Attractive, comfortable foyer area for check in. Friendly, helpful staff. Availability of coffee and lemon water during the day. All inclusive Breakfast with great selection. Clean, comfortable room- I’d definitely stay here again!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a musty smell that was not great and I think the toilet had a slow leak from the bottom. I mentioned it to the staff in the morning...didnt really effect us.

For the expensive price of about $300 we were given a mediocre very small room. Amenities include 1 small bar of soap, one make-up remover wipe and a couple of towels. The A/C was loud. Our stay was average and much less satisfactory compared to previous stays at Hampton Inns.

Room was clean and tidy. There was a washer/dryer right behind the wall of our room which prevented me from going to sleep. Also, the key mechanism on our door wasn't working. Tried calling front desk but phone didn't work. Went to front desk and nice gentleman moved us to another room with no issues.

Upon arrival we didn't have keys to get into room because of a malfunction. We had issues with our thermostat which we requested to be fixed but never was. The TV remote didn't work to change channels. Very disappointed in our stay

Was told that there was no room available when checking in…we were scheduled to be at a graduation at 4 pm and had just driven for 3 hours! Manager said that someone tried to call me… NOPE!! Tried to send us to Rome NY!!! We had nowhere to stay!!! Drove 3 hours home at 1 am!!!! Very disgusted!!!

Would have given better reviews but the staff at the front desk weren't helpful in any way and were just rude. We were supposed to have connecting rooms (clicked that option when booking) but once we arrived they said we couldn't do that and then put one of our rooms on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd. I asked if we could pay more to make it happen and she shrugged her shoulders and said "theres nothing i can do for you about that, we are fully booked"... they indeed were NOT booked up - the 3 nights we were there, the entire parking lot had a max of 15 vehicles, 20 at the absolute most.

The whole trip was tainted by the bait and switch done with our rooms. We booked and prepaid for a room with 2 beds. We found out, while trying to check in digitally, that queen beds werent available due to renovations, and that we were put in a room with a king bed and pull out sofa bed. If we had been informed of the renovations, we would have stayed at a different property. As it was, this almost 50 year old with a broken tailbone had to sleep on the very uncomfortable sofa bed. Unacceptable bait and switch on their part. Update your listing to accurately reflect your availability OR email ahead so we know.

My room did not have an ice bucket or drinking cups in the bathroom. I requested both and it took forever to get the bucket. The front desk clerk was busy checking people in so she gave me 2 plastic bags and then pointed to the cups on the drink station and said “Take some of those”. I had an appointment so I had to leave before she found an ice bucket for me. I finally got it when I returned at 8 pm. It had been next to impossible to try and get ice just into the thin plastic bag. Oh well… a sad negative for a nice hotel.

Everything regarding our accommodations was AWESOME (10/10) The hotel is slightly off the highway and a skosh out of the way. Not sure why, and surely not the hotel's fault, but Google Maps didn't seem to like their address. Took us down a road with no buildings and vacant lots.... wierd!

It was a real challenge to actually find this place. Though the highway exit sign indicated the presence of this hotel, it took more than ten minutes of driving back roads to get there. I believe it was more of a signage issue than a location issue. The hotel is located in a suburban area close to la large, fairly new mall.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. They ran out of coffee before 9 it was never refilled then they took the coffee away so we never got coffee for the road. They need like cheese and salsa or something for the scrambled eggs you should have access to coffee all morning.

We had a wonderful time. We were a little further from the Erie Canal, about a half hour, but found it easily with GPS. The front desk gave us a great list of the restaurants in the area. My only complaint would be that the coffee at the lobby was often cold.

There was no service at breakfast, there were no milk dishes, we had to wait for them to be brought. She didn't say it as a way to complain, she said it so they could improve it.
