The hotel’s main air was not working so it was very warm in the lobby, elevators, and hallways. It was cooler in the room but not much. I couldn’t sleep with the comforter. The bathtub fixtures were separated from the wall and I had to hold onto the pipe behind it to keep it steady so I could turn it on.

This hotel was pretty much what you expect going through a small town. It was clean, quiet, the front desk was pretty nice. Room was clean and comfortable, nice bad. I can play my video game, and the Internet was pretty good. The only downside, there was no gym, but I worked out in my room so I didn’t really matter. I would stay again, especially in that situation.

they should have told us when we made the reservation - the pool was closed, the hot tub was closed, the fitness center was closed. We could have stayed next door in the Holiday Inn Express where all of those things were working. We should have gotten a discount from them since nothing was available.

Upon arrival the front desk couldn’t find our reservation but they did eventually. Upon check out there was no one at the counter so I dropped the key in the box. The breakfast was decent with good number of choices. The room was average. The tv remote volume control did not work. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice with good pressure. The AC wall thermostat did not work but there was controls in the AC itself.

Booked a room online and we went in to get our room and was told there was no rooms available and I would need to call the general manger for a refund. Which he has refused to return my calls and the main office at the hotel has been refusing my calls and messages. Best believe I will get a lawyer. My brother in law works for one and I won’t deal with this.

The entrance is not marked well and difficult to find. Almost all staff were great but they moved our room and apparently didn't update in computer system and we got awakened to pounding on the door thinking we were free loading. It was quickly resolved but that was not fun.

Second stay at this property excellent. The breakfast they serve is excellent most give you just coffee or cereal. They give you a very option to pick from. Waffles, eggs, sausage etc. Most or just like cereal and muffins such. Front desk that checked us in very friendly. Will stay there again when in area.

Every evening coming back to the room, our card keys wouldn’t work. We had to go down and get them activated every night we were there. Other than that, everything was great! Breakfast was wonderful with nice choices. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
