The check in process was easy, staff very pleasant and provided updates regarding the breakfast times, pool and outdoor areas. Rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable.

Breakfast could have definitely had fresher options. The fold out sofa in our king suite was filthy and full of crumbs. The windows were filthy. Bathroom looked clean so that was nice. The staff was very nice. Would have loved to see the extra effort be put into cleanliness of the room.

Do not rely on canceling online before deadline, Expedia showed the room was canceled but they did not honor it , make sure you call and ask for proof of cancellation otherwise the online portal will show the reservation active after couple days and charge your card , Expedia rep will deny liability. very bad experience with Expedia, don't rely on what is confirmed on the screen.
