This motel has to have one if not the worst customer service of the ooo's of motels I stay as a commercial traveller on a regular basis. The manager rang prior to our arrivial saying had hundred's of calls seeking accommodation (his word's) confirmwed we still wanted it and a ETA. We arrived to find the office had CLOSED on the door and to ring a number. We rang twice and each time the call diverted then dropped out. I notice another group standing close by. I asked if they were trying to check in. One man replied no I'm the manager go into the office the door is unlocked. I did so only to be greeted by the lady behind the counter with "We dont answer the phone,I'm over it" She checked me in failing to tell any information such as the free breakfast. The room was ok but as other people came they were not given a room as it was full? Next morning very early I counted 8 rooms that had not been used. The sign at the entrance still said Vacancies when we arrived? The breakfast was the highlight of the stop. Well presented and very extensive ie Cereals by 15, Toast or bread x 4, juices, tea, coffee etc and in a nice dining room but unless you read the directory in the room you were not told. Clean pool area. Parking at the door

All fine the apartment was very big, huge bathroom. Breakfast was a simple Aussie type, cereal , toast various bran, coffee juice. Negative the drive way to the complex, needs fixing many holes in road, needs gravel or something to fill those.

I liked that it was quiet and breakfast was provided. I didn't like the drive way which had lots of pot holes. The family room we had was very old and rundown. The room didn't look like the pictures on the website. There was no matress protector on the beds or pillow protectors. TV was not a smart TV. Windows didn't lock properly.

I think this place is well due for a makeover. Leaking tap in the bathroom. Sheets were not clean. Spider webs and insects around. The male staff member was friendly. And the breakfast options were sufficient.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience we’ve had at any accommodation. Lack of communication: There was no prior notice or communication regarding the check-in procedure, especially if we were arriving after the regular check-in time. When we arrived around 3:00 PM, there was no one at the reception, and we had to make a call to get assistance. Unclean facilities: The kettle provided in the room was extremely dirty, and we had to call again to request a replacement. Hygiene and safety concerns: The toilet was infested with small cockroaches, which were both unsettling and unhygienic. Additionally, I noticed that the fire alarm in the room was covered with cling wrap. I am concerned about the safety implications of this.

This motel needs ALOT of work. The rooms are extremely run down and need a very thorough clean (don’t look under the beds - YUCK!). Rooms were not serviced daily as you would expect from a motel. For $240 per night I expect a lot better. Very basic breakfast and not very hygienic (tubs of butter, jars of spreads for everyone to share/use). Facilities around the motel in bad state too. The road in is full of potholes. Kitchen facilities are very poor. Plug for sink didn’t fit therefore couldn’t wash up. The sponge supplied was used and dirty therefore assume the utensils were not cleaned properly. No hot water to the kitchen sink. A strong smell of gas within the kitchen area as we were located close to the gas hot water systems. No fluorescence tubes in any of the bed lights. Would not recommend this motel to anyone until they do a very big makeover.

Great location to stay overnight. Really wonderful that the property made an effort to supply the free breakfast to customers (this is mind-blowing for Australia). The only thing they can work on is Internet connection. For 2023 offering unreliable internet at maximum 1Mb per second that does not even let you watch any video is ridiculous.

Owner went above and beyond for our family whilst on stay. Due to an email error on my behalf I wasn’t able to respond for my request for a Portacot for my daughter. On my arrival, the lovely owner jumped straight in his car, went to Big W and purchased a Portacot and had it in our room within 20 minutes. Absolutely outstanding service, could not have been more comfortable or happier with our stay. Highly recommend!!

We had a rather large room with a kitchen (found someone's food in the microwave) A really large bathroom. Breakfast was included. Lovely location. Not far from town, close to lots of eateries.

Do not waste your time & money with this motel. No lights in the bathroom so no one could see where they were going in the dark. Very dirty, ants throughout the kitchen, facilities including TV & internet kept switching & cutting off & not to mention bad pot holes leading to the rooms just to ruin your wheel alignment. Also a joke for free continental breakfast, all they was cereal & bread for toast which bread was rock hard & stale. Pathetic.

The photos of the breakfast bar need updating. There was NO FRESH FRUIT (only canned fruit) and no individual butter/ jam packs, just a large container of margarine and bottles of jam which is environmental but NOT HYGENIC. Room was GOOD and as expected. Great pressure in the shower. The soap in the shower ran out of on second day which was annoying. AND only ONE towel rack in the BIG bathroom. How about adding some HOOKS ! One other thing, balcony is not very private, a kid from next door made his way into our room from the adjacent balcony.
