it is quick, friendly service at check in but mainly the cleanliness of the rooms. No smell, no dust. Love it.

This is a great place to stay in Bathurst, close to everything and well set up. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean with good linens and towels. There was a good sized TV, fridge, microwave and everything else you could need. The continental breakfast was good and the staff are lovely.

Room was lovely, staff very easy to deal with. Only issue was extreme road noise. When booking make sure to ask for a room away from to road or you will not get any sleep. Braking truck noise was so excessive I checked the windows and doors several times and did not get any sleep.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely ideal—close to everything. It was so easy to explore the area, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. The room was well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

My friend and I stayed in Queen size room and had a lot of space for us both to spread out and not be on tripping on top of each other. The separate kitchenette and toilet/shower was a major plus. All staff was friendly. Our room was second block which gave us seperate parking areas and a side street exit. Good location. Not right in the heart of city centre but if u don’t mind a nice stroll really only 5-10mins away. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants, dinosaur museum. Plus other side of rd u have the drive thru fast food giants.

Everything was good! No Breakast and no extras Minimum utensles because often road tripping travellers often provide provisions of basic food supply's especially breakfast! I had to eat my cereal from a Mug lol No plate for my toast! But I adapt well under the many different circumstances 👍

The room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Having a sofa to sit on was great. The shower over the bath had a curtain. Shower temperature and water pressure were excellent also. Breakfast was good value for a basic continental style (cereal, tinned fruit, yoghurt, toast, tea and coffee with coffee machine).

Stayed for 2 nights, very nice room with good facilities. Continental breakfast available on site and motel is within walking distance to the RSL for dinner. Little bit of road traffic noise if you are in one of the front rooms but that was the only negative. Would definately stay here again.
